I have been to this location several times, and for two different vehicles now. Everyone there is so kind, hard-working, and helpful! I never felt like they were just trying to upsell me on things, I felt like they were trying to take the best care of me and my vehicle. They were even understanding when my toddler had to go to the restroom in the middle of our service, they led us directly there, and never complained about our interruption. So nice, will be back again!

Great location. You can walk over to Whataburger (right next door) while your car is getting worked on. I was in there today for an inspection today. A big shout out to Dylan. Dylan came right out. He greated and and was very upbeat. There was a slight issue with the testing computer. Dylan came and explained what was going on and fixed the issue quickly. He was very apologetic and got the situation fix in a hurry. He seemed very genuinely concerned about my time. Good job Dylan.

Valvoline is my new place to go for my oil changes. They are very thorough about the services they provide. They make recommendations for your specific vehicle with no pressure to proceed with service. The gentleman are kind and respectful.

Quick, stay-in-your-car oil change... With a coupon was priced very competitively... Staff were courteous and polite... I do wish though that they would use stickers with next-change mileage aligned with vehicle manufacturer's recommendation; i.e. 5,000 miles instead of 3,000 miles, which they say they can't change...

This dealership is a state authorized inspection center. We attempted to have our 2012 Mazda CX7 inspected...their equipment could not produce a report due to its blue tooth failure. We went to O' Riley as the valvoline tech suggested we do and their reading found no fault for our vehicle. We then followed up with a report from our mechanic who found the vehicle to be in excellent condition and able to pass an inspection with flying colors. We returned for a re-inspection at Valvoline with the same result...their equipment was unable to produce a conclusive reading which they said was a fault with THEIR bluetooth. They agreed to refund our CASH payment with a check to possibly receive the next day via email. That means a trip to the bank, and no compensation for our extra efforts spent just to find that its THEIR faulty equipment! We will be following up with the State of Texas Inspection licensing department as this a concern for any other consumer's who may have encountered our circumstances

Dylan and the team were very helpful. They had amazing Customer Service . Also helped me put my plate on and sticker I know those are things that they didn t have to do. This was my first time to try Valvoline and I was greatly surprised at how wonderful of an experience I had! All of the employees were so respectful and happy to help with not only changing my oil, but took the time to explain things along the way. Shawna and Mary were exceptional! This location was clean, organized and so helpful! I will definitely be coming back and I will highly recommend them to my friends and family!

I came in needing help with my oil drain plug. A different oil company had stripped the plug and decided to put glue in the gaps last time i got an oil change and it seemed impossible to remove! Dalton, Sung, and Dylan not only were able to remove it, but replaced my plug with a brand new one, changed my oil, and aired up my tires! They really saved me and my vehicle from having a bad day. Thank you guys!!!!!

I recently had an oil change and tire rotation at this site. It was late in the day on a Saturday and something accidentally was not done correctly. Mistakes happen--but Valvoline when above and beyond to make it right. Made a forever customer out of me. Thank you, Valvoline!

I am so appreciative of the level of courtesy the employees spoke to customers and especially each other. The manager Mary was super nice and helpful. I stupidly have anxiety getting an oil change after many times of bad experiences elsewhere. I'm glad I found a place where I am very comfortable and confident to come back to for more than just oil changes.

The service was great. Not very much transparency with the pricing when it comes to the cabin filter. 55$ for a 19.99 filter is way beyond excessive. I can see a 10 to 15 dollar mark up for convenience but that is borderline treacherous. I d recommend posting your prices inside the bay so that people can make an informed choice before getting robbed blind or better yet have your techs give the price to the customer. Guess this is the day and age we live in where we have to be shady to get add on sales to services.

Had a terrific experience! Edwin was not only skilled, but incredibly polite. On top of that, other oil change place said they couldn't change our oil because of the model of our car (Nissan). They had a work around that did the trick! Very pleased!

This was my first time using Valvoline for an oil change. I had a great experience, Shawna and Dalton Took great care of me. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes with new oil and a new set of wiper blades. Shawna was very informative, she showed me all my options and explained everything perfectly. I definitely will be back.

I live right behind here but won t come here personally due to the reviews and so I don t want to risk it. Thankfully, everything is covered for new Toyota, up to a certain point, so I m safe for now. Seems to be hit or miss on this particular location. I ve only seen it busy like 2 times so must be my timing on when I m passing it to leave and come back home.

This was a refreshing change from the normal oil change spots. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly (At all times. That's a huge area most overlooked in service industries. How the staff behave and interact with each other), open line of communication between upper bays and lower bays.The staff was also very patient with a newer recruit (also very competent) and that's encouraging to see. First time here. Needed oil and tire rotation. Pulled in no wait time, but then they got extremely busy. Only 2 people were on top, running around and 1 person on the bottom changing the oil. They started on my work truck, and it took longer than expected. But then I was told my truck wouldn't fit on the lift to do the tire rotation!!! But umm, I think it was they got so busy!!! But really, why say you can do tire rotation but then say we can't because my truck won't fit! Not a good service. My truck is a standard 4x4 Chevy Silverado. So not sure if I'll come back ti this location.

Convenient location. Ample general parking as well as parking. However, for most services, you pull into the bay and never have to leave your car. This business is honest and up-front and I'll tell you how I know this! I took a car that wasn't mine in for an oil change. They inspected the oil, looked up the car's VIN number and advised me that an oil change wasn't necessary unless I just wanted to change it. Well, no! They closed the hood, wiped down the front where they placed their hands and sent me on my way. They could have EASILY just changed the oil and charged me. Instead, they were honest! Thank you, Jacob! Please visit this location for your automotive lubrication needs. We need to support honest businesses, especially automotive-based businesses where it's relatively easy to get ripped off!

Mary went above & beyond for me when I was stranded with a dead battery just less than a mile from their station. Mary was so kind & got my battery jumped & replaced in no time! This is the type of service a business should strive for. I m a customer for life!
