I had a window on my car that was stuck in the down position, I had the motor and regulator replaced at Rooster Ridge.The repair was done the same day!Adam, my service representative was knowledgeable, friendly and helped me get my car back on the road. So far so good, I d recommend checking them out!

Went in for a vehicle inspection. This facility is super clean and the guys working there were super nice. The service was very fast as well. The waiting area is very clean and organized and even has a coffee bar station. I was pleasantly surprised on the cleanliness of the bathroom. Highly recommend this place. They even gave me a coupon to help with the price of the inspection.

The team at Rooster Ridge is awesome! They are extremely reasonable and have taken great care of both me and my vehicle whenever I've needed their help. I will continue to be a return customer because their service and staff are just that great! They understand that most auto repair shops don't have the customer's best interest at heart and are actively working to change that narrative by providing the best auto repair service at a price that won't break your wallet.Thank you, Rooster Ridge Car Care team!

I had an AC issue where my car was blowing hot air. I d previously gone to Autozone, Jiffy Lube, and as the clock approached 5pm I started to realize the issue would not be addressed today. I googled some nearby repair places and ultimately selected Rooster because of their reviews.I ll start off with the pros 1. I called, not expecting to be able to be seen the same day and they were able to get me in right away.2. The ENTIRE STAFF including the Manager was INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY. Customer service was fantastic from beginning to end.3. They took the car back right away and was able to diagnosis my issue relatively quickly.4. Although I ultimately opted not to have the repairs done there, the entire staff remained friendly and helpful in discussing what I felt was reasonable for the repairs.Cons I took my car to the dealership today with the diagnosis provided by Rooster and they confirmed the issue. The only thing I found disappointing, was that I was told by the repair technician that based on my initial statements of troubleshooting steps already taken, it was clear to them that an evac and recharge was NOT NECESSARY. I was told that, given the information that was provided, Rooster simply checked my compressor as there were clear indicators that s what the issue was.I m fully aware the company has their own processes on how to diagnosis issues, so I won t knock it, it just left me feeling unheard and kind of taken advantage of.The price I paid was fairly steep for basically 1hr of labor and parts that I didn t need.

I am in the process of moving from California to Texas and had a great experience with Adam and the team at Rooster Ridge Car Care! They replaced my horn, changed all tire sensors, changed the oil, rotated the tires, completed my state inspection and changed the windshield wiper blades, all for a very reasonable price. I was traveling and they called and let me know when it was all finished and made the process seamless. Very fast service! I highly recommend them for your car service and maintenance needs. True professionals!

Took my 2017 explorer in a couple weeks ago after my water pump went out, they were very up front about cost and even have options for financing. I'm SO glad to have my car back and running like brand new! Definitely recommend!

Outstanding experience at Rooster Ridge. Didn't have an appointment, but the very courteous and friendly staff worked me in on a Saturday. Finished the job on time. They even offered to drive me home while they were working on the car. Would strongly recommend them for your vehicle service needs.

Fantastic service and great staff. I got an oil change and they did a free inspection of my vehicle which noticed that my air filter vent cover was missing. Was able to resolve this with the dealer I just bought the vehicle from, would never have known if these guys hadn't pointed it out. Highly recommended.

Nice guys, but they messed up over and over again on my vehicle. They installed the wrong gaskets and seals (needed to be motorcraft but was aftermarket parts), did not properly adhere gaskets and seals by Ford's specs which caused everything to leak.I originally came to this place for a mystery anti-freeze leak. They recommended I replace a few hoses, cost me $$$$, then a few days later it leaked again. Brought it back and they recommended more hoses, gaskets, seals, and a flush. A few days after the vehicle was returned again, and it leaked again. By the FOURTH TIME of returning the vehicle (over 4 weeks of time and THOUSANDS of dollars) I decided a 2nd opinion was needed by a dealership. The Ford dealer found that Rooster Ridge had improperly installed 2 different major components.When I brought this to their attention they asked me to bring it to them and have their warranty cover the full cost. Why would I give a MASTER FORD MECHANIC a 5th time to do the job right?!? Bottom line, they cannot be trusted because I was told the 30+ yr Master Mechanic was doing the job since my 2nd visit.I called to speak with the owner, but he had zero interest in speaking with me and I never heard from him. I asked for refund of some sort and was denied because I did not use my warranty, despite me asking and challenging their installations during the 4 weeks maintenance.

What an amazing group. These guys made me feel confident that they were doing everything they could to resolve my car issues. They continually updated me and the place was super clean and had a great place to sit and work while I waited.

I thought they did good, until I find out they didn't change the ngk ignition coil I bought. Said the spark plug compressed and broke the ignition coil. They Put the old ignition coil back on, which didn't fix the misfire on cylinder 3. They Didn't tell me they did that. Drove off and 2 days later check engine light comes back on. Look under the hood and behold, old ignition coil in cylinder 3. So they not only broke my part, they didn't even tell me about it until after I called very upset, and rightfully so. Paid 600$ for a service and this place tried to rip me off. Adam did rectify the situation. It's the principle of the matter. The situation shouldn't have happened to begin with.

Here's my experience... 11/11/23I drove from Minnesota to Willis for my nieces wedding, when almost there noticed my lifter knocking pretty bad. Next day I find rooster ridge. I ask for a quote. They tell me to give me a quote is like $200. Then they tell me it can't be fixed without a ton of work and will cost $12,000+. But would recommend replacing the motor for $13,000+.I'm told to trust them they are super experienced blah blah. I just about died. I've got a young family of 5 and I still owe like $15,000. So I opt to not fix it there. Out of options I rent a vehicle and pay $1000 to truck it back to Minnesota. Well I found a mechanic and asked him to see what can be done. He says it's just the lifters and it'll be $2,300. He fixed SAME DAY! For $11,000 less!!! I doubt they even looked at it, just took my $200 for nothing.I'd suggest avoiding this place.

Highly recommend the Rooster Ridge team! They are very professional and honest. I have been going to them for all my car needs for a year now, even for car emergencies. They have always been patient with my questions, taken the time to explain needed car maintenance and repairs, and have always used clear language (important for me, as I am learning all the car teminology!). Highly recommend this family owned business if you are new to taking care of your car or looking for a high quality, certified mechanic service.

Rooster Ridge went above and beyond to help me with my Jeep. Adam was very helpful and communicative the entire time. I had a horrible experience dealing with a warranty company for my Jeep s engine and I think he had just as many phone calls as I did to try to work out the coverage with my warranty company. After a month of negotiations, the Jeep runs perfectly. Thanks for all your hard work!

I got my inspection done in no time at all. They made a suggestion as to what my next maintenance need would be. It was pouring rain that day and they were kind enough to put my car right next to the office entrance so I didn t get soaked. They are really friendly and courteous! Thanks guys!

Went in for a tire repair, and still had air leaking from the tire. I called back the next day confused (was told it was repairable), asking why it was still leaking air, and was told that I needed a new tire. I the. took my car to Beasley for a new tire, and was told that whoever tried patching the tire did a sloppy job and had it re-patched by them without any problems since. It was my first time visiting this location, so I m not sure if it s the business, or the employee who patched the tire, but it did not leave a good first impression. The only reason I m giving two stars is for the individual who checked me out at the front desk he was kind, polite, and answered questions about the different patching I could do, although it didn t work the way he told me it would

They were able to get my wheel alignment done quickly and as promised within an hour. I was very happy with the results. I was very happy that the told me they would get it done within an hour and they actually delivered on what they said they were going to do.

**RESTORATION PROJECT***So far I have been very impressed with this shop. From the techs to management. Always communicating the steps that are being taken, projected dates and costs. There is still a bit of work being done, and I have a feeling with all the guaranteed work and warranties my review will continue to be "OUTSTANDING WORK!"

Knowledgeable, friendly and super quick on the oil change check up. They have other locations recommended to me to handle car collision repair making it seamless to work all in house which is preferred. Would recommend.

How did I not know they were here? An easy location to get to but slightly hidden behind our beautiful trees and right next-door to the big car wash at Gosling and 242. 1st time there as Rooster Ridge. Got an alignment done. Had to wait a bit, due to a car on the lift in front of me, but it was not a big deal. Waiting room was comfortable, with good wifi and coffee. Friendly staff. Will come back.

Went for an inspection. Was initially happy when they got me in right away but grew increasingly frustrated when the inspection took 30-40 min. Turns out they were spending all their time writing up quotes for work they wanted to do on my truck even though I passed the inspection. I wasn t there to get up sold on work I can do myself, I there to keep Uncle Sam off my back.

Rooster Ridge Conroe is our family choice for all of our auto repair and preventive maintenance. We've been a customer for about 4 years and it's always easy to get our appointments scheduled and have them actually be on-time. GREAT customer service and quality work. I can highly recommend this facility.

I went for oil change to Rooster like many times before. I had a coupon and wanted regular oil. The manager (new person) came out and rejected service because for my 2016 car into which I always, since 2016, put regular he wanted to put synthetic (2 times more expensive on the coupon), because *he* knows what should be used. I told him that I always used regular and that many other places did it since the beginning, but he proceeded to argue how they were mistaken. I left. I went to Walmart and did it for $25. I'll never be changing oil at Rooster's again. Oil is just oil. There is nothing to it. Fancy mancy synthetic or whatever is only adding cosmetics to your car. I'm a mechanical engineer. Pulling one me is not going to happen.

Fast service, safe neighborhood, good customer service. I went in for an inspection. The only thing I would recommend is for the business to add an appointment schedule, I had to stop by twice for this since the person performing this leaves earlier and is not at the shop everyday.
