I had the absolute best experience with Southern Tire Mart! I was initially calling around to get pricing on tires and Carl was quick to find tires for my truck that were in my budget. Once they were installed, the technician informed me of issues with my rims and Carl was able to help me find the rims I wanted and able to get them installed around my schedule despite them being very busy. The whole staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and Carl s customer service was out of this world! I cannot thank y all or recommend y'all enough!

We had issues with a recently acquired food truck and was referred to this establishment for help. I had an EXTREMELY pleasant experience. The staff especially Ryan and Gerado were very nice and very professional as well as knowledgeable. They helped me determine a plan to get my issues resolved. I will definitely be bringing my other vehicles to them for tire and alignment needs as well as recommending them to friends and family. Great job Southern Tire Mart!!!

Highly recommend Southern Tire Mart. Ryan was extremely helpful and knowledgable. STM got my hard to find 21" tire replaced the same day before long holiday weekend.

Good customer service, nice and clean restroom, and took me in right away to replaced my blown out drive tire, only reason they get 3 stars is that the technician didn t remove the tire debris near brake drum..A better job could ve being done.

We went to buy six new tires for a motorhome within one one week We had a tire blowout we were told that motorhome tires do not come with any kind of warranty which was a lie they are covered under a road hazard policy salesperson refused to help said that he would look into it and call back he never did. Because of this lie we were charged $1900 for a tire replacement on a trip the whole deal seems shady from the get-go Clearly evident that this sales person makes a living off of sales commissions and made more money by not one putting a warranty on these tires and guarantee two refusing to discuss a tire that was supposedly brand new blown out one week later

The Wallisville Houston location didn t have the tires I needed or requested so I elected to have them install a lesser quality tire which i immediately regretted all six tires were improperly balanced and had to be rebalanced by the Conroe location which was much more helpful and deserves 4 stars

I came across this place on Google when I had a TPMS sensor out; most places charge, if memory serves, upwards of $100/sensor. This place only charged $40/sensor, and they checked the others for me at my request. Luckily it was just the 1 sensor, so I didn't pay more than $42 - $45 in total. Now any customers I get at my job, who experience the same issue, I recommend them over here. When it's the cheapest you'll find for a bad TPMS sensor, why not?This was back in May or June. Also was a bit wild being the only small sedan with so many trucks and bigger trucks.

Came for tire rotation and have been thru a rough past year from divorce and cancer and had no clue if needed rotating, balance or new tires. This place is the best! Thry told me exactly what was needed. Then I was blessed by them with no fee!! Wow, yall don't know what a huge blessing it is to me! Thank you and Merry Christmas. I'll most definitely recommend your tire business to friends and family

Scheduled an allignment and dropped my truck off in the morning. Picked it up at the end of the day and the allignment wasnt done. They told me my tie rods and lower control arm bushings were bad so they couldnt do the allignment and need to replace them. Well both those items had already been replaced recently and i checked them when i got home are they are in the same condition as when i installed them. Ive has good experiences here in the past and they did the last allignment on this truck only 2k miles ago when i had just re done the suspension. Not sure what happened this time.They also left grease on my carpets and doorpanel.

I cannot day enough about this place. Fabian and his team treated us like royalty. So much respect and kindness all while being incredibly informative and helpful. We needed 4 new trailer tires for our 16k lb 5th wheel trailer. I did some research online and ended up deciding to get the SAILUN S637 but it was not a brand Southern Tire Mart carried. I decided to order he tires online and have Southern Tire Mart do the install. Fabian told me no problem and to have the tires shipped there. I showed up Saturday morning to get the job done and the team was ready. Had us in and out in an hour. On top of all this the price for mounting and old tire disposal was SUPER cheap! Love these guys. Will definitely stop here when we pass though again

All the staff at STM are great! Prices on tires and services can t be beat, they do a great job at keeping all my vehicles rolling down the road smooth and straight.

Definitely recommend this shop. Good people here. Brought my 5th wheel here to replace a bad hub and have tires installed. Prices are reasonable and customer service is top notch. Looks like they work on a lot of heavy duty stuff (semis, heavy duty trailers etc) so I was comfortable bringing my trailer here to have someone knowledgeable work on it.

Very nice staff and great prices. Carl really helped me out after I told him the wrong size tire over the phone. I used to go to discount tire (don't have anything bad to say about them) but this will be my new tire shop.

Stop by 2 other Places within 200 miles..They Couldn't figure out why my tire was leaking. Well I go to Southern TM. 1st thing out of their Tire Guy. It u can't find Leak.. Crack Rim. Others didn't even look or knew to look.. Awesome Job STM. That's Exactly what it was!! IM GLAD. IT COULD HAVE BEEN BAD! IF IT EXPLODED!

I wish there was an option for less than one star. I was lied to, by Matt, from the minute I stepped foot in their front door. They promised me things that they couldn't deliver on like a bunch of hypocrites. No communication whatsoever.

I am fairly new to the area. Needed a trailer tire repaired. Carl took down the information and I asked if he could do it quickly (under 45 minutes) while I ran an errand. They were busy and Carl said he would do what he could. BEFORE I made it back to the shop they called and were done. 25 minutes in and out. Not only that, but he upgraded the valve stem without being asked. The cost/charge was way below what I was expecting. Not many shops left like this. Thanks Carl and tech's

These guys are honest. Wow. I'm a customer for life. They were honest about when I needed to get new tires, and didn't pressure me. Found out i have another year on my tire. Like i said customer for life.

No mater what truck I have my brothers down at southern tire mart always get me riding right I have three trucks and never have problems with my tires knock on wood now you might have to wait a little bit but the professionalism that you get in return is well worth it

My first time coming here and will come back. I recently moved and I had been going to the same place to get my inspections and service done for years but I am so glad these guys are amazing at what they do that they will be my go-to place from now on. I was in and out fast and they were super nice and knowledgeable. Thanks for making the transition so easy.

Wonderful people who were happy to install the tires ordered from pep boys after pep boys refused to install them after confirming on phone and in person.Highly recommend.Installed 4 tires on back axle of my small class C motorhome.

I have been dealing with issues with my car for about 2 weeks now since I ve got it back from the dealers after a recall. I ve gone to several different places and estimated prices and called around and I kept getting high prices, and different places trying to add on problems to my car. I spent one of my entire days off dealing with different places and them being rude and pricing me the highest they can by doing kits or add on s and other things not necessary to fix my problem. On top of being charge just to take a look at it! I was priced at over $1,500 and had rude service before I came across Southern Tire here off 75!They got me in quick, took a look, estimated a price to exactly what was wrong with my car and didn t try to upsell me or screw me. Didn t charge a dime to look at it and tell me my struts were blown. For both front struts, labor and an alignment, I only spent $565! Ashley and Keith were absolutely amazing! Fantastic service and the most honest helpful place I ve encountered. Best prices by far all around. I asked about prices for other things too by curiosity. I will definitely come back and recommend this location from here on out!

Had to take a customers trailer there on short notice for a TX DOT inspection. Fabian the service manager got me scheduled and in the bay promptly, and the inspection was performed and done in less than an hour. Great service and nice facility. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Keep up the good work.

Keith helped me in advance on the phone by quoting the prices of the appropriate tires for my RV. Ashley was courteous and thorough and the mechanics had me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. They did my state inspection also. Great place and close to my home away from home RV park.

Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful above they call of duty and very reasonable. Still only 7 bucks to get my trailer inspected.. and they did not charge for a failed inspection when I wanted to fix my own lights instead of letting them fix them. Also while I was there another customer was having the same issue.. they let him work on it right there.. I took mine home and came back. And they were giving and elderly couple a ride home so they did not have to hang out in the waiting area for the car to be fixed!Dam nice folks, I highly recommend them.
