I like this location because I always end up with the correct part. They are consistently helpful; I never feel ignored by employees at the counter. Recently, I purchased a set of wiper blades and an employee came out to make sure I was able to install them when it looked like I was having difficulty. On a previous visit, I was recommended a cheaper brand of chrome polish at the counter with the promise it would work better. It did, the results were amazing!

Heather and Kevin went the extra mile to help me with my battery warranty from Kia. I had a terrible experience with Kia and they saved me over $300 with swapping out a battery that was originally under warranty but I was told by the dealership it wasn t and I had to pay out of pocket for my battery. I wish I could give a 10 star rating for all their effort, troubles, and going beyond the call of duty to help me.Thank you Heather and KevinKeep up the amazing work

Very courteous and helpful staff. Every time I come in, they always welcome me in and asks me if I need any help finding something. Great with me and appreciated me stopping at his store. Very knowledgeable on auto-parts.

Today visited for synthetic oil, filter & air filter. Seeking an exact manufacture specified oil, Austin assisted me. He was diligent & detailed in locating the recommended products & SHOWED ME AS SUCH... very important! His customer service was impeccable. The total experience was exceptional! The employees here were extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem with my car, helping me fix the problem, and getting me a good price. I was dreading taking my car to get it fixed, but these guys made it so quick and easy, and they were some of the friendliest people I ve dealt with in a while. I 100% recommend coming here.

Very helpful for a Sunday morning needing a battery. They had the size and type I needed. Another unnamed store said it would be hard to find that size in AGM. Not so. O Reilly had it

So I use my RV to go around the country and I love to eat out and explore new places.I went here to rent some tools but they ended up not having anything I needed but the interaction was not the same as when I called prior to going here which the kid who answered was super nice. The person working the front was pretty rude. But oh well. Life goes on.

Battery was going out in my truck and I stopped to have it checked. Hayden came out to check and determined that the battery was not working properly. 6 years 210k miles I'll say I got my money's worth. Hayden help me find the right battery and then offered to replace it for me. I had just recently gotten over the Wu han flu and was still trying to get my energy back. Don't worry I had been over 72 hours without a fever. With that said Hayden changed the battery and really helped me out. Awesome employee and awesome young man. Keep him around he will be an asset to your group. Thanks Hayden.

The gentleman was kind and very helpful. Sometimes as a woman it can be very intimidating to be looking into car troubles. Kudos to this gentleman for being kind and not making me feel like less of a person. He was patient and kindly educated me on what I didn't understand. He gave me print outs as well. High Five! Good Job!

Well I initially called about 10 minutes prior to arriving I was placed on hold I then arrived at the business the worker was outside cleaning his glass not really friendly not rude not very comforting when you are a female and have a small issue with your car and if you don't know nothing about cars you if you're freaking out this person probably would have not been the best person to help you at O'Reilly's although he was nice he did his job. Talk bad on the day cuz he did his job but does he have customer service skills no does he give any type of dolphins that he knows about cars no does he make a person at a uncertain time feel certain about buying at O'Reilly's and getting help from them because either the employee did not know how to help me or I was just that woman did could not be helped confidence goes a long way and a little bit of knowledge makes a difference. Store is for experienced shoppers only from what I ran across today if you are a beginner or a woman that has no common sense about a vehicle besides putting the key in then I suggest it you go further down there's a AutoZone. Fine if you don't know how to shut the hood of your car good luck because the employee couldn't even help me do that after me accidentally opening it but he did his job CUDOS For him

Excellent friendly service. They had everything in stock for my F150s brakes and shocks. They turned my rotors in an hour and I was finished in two. This has always been my favorite parts stor in Conroe.

I called ahead to see if they had the right battery in stock for my car. Bryan gave me all the details over the phone. I showed up, purchased the battery and Bryan installed it for me right there in the parking lot! Best customer service experience of my year so far! Thank you so much Bryan!

The "Manager" Heather, kept me there for an hour trying to put a battery in. Then told me I had to go to a shop to have the cables removed. I wear to Kwik Kar, where Chris just slipped them off. But I needed a terminal and she sold me something else and the wrong battery! Beware of Healther!

Very nice people. My husband buys a lot of stuff here and he says that the prices are good. This time we just stopped in to have them let us know why the check engine light was on - again! Before we took it back to the Chrysler dealership. Again! Once place we called wanted $50 to give us the code, O'Reilly did it free.

O' Reilly's is reliably helpful, especially for sudden minor repairs. My headlight burned out and the nice salesman advised me on the choices of replacement bulbs and then put them in for me.

Beth is absolutely fantastic. Went in today to get tail light for my truck. She went above and beyond to get me what I needed today instead of having to wait for a week due to having an older vehicle. Other places wouldn't even try to order the part for me.

I went to another oriellys in magnolia and the guy just looked at my alternator and said that's not ours and wouldn't even look it up or anything so I came to this location and Nick and Randy helped me find out that it was from oriellys and they got me hooked up . This location may be 45 min away but I will be going here from now on.

I love feeling like I can fix simple things on my car but this specific store makes you feel unwanted and unwelcome. There's a bigger boy in there behind the counter ( and I say boy because he's probably 25 and I'm 32) on top of him being rude and condescending to you he makes you feel inferior and stupid for asking for parts to your car especially when you don't know how to pronounce everything to the T or if you're unsure what exactly you need. Last time I checked this store is supposed to be able to help you find out what exactly you need. This store is here to help but that person isn't. I won't ever be back there which is sad considering my father and stepfather use to work for this company. I'm discussed with that man and his attitude toward civilians!!!

Very pleased with my experience the gentleman was very kind and tried helping me with my car light that just wouldn t work after replacing the bulb took us over an hour and never gave up 10/10 would definitely recommend

I bought a locking gas cap. It did not work, so I took it back. The guy put it back on the shelf, to be sold, again. That is just wrong. Somebody else is going to buy it an have to take it back, just like I did, unless they check it out in the parking lot. That is a waste of time and money.
