I m pleased with the repair completed on my vehicle and give my highest recommendation. Taylor is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond in explaining the repair process, and our insurance estimate. The staff is friendly and showed concern for my situation from the time my estimate and vehicle were received on thru work completion. My vehicle was completed within the time promised. If you are looking for a local team to get you back on the road look no further.

I would not recommend taking your vehicle to Tommy's. They have had my husband's truck for 6 weeks now and it's still not ready. Every time we call to check the status we get the run around from either Taylor or Jessica. Each time we've spoken with them it's a different story as to why it's taking a ridiculous amount of time. Please look elsewhere if you're needing bodywork done.

Not recommended at all. After having a crash accident in I10 Highway, I took my car to this shop for repair. They charged my insurance more than $7000 and i paid also $1000 deductible and it is now more than 6 weeks they cant fix the misalignment of my car. they keep promising me and now they don't even return my call. unbelievable. Service and customer support has no meaning for this repair shop.

We have taken our cars twice over the past few years to Tommy's Paint & Body. Both times it was for general repairs we wanted or needed, not through insurance. They are wonderful to work with! Mark and Taylor in the office were professional, personable, and quick to help with our needs. The repair work was always done so well that you couldn't tell something had been replaced. I gotta say, the professionalism and the way they operate is very outstanding. They will communicate with you through the whole process, ensure you get the best service. When I dropped my truck off I knew I had no worries. And when I picked it up it looked better than when I bought it. I will always take my vehicles here and recommend anyone to go here as well. Let me just start by saying that Taylor is amazing!She helped me with the whole process start to finish, she dealt with the insurance company and kept me up to date on everything that was going on.Her and her team went above and beyond my expectations in service and repairs.They are very nice, patient and efficient!I will definitely recommend them to everyone, they are awesome!

Very nice,patient,friendly people. They did an excellent job on repairing my car after an accident. Taylor was excellent with dealing with the stubborn insurance company and keeping me up-to-date on everything. Mark made sure I was taken care of. He even made sure my car was washed and clean when I went to pick it up...even though it was pouring down raining!!! I will definitely recommend this body shop to other people.

My car was involved in an accident. They did the body repair. They did an excellent job. They dealt with the other driver s insurance so that I didn t have to. The process was flawless. I am so impressed with their service. I would definitely recommend them! I was very impressed with the staff and service. Kim, Taylor and Mark put me at ease in a stressful situation. They dealt with insurance adjuster and made sure my car was repaired correctly. It was like picking up a new vehicle. They do good work, but they have a very hard time keeping you in the loop of what is going on with your vehicle. That is the only negative thing I can say. I have used this company several times because of the quality of work, so I'm sure there maybe a good reason for the lack of contact. Also I would like to say that the people there are very nice and in passed experiences with them you won't be disappointed with there work.

I chose Tommy s because they ve been in business for so many decades, and there is a good reason they have. They re great! I d never filed a claim against someone else s auto insurance. They explained what to do and what to expect. The body work they performed on my car is excellent. Although all of the damage was on the exterior of my car, when I picked it up, it had been nicely cleaned inside and out. I highly recommend Tommy s.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is the best repair shop ever! I was high at a red light and the others insurance, progressive, was awful! I can't thank Mark and Taylor enough for helping us through the process. They replaced our front end on a 2015 Chevy Silverado. It was hit by a cement truck, no one was in it thankfully. I gave the insurance company their name and Mark and Taylor took over from there. You can't tell the truck was ever hit. Thank you.

Sep 2021They fixed my vehicle after an accident a few years back and my vehicle came out looking band new<3I had an issue with the bumper from said accident not letting the paint stick to it but after I talked with the insurance about it the shop made it look great with a new bumper yet again! :D the paint is being stubborn again but I'm not worried. Mike is doing what he can to make sure the job is done right^-^Now I'm having trouble with the clips for the front bumper (they are old/ breaking apart) so I'm gonna have them replace both sides so that we can get past this bumper issue for a while Feb 2022My bumper gave me and the shop (even their paint supplier!) so much trouble. We even had to order another bumper through my old insurance and had to get a car rental place involved BUT I'm very grateful that they didn't give up. Despite all of the road blocks, they continued to give excellent service I 100% recommend

I received the best service with Tommy s paint & Body. From the moment I walked in I was treated kindness and respect. Ashley was very thorough with my quote. I received an itemized receipt with my quote. We did talk about some products that we might be able to take off and bring the price down. We just wouldnt know for sure until they started working. I appreciated that with my quote there would be no surprises. I received text updates every day. That was great. I also received a phone call about items being taken off my quote and bringing down the cost. Woohoo!! My car was one day late but I was not in a rush at all. And it was not their fault. My car paint had to be ordered. I highly recommend this company and will return if I need work on my car any time in the future.

I was rear ended during the snow storm and my bumper was basically ruined. Also received some body damage on the bed of the truck. I called Tommy s Paint and Body and they took it in and fixed it right up. I ordered a replacement Ranchhand bumper and they installed and wired the lights for me. Great family owned business with an excellent crew. They will always be my first choice!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Tommy's Paint and Body is my #1 choice for auto repair! I'm in the process of working with Mark at the shop for my second time (separate incidents). I am impressed by how friendly and helpful Mark and his staff are to their customers, and how timely and professional they are when providing quotes and completing the work. I also learned that the shop does more than what you would think of for a "paint and body shop". I will call Tommy's anytime I need something done to my vehicle!

Old time Conroe business. Replaced a bent bumper in 1 day. Lived up their estimate. If I need body work again they will be my first choice.
