These people are reckless. I am driving down 2978 and there was a lane closure and their tow truck driver with a Chevy Yukon on it almost plows into my lane without waiting for room to merge lanes. I should have let him hit me vehicle and then charged him for the damages. As a business owner who you hire reflects your business and I would never go there for services. License plate T4935K

Update: I thought customer service was bad. Their driving is just as bad If not reckless. April 12th At around four o'clock you're female driver was blowing down fourteen eighty eight almost hit three cars in the process. Then when she decided she wanted to jerk Uber after going well over 50 miles an hour with a major accident up.She cut off a car that didn't see her and almost hit the car. Not only did she almost hit the car she jumped out of the car proceeded to approach the car screaming at the guy and ready to fight. Then as she proceeded to go back to her truck she walked in front of her truck and flipped off the car screaming at him as he was going by. I was 5 cars back from that tow truck.Almost hitting that car trying to Jump over. Do better yell are gonna end up killing somebody!!!!!!!!!!Horrible customer service!!!!! My car was towed by them and they had keys as soon as they showed up. I was not allowed to turn my car off or anything before he took it. So whether they turned it off or not-they drained my battery completely. 1 year and a half old battery shouldn't drain if turned off properly before hand. They had to jump my car and it barely started up. What they probably don't know is that it's a PUSH TO START so if they didn't push the button to the correct setting then they messed up. I called after verifying they battery was indeed dead- and the "Lady that runs the place" was super rude on the phone, very short and quick to say it's not their fault before hearing what I had to say. She then told me in a very unprofessional manner that she had someone else she was dealing with and I could call back later and tell someone about it but made sure to say there was nothing they could do about it anyways.YOU SHOULD NOT BE TOWING PEOPLES CARS AND NOT TAKE PROPER CARE OF THE CAR WHILE IN YOUR POSSESSION. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR THEIR BUSINESS!!! NOW IM OUT ANOTHER $150 CAUSE THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME!!!!!Service: Vehicle wrecking

If I could give this place a 0 I would. My son s car was towed Friday night. The driver gave me a quote of $180 and an additional daily storage fee of $20, as I was not able to pick up the car until Saturday, the next day. When I called to make arrangements to pick up the car, Scotty, the owner as he identified himself, then told me it would be $280 to retrieve the car. After informing him of the quote I received, he said the driver doesn t know the prices, only he knows the cost and if I would ve called him he could ve told me. I advised him that his driver seemed pretty confident in the quote he gave, he didn t inform me that the prices may be different and that I should call to verify, so why would I question him and call to check if his information was accurate. He, the owner was very rude and arrogant. I highly recommend using a different company. You will not get good customer service here and they will tack on additional fees unbeknownst to you.

My wife's vehicle broke down on her at work, I used Speedy's three times over the past two weeks to get to two different shops then back home. Each time they were very quick and efficient and pricing remained similar between the three.

Just had a speedy wrecker driver fly past me at over 75mph on HW 2854 in a 45mph zone, just to turn ahead of me making me slam on my brakes so he could make a right turn. Incredibly inconsiderate and illegal driving. There is a reason people hate wreckers, and this is a big reason why.

Absolutely horrible service called and tried to schedule an appointment and was told you have to just call and see if someone is around. Some people work jobs .Service: Vehicle wreckingService: Vehicle wrecking
