If you looking to buy a vehicle DON T SHOP HERE ! I purchased a vehicle back in June the first day I bought the vehicle it broke down while leave the lot ! The car was infested with roaches! Yes that s right roaches! After having the truck for less than a few months the truck broke down on me again! Had my car shipped to a dodge dealership and top notch took it upon the self to come pick the vehicle up to say they gone service on it at they shop after I DIDNT GIVE THEM PERMISSION! Gracey in the service department have a real smart mouth and very rude ! DON t SHOP HERE RUUUNNNN !!

I ve had the car I bought from them for about a year and 4 months and while that vehicle has gotten me through some tough moments, I must say something about the dealership in itself.1- if you want a call back of any type.. don t even wait by the phone. Your best bet is to go in because they will only call when that car note is due (which is valid but I ve called about trade ins, oil changes, maintenance and never received a call back)2. If you are looking for maintenance DO NOT GO TO THEM! Find somewhere that ll actually fix the problem. I got a car and 3 days later , my check engine light popped up. I took it to them THREE TIMES and now I am having far more trouble and coming out of big bucks because I didn t take it to an actual shop to get it fixed. (Yes the car has a lot of miles and is a little older but they could still pretend to care by fixing it)A pro is getting a vehicle there is a simple abs easy process. They work well with your credit which is hard to find. Honestly if your looking for a car .. I d expand your options before coming here.

We bought our second vehicle here from Kino as always service was quick and exceptional! I love the no hassle not pushy sales! And Kino is my go to guy!My only complaint is the new system with the computer, if my wife wasn t with me I probably would have fell asleep doing paperwork!I will always recommend top notch to friends and family, but I will warn them about the dreaded computer process it took much longer than I felt it needed to be and the computer reads much slower than I can.

I would recommend TopNotch auto sales to anyone. I have been down on my luck and my credit has suffered big time. Kino listen to me and understands life happens. He made it really easy to get into a nice buick encore and I am loving it. I would send anyone one their. Thank you so much Kino.

These people sale salvage titles. I'm 100 percent sure they tried to sell me a wrecked car . I would have never knew until I changed the tires and the whole frame bent in... No lies! Then the owner tells me it's not his fault... Shm ! If u get a car from there please take it else where to get checked out. They also sale flood damage car's!

Sales guy would not answer my question I asked if they had a 4x4 truck. He said u only got 500 down u can't get a tuck anyway. really I asked to talk to sales manager ., Then he hung up on me
