Shoutout to Taylor who helped with the whole process; car broke down in their parking lot requiring a battery replacement. Taylor went above and beyond helping with diagnostics with me (& other customers while I was making decisions!) late at night. Provided all tools so I could do the install myself. Got the car running shortly after. 10/10; would break down in their parking lot again!

In and out in no time, staff was quick to jump in and help me make sure the part I was buying fit my car. In and out. Pretty simple. Pretty straight forward. Sometimes that's better than some big shopping experience.

I hadn't been to this store in a couple of years. That time, the people working were more worried about their private conversations than they were with helping customers. This time was completely different. Everyone was polite and helpful. 2 different people helped grab parts for me. I was out of there in just a few minutes with everything I needed.

This particular O'Reilly location is very good. I was being helped at the counter within 3 minutes of entering the door.The counter man was very young but was very good at what he does.

You better not only know exactly what you need when you walk into this O'REILLY'S location, but you also better know where in the store it is located, I hope for your sanity it is NOT on a shelf in their stock room! My suggestion is to call ahead at least an hour ahead while you are on the phone with them ask them to please not just rely on what their computer screen is telling them that the store has in stock ..their inventory is almost always wrong!!! But, for the sales associate to PHYSICALLY go and put their hands on the part you are inquiring about. I went to 3 O'REILLYS today due to the employees lack of knowledgeable ability about the parts they carry, and not being able to locate the item their inventory shows them to have on hand at the store!

Very helpful. Had to get another replacement part for the Honda. This one lasted 4 months before it went bad fortunately with a lifetime warranty it was covered. I think Honda should change its slogan from honda reliability to Honda pay through the nose and get our dealer parts for it to work right. I hope I'm wrong and this replacement part lasts longer this time.

Employee came outside to do diagnostic on my truck. I went I inside to buy fuses and windshield wipers. The employee helps me by grabbing the most expensive wiper blades. I was in a hurry so I realized later how much I spent. $40 for fuses and wiper blades. A lil pricey I thought.

Great people work at this particular location. Cant say enough good things about them, friendly and outgoing. Couldnt ask for better service unlike the other location on Frazier. I will not go back to the Frazier location across from the Fruitilandia. You walk in and not even a glance in your direction, a line that should not have gotten that long in the first place, I understand about the chicken pecking on the computer but dang it, they give it a whole new meaning. So in short avoid the Frazier location like the plague, instead go to the one on 105 going towards Cut n Shoot, customer service there is awesome sauce.

I always have a great experience at this store. Just this one it seems like. They know me well here lol. I walk in and the older employees already have my truck info ready to look up my parts. I love that, I love how they care enough to notice and there there so friendly an honest. I will drive out of my way Everytime just to shop there location.

I purchased brake shoes and the system timed out at the end of my card processing and I was told they would need to re-ring the purchase even though I was showing a pending charge on my account. Bobby told me this happens sometimes and that the charge should reverse in a day or two. He stated that if the charge didn't reverse in 3 days to come by and he or Christie could process a refund. I gave it more than ample time as I was out of town for a week and the charge did not reverse. I called today and Bobby answered the phone and I reminded him of my experience and he said he remembered but couldn't do anything for me and that I would need to speak with Christie who would be in tomorrow. I stated that I am only in town on the weekends and out of town during the week and asked if Christie works weekends and he stated that she doesn't. I reminded him that he stated he or Christie could resolve this double charge and he said he couldn't do anything and that I would have to prove I was double charged. I told him I have a bank statement which would show the back to back charges for the same amount. He said the best he could do was let me return the brake shoes and I said how does that help when I was charged twice and the SHOES ARE ON MY CAR?! So I would have a return and have no product for the second charge. He said he just couldn't help me and I asked if I could contact corporate to process and he said they couldn't do anything only Christie could and I said so basically I can't resolve anything because I am out of town and Christie only works during the week so I will just report you as fraud to my credit card company.

Wasn't greeted when we walked in, but hey I'll give the 3 guys working behind the counter the benefit of the doubt and say they AT LEAST TRY to greet every other customer who walks in the store. They had what we were looking for.. so.Done deal

I used to really like this O'Reilly. Some of the helpful friendly people aren't working here anymore. It's close to my house, so I still go there at times.
