Thank you Cory for taking good care of me.The moment I called to check for availability to the moment I picked up my car Cory s customer service was excellent.I made sure to also let me know how long my oil change will take as they were busy, making it easy for me to plan my day accordingly. In which it was actually fast. He also went over my car inspection report, even though he was really busy with people walking in & answering calls. Great customer service from Cory!

I had came into town not expecting to stay. I was supposed to be on vacation. My cars breaks became mushy unfortunately. Luckily myself and no one else was hurt. I had to have my car towed to pepboys. They got me in the next day very soon. Helped me figure out what I could pay for now working with my budget since I didn't have access to all my funds (being from out of town). Got my car taken care of. And allowed me to bring my dog (my baby) in allowing me to stay out of the elements!!! Great service!!! I highly recommend this location!!!

This is the revised, several days later, nicer review. Service to my car was fine. The lady in the office has NO idea the meaning of customer service. Her only objective was to sell more parts and services. She was pushy, even asking asking my husband after I said no to the extras. She never looked at our online information from our appointment. Everything had to be filled out again. She "had no idea" we were dropping off the car even though that information was on the scheduled appointment. Luckily, time was not a problem for us that day, but her attitude was. We will not return to this location.

Our 1st and last time ever trying to use Pep Boys! Absolutely horrible service! Would give -5 stars if possible. I purchased 4 tires online from Pep Boys, scheduled the installation for "early drop-off". We dropped the car off at 7:30 AM, I asked how long it might take, she said 1 to 1.5 hours, I said great, we'll be back later this morning to get it. At 11:30, our car was in the shop with the hood open! No one was working on our car, they had not even started on the tires, the employees were standing around talking with one another and on their phones! We spoke with the only other customer in the waiting area, (she had been there for 3 hours to have her brakes done), she was very upset as well! I asked how long for our car to be done the mechanic said about another hour! I asked why the hood was open, I said we're here to get new tires installed, he said that they must do an "inspection". I told him to mark the inspection as "good" and to please start working on the tires. Needless to say, we were extremely frustrated and disappointed! We asked for a refund, we'll take our business elsewhere.

1st, I owned and ran a top rated auto repair shop in San Diego for 34 years so good service is important. Robert did a great job of scheduling, but Cory shined like a bright star. He was great at explaining what was needed as well as telling me what was good. Very happy with the service.

I love how easy it was to schedule my appointment online! I went in today to get some repairs.The lady working at the front desk was great, but unfortunately I forgot to get her name :( She was very professional and made sure to call me with frequent updates.

Great customer service at the service desk. My auto diagnostics free and explained completely before any services were performed. they worked with me and my budget! Offered me a Creditcard which helped with my payment. repairs were fast! My car is back on the road Nosie free!! Thanks, Pepboys

Awesome service from Zarah and the seasoned service technicians at that location in Conroe. She was very sweet and also saved me money by reminding me to take advantage of the coupons on line!Can't get better help than that! Thanks a bunch Zarah!

Beware, wanted to charge me almost 700.00 to replace 5 studs. My regular mechanic was closed. Did not get the work done. Took my car to my regular mechanic and it was 185.00 for the same work. Please be carefully.

I went to Pep Boys for an oil change because I also needed a tire rotation and had a check engine light on. They advertise free tire rotations, basic inspections, and tire tread depth measurements. I received none of the 3. The technician tried do to a tire rotation, but was unable to remove my front two wheels so they told me they could not do the rotation. They are a tire shop if they can t get my wheels off with all the tools they have in that shop then how do they expect me to get them off myself if I m on the side of the road with a flat? I had made an appointment online and was still there for an hour and fifteen minutes for the oil change. Valvoline does it in 10 minutes. Another customer had been waiting an hour because Pep Boys did not have the oil filter needed for her oil change. The guy working the counter ordered one from the auto store across the parking lot, and then chewed out the employee from the auto shop when he brought it after 40 minutes. The Pep Boys employee easily could ve walked 40 yards and gotten it himself, instead of making his customer wait 40 minutes and blaming it on the auto store. Needless to say, I will be taking my business back to Valvoline.

Wanted to try this place for their Penzoil Platinum oil change special. They scheduled me hours in advance and didn t have the oil, then when I asked the brand of filters they use I was told cheap generic filters . You can t go 8k-10k miles in a modern car on cheap generic filters . Go somewhere else.

If I could give a 0 zero star, I would. We arrived for our scheduled 11 AM appointment at 10:47 AM for a alignment check on a year or 12,000 mile warranty. Was immediately told we would have to wait an hour and a half. We purchased 2 new rear tires from a competitor 01/21/2023 and car had odometer reading of 130,427 when we purchased them.When we initially had the alignment on 3/19/2023 with mileage on the pep Boys paperwork and odometer at 132,303. Today 9/1/2023 the odometer has 136,377. They said the back tires were worn and would not be able to do the alignment. My husband told Corey and the manager to align the front tires only and they stated the the machine could only do all 4 which is not true. Sounds like somebody was wanting us to buy 2 new tires.We showed him the paperwork/receipt for the tire purchase and they still refused saying they were not balanced right. Obviously this was not the case and wouldn't /shouldn't they have noticed it initially with a couple thousand miles?We will never go to a Pep Boy for anything ever again and would not recommend this establishment based on our experience there today. Terrible business practices.

Corey was amazing and extremely helpful while we were dealing with poor customer service from the rental car company. He got us taken care of quickly allowing us to continue our trip vs backtracking an hour to exchange rental cars.

Maybe the most easiest transaction I ever made. Bought my tires online and made a schedule for the same day. Arrived to store and was taken care of right away. Went to do some errands with my wife and about hour later my car was ready! This our second time here and will definitely come back when needed!

I think the dudes name was Corey but he was absolutely a huge help with getting me tires and helping me with the quick credit application! Very knowledgeable 10/10 would recommend also their technicians are the same way!

I bought tires and scheduled my appointment to have them mounted by Pep Boys through Tire Rack. When I arrived for my 10 am appointment, I was told they would not be able to start working on my car until 11:30. When I returned at 11:30 to drop off my car, I was told it would be ready by 12:30, but it was not ready until 1:20. The online progress tracker was completely useless - it never changed from scheduled to any other status. What had worked flawlessly with NTB in the past was a complete failure with Pep Boys.
