Contrary to the vulgar and misleading post from another reviewer here, my experience was the exact opposite...Having never dealt with TER Texas before I found their business clean and neat, and the sales people friendly and knowledgeable...Although their main business is building new flatbeds and service bodies, they worked my used truck into their schedule, removed the flatbed, sanded and repainted it and installed new lighting, all at a very competitive price...It was completed a day ahead of the promised schedule...I am very pleased...Thank you Richard for your professionalism...EDIT: When I got home, I remembered that new mudflaps were to be installed also, but got left off the work order...A quick phone call got the situation corrected, and new mudflaps were installed the next morning while I waited...I like a business that puts the customer's satisfaction first regardless of how much he is spending...

Not a good place for truck equipment and installation. Kris that mexican doesn't know anything about trucks jus wants to take your money for a job half done.

Very nice employees. Parking lot is super full & can be overwhelming, but as a business in this economy....what a greT issue to have.

Getting my truck repair from an accident..so far my truck is in good hands of professional bodyshop..clean place and warehouse,friendly and honest.i would recommend friends to this shop and anyone that is reading this post
