Very helpful lady at the front! Went in to get my son's rock chip fixed. At first she didn't think it would work with 1 drill and said the 2nd drill might make the starring worse but she'd try her best.. and she did! She was so happy when she returned and told us that it worked with the first drill and the glue went all the way to the bottom. You could tell she genuinely wanted to help us and was happy it worked out well! Recommend 100%. Thank you Steen Glass

First class small business! People and processes are top notch. Front office very efficient and friendly. Onsite technicians were very knowledgeable. Two of them worked seamlessly together. Best tools on hand for their purposes. Gave me joy to do business with Steen Glass!

I got a quote for a glass replacement for my home with exact measurements as my husband is a carpenter so I know it was correct it took them a week and a day to come out it in and when I tried to pay the installer he said Nina or someone else would call me. I called twice, busy both times, finally they called me to get paymentI asked before I paid if it was still the same quoted price of 135.00She said of courseI got my bank statement, they hit me with 20.99 over my estimateNever doing business there again.I've done all my business there but no more. I'd give them a o rating.

Scheduled an appt.. They changed it to another day. Then they never called nor showed up. We called since noone showed up and set up for third appt and again...no show, no call.

This company installed the shower glass when we were having our bathroom renovated. They did beautiful work! Time passed and we started having a minor problem with it. Their customer service is amazing! They not only came back out and took care of the issue, but did so with smiles on their faces. So refreshing and appreciated! We highly recommend Steen.

Had a 1 in window chip/crack repaired on my Jeep. It was done incredibly well and disappeared. Great job. One of the techs also was very generous talking about another project I'm doing with glass while he was on his lunch break. Good folks.

Have used this company a few times over the years. Employees are knowledgeable and skilled, and prices have always seemed fair for the excellent jobs they ve done for me (window replacement, new glass top for jigsaw pattern coffee table, storm windows). I recommend them and will use again

These guys and the lady on reception are highly professional doing quality work on windshield repairs. I used them 2 times and it was always quick and easy fix. Even the last one I thought it was unrepairable since there were actually two hits in one spot, both being star-alike almost an inch each. Ho problem, after 15 mins and 5 min exposure under the sun the damage was barely noticeable. And I didn't pay a penny. Insurance did. Muchas gracias!

Might do good work I couldn t tell you. Can to this place four different time each time the lady at the desk. Was giving me a different reason on why I couldn t get my window fix.

These folks are friendly as well as knowledgeable. I needed a top cut for my aquarium and they not only got the pieces cut exactly to my measurements their prices were great as well. I'll use them again with pleasure.

Steen Glass was on top of things when they installed the privacyand protective glass in our front business office.They kept meposted on when they would have the supplies to install it andthey installed it in a timely manner. Stephen G. , the glazier whodid the install , did a great job and was very professional. I wouldhighly recommend Steen Glass

Came in today to get a back glass replaced. The 2 ladies at the front desk, the installer and the new guy that cleaned up the tempered glass we're all super nice and friendly. Price was great, service was timely. Next time I need glass they'll be my first call.

Several issues when getting a price for a shower door and getting the shower door installed. First when given a quote for the door was only given cost of glass with out labor, then once measured given both. How do you quote one without the other. Second getting the doors installed they said it would be 10 days so when I called after 10 days they said we will be there in the morning. The problem is no phone call to schedule they just assumed we would be there. So we rescheduled for three days later and know they are telling me that I have the wrong day but they can make adjustments and install in the afternoon instead of in the morning. Overall it has just been poor customer service and no communication.

I expected to have to wait a few days for my glass shelf replacement, but they cut and beveled it while I waited. The movers gave me $60 for breaking the item but Steen only charged $8.

I priced cutting a mirror at Glass World, Milstead and here. Steen was by far the cheapest and did the work quickly while I waited. The other guys wanted me to return up to 3 days later...

They went the little extra mile to have great customer service. They vacuumed the broken glass out of my car and alerted me to glass in my air vents. Great service and the lowest price in Conroe.

I needed a crack in my windshield stopped.This is the only local place willing to do it.Also the inner store has lots of neat example with the do with glass and mirror
