Yesterday, my husband and I went into the Wiesner Hyundai dealership to have some maintenance done on our 2022 Palisade SEL. While we were there, we were approached by the salesman, Ricky Baird and asked if we were interested in upgrading my vehicle. We figured, why not look around. I wound up falling in love with the 2024 Palisade, Calligraphy edition. Ricky made our entire trade in process easy breezy! We have 3 small children, and Ricky was so accommodating and patient with our family of 5. He turned Elmo on for our 18m old. He was pulling toys out of his desk for our 3 & 6 yr old. He was PHENOMENAL!! My husband and I have bought several new vehicles and NEVER experienced such hospitality and kindness for a salesman. The dealership was very clean. They had endless snacks for the kids. Franny the service manager even shared her personal box of fresh cookies with our children. I can go on and on. Point is, we were completely blown away by their customer service. We were treated like family throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a new vehicle, Ricky is your guy! 10/10 stars!

I took our 2019 Santa Fe in for the security recall upgrade. I really wish we had bought from here. The service was outstanding!I feel terrible that I do not remember the name of the two gentlemen working the Hyundai service desk on Thursday this past week. They were awesome!I did not expect the welcoming feeling, since we bought from another local dealer.Needless to say, the dealer we bought from, did not put half the effort into customer service that Wiesner staff did.They not only did the upgrade, they vacuumed my vehicle, and fixed my license plate that was held onto with a zip tie on one side.Weisner service offered a nice area to wait, coffee, bottled water, and in a pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely buy from this dealership next time! Thank you Wiesner for making me feel like a valued customer, even though you didn't charge one cent for your amazing service. And all with a smile!

Service department is the worst. Half the time they don t answer the phone. Manager Rick, listen to your calls and clear out your service department. Entire service department is unprofessional and lacks communication skills. Called to inquire about service on my car and a recall. Was never told the recall was taken care of and the service rep Emma was frustrated with my questions of concern then proceeded to yell at the top of her lungs at me, slammed the phone down, and walked away from the call. The senior rep who took over then proceeded to escalate the call and immediately had an attitude with me, telling me my call was ridiculous . When I actually brought my car in for the oil change service, which I was told would be complementary, the senior rep attempted to nickel and dime me. She approached me with instant hostility and attempted to mock me in the waiting area multiple times, which was completely unprovoked. Seemed like she wanted to retaliate after our phone call interaction. Don t waste your time purchasing a car at this dealership. The fact that management is allowing this service department to function this way says it all.

We were offered top dollar for our trade in, and the salesman Ray was very friendly, and never came across as pushy, just very helpful, and courteseous. He genuinely wants to make sure we always have the perfect car for our needs. We have bought a few other cars from him as well. There service department has always been good in dealing with issues, and have been fast in regular oil changes, and services.

Need a car!!? Go and see!!! Michael Slater is amazing! Very awesome person. Has the best attitude and treats you right. If you need a vehicle come see him. You can't go wrong. Highly recommended dealership! You go there and are treated like a person with respect. Christian is the man to see for all of your Hyundai selling needs--you will not be disappointed! Plus the dealership was clean, very chill, and you don't have to play the wait game at all. Although I didn't finance through them, the finance manager was professional and extremely knowledgeable about all of the additional services offered (protections, Lo-Jack, etc.) I will be referring friends and family here in the future.

I originally took my car in for a security system recall. They did it. No problem. Uber rides to and from dealership was seamless and very nice. Facility was very nice. Five stars for that.One star for the following:Additionally, I asked Wiesner Hyundai to fix a recall issue that was not repaired correctly by a different dealership. I assumed Hyundai of America would honor their work no matter what dealership it was completed at. Representative rejected this assumption and said I would need to contact the original out of state dealership for help with fix of recall that is not fixed. However it is not possible for me to travel 800 miles back to the Hyundai dealership that fixed the recall issues the first time. I am stuck paying for local shop. Disappointing Hyundai of America will not honor its work beyond state lines.

I emailed them asking for an OTD price on a Santa Fe they had listed. They responded that the rebate offered on the vehicle didn't apply, despite the rebate being listed for the specific stock number I enquired about. I'm glad I didn't waste time visiting the dealership.

A great dealership. They were upfront and honest when negotiating and extremely quick when we came in for the final Purchase. Drive 60+ miles to get there and would do it again for another vehicle.

I had the best experience working with Ricky Baird in sales. I was speaking with three other dealerships in Texas and Ricky was the most communicative, trustworthy, responsive and kind salesman by far. He answered any and all questions I had before AND after the purchase of my vehicle and has an awesome personality (score!). Some of the other salesman at the other dealerships were either pushy, sketchy, or slow at responding. From the start, Ricky worked hard to stay competitive and earn my business. I appreciated his salesmanship so much that I opted out of choosing my dream color from another dealership and buying from him instead. I also appreciated the help from the sales manager at this location. Thanks Ricky and Wiesner Hyundai for the smooth process purchasing my first car.

Our favorite dealership ever! We had a poor experience at the first dealership we had initially visited as we were looking to trade in our 2020 Elantra. We decided to try Wiesner instead because the sales rep we spoke to over the phone was very honest, eager to help, and kind. When we walked in to Wiesner, we could feel the significant difference in atmosphere. It was welcoming and inviting.Our sales rep, Ryan, was straightforward. He was quick to answer any and all questions and did so with honesty. The buying process was easy and quicker than any other we ve ever had. Thank you Wiesner Hyundai for taking care of us! We love our Tuscon.

My Sales Rep Carlious Gallien was very outstanding and patient, from the time he greeted us , until the time we drove off. He didn't try to rush us, nor did he try to make us spend more than we came to spend. He was very honest and direct, he made me, and my wife, feel like we made the right decision. Which we did!

First time coming to this Wiesner Hyundai Conroe dealership on Thursday July 6, 2023 around 1pm for car service for my Hyundai elantra and check out other new cars too while I was there but the service lady in charge, I didn't get her name. She's an older lady, she wears reading glasses, has fake blondish/orange hair color and a little pony tail. She was so mean and dismissive while I was explaining the issues I had with my Hyundai. She told me with this very indifferent and dismissive tone that they would take a month to even take a look at my car. Not only did I want to fix my Hyundai. I also had my w2 income documents and a down-payment to get another Hyundai but this lady ruined my experience with her attitude. I called the Hyundai dealership on 20440 Interstate 45 N, Spring, TX 77373. The service lady Yvette was so nice to me over the phone and genuinely listened to my concerns so I just decided to drive there and instead of just getting a car service might was well traded my old car. I recommend Hyundai dealership on 20440 Interstate 45 N, Spring, TX 77373 better. People are more professional, friendly and treated me with genuine respect. I don't recommend Wiesner Hyundai location in Conroe. I will never come back here either.

UPDATED: Price advertised online not the price you pay, shady dealership is alive and well even three years later after our first horrible experience. We came up to this dealer because of pricing online and yes, the deal is too good to be true. This was our second time visiting and our second time driving south to another dealer 7 miles away and buying a second car! We have shared our experiences with others and have been able to keep others from using this dealership.Conroe ISD employees head up! This dealer is listed as a preferred dealer for teachers offering vehicles "at cost".....Sales Manager, "We DO NOT offer any discount to Conroe ISD".I know who I am buying my Genesis GV70 from, and it's not Weisner!

I just purchased my second car and my family has purchased over five vehicles here. Ron Clark has made our experience at Wiesner so pleasant and easy each time. He wants right for you and never makes you feel pressured or cornered. We have been so blessed to have Ron as our sales person and Wiesner as such a quick and easy dealership.

I have bought two cars there now. One a couple years old and the other new. Both times the sales guys were great. Only problem is that they put security features on the car that I am not interested in. It isn't trivial either, the cost of these is over $2,000.

this dealership is awesome , used them for service since i moved here in 2020 the service department is great. was one of the reasons i decided to get my next hyundai there ...sales associates were friendly and knowledgeable the showroom is clean, and they have a nice coffee machine as well . Definitely recommend this dealership it was a good experience

We had a terrible experience with this dealership.They entered the wrong VIN number on our paperwork and it took weeks to correct all the problems that came from that.Our dealer Ricky vaped in front of us (without asking first) while showing us a car INSIDE the indoor showroom. And then spent most of the afternoon begging us to give him a perfect score on the survey from Hyundai so he could get more money from our sale. And THEN told me it would be best for me to work with another dealer when attempting to correct all the problems his typos caused.Miguel in financing was extremely pushy, refusing to take no for an answer when we told him we didn t want any extras.If you want to buy a car from some incompetent good ole boys from California, then this is your place.The only reason I give them 2 stars is that they got us in and out relatively quickly.

Horrible service department. Scheduled to have my brand new vehicle with recalls and warnings lights fixed. This is the second time I've purchased a hyundai tucson from Wiesner Hyundai. Mr. Bob Mitchell was very helpful with our purchase from the moment we walked in. He was honest and worked with us from start to finish. He took his time going over the details of the car from the financial aspect to new details of the car. Definitely recommen talking to Mr. Bob Mitchell on your next vehicle purchase.

Wiesner Hyundai is where I bought my 2022 Hyundai Venue in August of 2022. My vehicle has had issues since June and has been in multiple Hyundai dealership since. The third time my brake lights were giving me issues I contacted Wiesner Hyundai.Wiesner was helpful at first, they were able to get my car in sooner than some of my more local dealerships. However, this was my third time dropping off my car at various Hyundai dealerships, and Wiesner was not listening to my concerns about my car. My calls were ignored and my concerns about my were not valid according to the dealership. I felt discriminated against and taken advantage of because I am young woman. They wanted to replace a bulb for $50 and call it good, when it had been replaced just a few months prior and still has continued to give me issues. After speaking to my advisor, Daniel Marquez about my concerns he told me to take my car elsewhere. I will never do service with Wiesner Hyundai, and I will continue to share publicly they way I was treated and let other women know that they can not trust their vehicles with Wiesner Hyundai.
