Clerk made us feel ignorant when purchasing a gas cap for our vehicle. The cap that was sold to us did not fit or match. When we told him about it and brought the old cap to compare it he went out there and retried putting it on as if we didn't know how to put on a gas cap. It took him a little bit to find one "that looked" like the one we had and sold us that one but as we drove home the cap is not sealing correctly and we now have to go to Auto Zone to buy the correct one.

I frequent O'Reilly's but have never been to this one before this day. The store was very bright and clean. The staff I felt with on the other hand was not. I needed a new Alternator. I had been to another location and was told they had one so went there. I am disabled but was as to take the old one in with me. I placed it on the counter and the printout from the other store with all the information including the part number. The part also had the part number on it. This guy still struggled for a few minutes on the computer trying to find the part number for the part that I had right in front of him. He then went in the back to get the part and yelled to me twice to give home the number again. After getting the part he came back complaining about the weight and told me I needed to take the part out of the box and put the core back in because it was too heavy. I then asked for another item that was behind the counter in plain sight, and he had no clue what it was. I told home right where it was and it still took 3 minutes for him the find it even though the package had the name I used in bold large print on the front of the package. I am resonance but this guy clearly does not have the ability or desire to do this job.

In Conroe Texas just north of Houston Texas. A large store right on the main street easy to see and large clean parking lot. The clerk went out of their way to help me. Above and beyond. Very pleased with their service. This was my first time at this location and I will come back again. I highly recommend this to anyone. If you like my reviews please give a thumbs up.

I almost always have a good experience at ANY O'Reilly's I have been to, and this store is no different... My only problem right now is the hours... This place was once open as early as can be and I'm sure it's because people get moving early and needs parts! 730a is ridiculous

This store was great today! They changed my battery, and gave my son a Hot Wheels car, which was super nice. It was a very good experience, and I would recommend them to anyone. I knew they had my back from the get go, which gave me a lot of relief.

They were very well customer service. The lady at the counter realize that the first battery she brought had a different label. So she got a new one and since I had my grandchild she help me replace it. Only took about 10 minutes total.

We had to replace a bulb but all they had was the fixture... So we got a new fixture. Spent about $50 more than we would have liked.

O'Reilly is a good, solid auto parts store. It doesn't matter what you need, they usually have it.Yes, other stores will habe much, of not the same parts. They had exactly what I needed however and were very helpful.I rated them mainly on their assistance, as the parts are the same at most stores.

The employees are very nice they're very knowledgeable of what's going on I would definitely go back if I lived in Conroe but if I'm in Conroe it's my place to shop for auto parts

Good for General stock supply of things but the selections are fairly standard and not very wide in stores. However, special orders can be made online and products they don't normally carry in stores. There may need to be better communication at the time of purchase on what has core returns and what does not.

Got the auto parts and accessories that's needed for auto repair or replacement of worn out parts. Assortment of interior cleaning,shining,n smell pleasant air fresheners. Tools n a fun place to spend cash.

Never enough employees to help at the counter best to go north Frazier O'Reilly's less crowded easy in and out if they have what you want in stock.

I came into the store and was warmly greeted by Stan. He began to help me with some new wiper blades for my car and offered to install them for me also. He did and did a wonderful job. He has such a wonderful, helpful personality. Thank you Stan! You Rock

Customer service at this location is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful, but they are super slow, be prepared to be there for a while. Heck they might as well offer coffee and donuts and lounge chairs takes that long to check out.

Customer service & satisfaction! Ordered a Silverado brake line kit for my truck. Kit was missing the passenger side, quite frustrating half way through the job. Duncan took care of the issue, expedited a second kit Sat night & assured me I would be taken care of. O'Reilly's came through 110%, picked up the missing line out of a new kit no questions asked. I can't thank Duncan and the staff enough!! Will be back

If I could give this store more stars I would. Our alternator went out. Alyssa was so helpful. All of the employees went out of their way to help. We even used their tools to replace the alternator in their parking lot. Thank you does not seem sufficient.

I have a commercial account with O'Reilly. We had some parts transferred the night before expecting to go pick up the following morning. Took 30 minutes to find two parts with the part numbers provided and the receipt given. The employee " bryan" if you can even call that incompetent individual an employee then proceeded to tell me not to get an attitude with him because it wasn't his fault that the parts were misplaced. Meanwhile I saw him with my own two eyes in the back talking to five other employees in the back. The other employee Lupe was actually taking care of customers and had already attended about 10 people while this individual can't find two parts. Mind you this is not the first time I have dealt with this store treating us in such an unprofessional manner. Just that this time I have had it. I would like a call from a district manager. Look at the store recording to see the lazy individuals you have working for you. Its a shame this is what we have come to.

Always enjoy O'Reilly's. The staff is cheerful and always willing to go the extra mile to satisfy. Their warranties are the best with a great selection of products. Why would anyone shop elsewhere?

Went to get my husband's alternator checked. They assured us it was the battery. $150 and a new battery later... Still isn't fixed. We need a new altenator .Our original battery was fine!
