Ryan and his team are great real knowledgeable. I took my 05 F150 in for some simple issues and they saw the root of the problem and solved it. My truck runs better than it has in a while. Thank you to Ryan and your service technicians.

Ryan and crew at Overdrive have been the most reliable, fair, and honest mechanic shop that I ve probably ever worked with. They have helped get my kids cars through high school and college. Knowledgeable group and they don t nickel and dime you with diagnostic charges, etc. I highly recommend!

At first I thought it was good. Hell, for $865 it should've been!!Then I find out that they cross-threaded some lug nuts on one of my tires!! so when we tried to change the tires, they broke in half!! I took it back up there & left it over night! Went to pick it up the next day around 4pm & they hadn't even touched it!!

I stopped in with no appointment for a broken turn signal bulb and tire rotation. They were busy but got someone to help me immediately. They were very helpful and honest, it turned out to be a broken wire harness and they fixed it for $45 rather than replacing it at $500, which the dealer would have done. I definitely will be back.

Customer service - Good. Informative but succinct. Friendly but not overly so. This is the last important factor in a repair shop in my opinion, but it is still a factor.Knowledge - While my issue was fairly simple, the employees were informative about both the issue, the repair process, and the cost.Turnaround - The longest piece of this process was ordering the part. I kept my car until it came in and then my car was done within 2 hours. Much better than I expected.Cost - The most important piece in my opinion, the cost was a good $80 less than I had budgeted, so these guys effectively gave me a nice weekend bonus to myself.Definitely my new mechanic shop.

In the 25 years of dealing with mechanics I have to say this was hands down the best experience I have had. I took my 1984 F150 infor general service and Ryan had the truck gone through with a list of items that should be addressed, needed to be addressed, and HAD to be addressed for safe and functional operation. He went through each item on the list with me telling me the approximate costs and the urgency of the repair. After I chose what I wanted done they got on it and kept me up-to-date throughout the process. I was very pleased with the friendliness and honesty of Ryan and Hunter and the entire staff there. They all truly went above and beyond to make me happy and they have earned a customer for life.

Very friendly customer service very understanding of my situation very helpful in my situation price was in my opinion Willow add an issue going to pick up the car they were patient with me I had an issue leaving with the car they they closed they stayed and made sure we were not stranded I highly recommend them and in the future if I need Auto Repair they're definitely the people I'm going to call

I took my truck in January of 99 and they replaced a lift pump and injector pump due to long starts. After repairs were made I had to take my truck back twice because it did not fix the problem. The last time I took it to them was in March and I sent Ryan a video of slow start on a cold morning but he just kept saying he could not find what was causing the problem . The weather warmed up and I was able to use it until Dec with our first cold front and my truck would not start again. I had to tow my truck to his shop and almost two weeks later he finally looked at it and says he can t find anything wrong with it. I went and picked it up and will be taking it to a shop in Willis that hopefully can fix the problem. This was all after paying 1800.00 to get my truck fixed that was never the problem. I would not take a diesel truck to this shop.Service: Engine repair

I have had 2 vehicles at this shop, and was very pleased with the service. These guys are as honest as they come, if there isnt an issue they dont bend you over a barrel. The second visit went just as well as the first, everything was done that was asked and even saved me some money on a broken oil filter cap (2016 Tundra), that I hadnt noticed been broken. I will be a returning customer for sure.

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. They straightened out some major issues with my car that were caused by techs at a Firestone. They were honest, didn't do more than what was needed and to be honest they undercharged me for the labor. Will definitely not take my car anywhere else from now on.

The only honest mechanic I've been to. Gave me a quote for 450.00 and when I picked it up it was 400.00 and he said I was able to turn your back rotars and didn't have to replace them. They do that on other parts and stuff too. They will say you should be good another 20k miles or so just keep an eye on it. No need to fix it yet but it's getting worn out.

Yes I went today and I will always be going there. He takes care of my problems no and I don't worry either. His staff is also good I've known them for a while. They are fantastic.

These guys worked on my Jeep Cherokee awhile back, all they did was cut off the exhaust, break the transmission, routed the vacuum harness incorrectly......they ripped me off and never even offered to make it it right.(not that I would ever give them a second chance to make it worse) I'm a disabled veteran and can't afford to repair everything they've trashed. It's been over a year now and the truck is still broken.

Took my truck in for a motor swap, and the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the process. The work was clean, and done quickly with no after issues. Highly recommend this place for any of the work you need.

Went there several times. There transmission guy has the iq of a 3rd grader. The transmission lasted 3 months and they didn't stand behind there warranty. I tried to find there transmission guy but he hauled tail after he built mine (smart move on his part). They put injectors in as well and 2 failed after 2 months, again no warranty like they promised. I never went back because if I had It wouldnt be pretty. 100% the most sorry shop in town. I wouldnt let these sorry bastards work on my Hot Wheels. Terrible service. 0 stars!!

Excellent experience with this establishment. Everyone was attentive to what my particular situation was with my vehicle and addressed my needs perfectly and gave recommendations to resolve the issue with absolutely no pressure or run around. Highly recommend!

I will never go anywhere else. I took my truck to an auto shop in Conroe they quoted me $2,200 to fix I took it here it was $1,300.Excellent price compared to everyone elseGuys are really cool, and do great work.
