If I could I would give them no stars. Was making payments on a truck I got from them and I ve had nothing but problems. They had to replace the transmission not even after I had it for 2 months and then I got the truck back and had it for 3 1/2 months and the transmission went out on it again. Come to find out they had broken bolts and loose bolts to the motor and transmission. I ve put more money into this truck than what this truck was even worth. I was too busy trying to fix the truck just to get to work and couldn t pay on the vehicle due to how much I was having to fix on this truck. The worse place to ever get a vehicle.

To everyone complaining, when you buy a used car you buy it as is, cars break down cars have problems y all are just mad yall can t pay the payments and your vehicle gets repoed so cry a damn river and get over your self(Over the years I have bought 4 cars from them and I ve never had a problem with the owner or the employees everyone is super nice and willing to help) if you can t take care of a vehicle or pay for one get a bike!

I walked in here today on 2-29-2024 the 3 people that was in there looked up at me didn t say anything put there head back down in continue to do what they were doing as if I wasn t there I left. It s sad how they do us

This place is locally owned and operated. This is a business run by good people. They also do good mechanical work. I personally have used and continue to do business here, as all my experiences have been very positive.

I've been buying trucks/cars from Glen since 1990.I will always buy from Oakleaf motors. Good vehicle at great prices. I'd never go anywhere else.

The reason for my visit was to pay for auto repair. Auto repair is performed effectively, reasonably priced, & accomplished without delay. The network of resources that Oakleaf has established ensure that not only will you be satisfied that your car will be repaired well, priced well, & returned to you asap, but also if you buy a car from them you will have the same satisfaction. I have my cars serviced at Oakleaf & have bought two cars from them, as well & give them high marks on the cars I have bought. I am still driving one of the cars, today. The staff is knowledgeable, informative, friendly, & supportive. I highly recommend their sales & service.

My first experience with oakleaf was nine years ago. I bought a truck from Glen. Choosing Oakleaf was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Glen's honest, respectful and puts his customers needs at the top of his agenda. His mechanics are honest and up front, ( which I am one of now) and like Glen, goes above and beyond to satisfy the customers. I highly recommend Oakleaf. Not because I work there, but because Oakleaf is the only car lot and repair shop I have run accross in my 45 years of life that is up front and honest about everything. That's why I decided to work there. They keep it real and keep you happy.

I brought in my 99 durango for some repairs and Charlie and his crew did a great job of diagnosing and fixing the problem all while keeping me updated the entire time. Awesome place, I highly recommend these guys if you ever have any automative issue!

Went today and dropped off paperwork to Pete, hour or so later he called back stating we were good to go with X amount down payment, then he called back when we were 5 minutes away and told us he needed X amount more, I told him I had the original amount that he said he needed. When I get there he proceeds to tell me that the loan company will not approve a $5200.00 car loan because I already have a open account on another car. He said he would call Monday to find out what the issue was. First off how are you gonna tell me I m approved but you can t call the loan people till Monday. Here s what happened Pete, you didn t get the amount of money you wanted from us, so you told us we weren t approved. You can try and extort money from other people, but you will not do it to me. You have been reported to the BBB.

They got me a good running car that's lasted me months, the man who works here is real with people and doesn't rip people off, he makes sure that his customers get good running cars

Needs to be a zero button! WARNING! Niece took car there, repairs were supposed to been done. New oil pan gasket! New turbo! Vehicle leaked more oil after than before! Then wanted to charge her for another diagnostic to decipher the problem that they were supposed to fix. Upon inspection of another mechanic, not only was the part incorrectly installed but was rigged with plastic bags and zip ties!! Then they told her that they didn't warranty their work that they fouled up!! WTH!

RUN run for your life and take your wallet with you! For all things right and just DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!! We bought a buick from this guy and now we are stuck fixing this vehicle every month since march, and we still have to make the $400+ a month payments! This is the worst vehicle and experience of my entire life and I'm 42yoa! Do your self a favor and RUN fast and keep running! Cuz if you buy a vehicle here, you can run but your vehicle wont! Dont say I didn't warn you!

I would not recommend anyone to allow this place to fix this vehicle. You will take it in for one thing and it will come out with more needing to be fixed. I could write a list about the service and the unprofessional mechanics that are working at this place. Shop around and just by pass this place. It's for your own good.

Oakleaf has been good to me. I can take 900- 1000 down and get me a Chevy truck or suburban. Done it 3 times. Would buy again from Glen.
