Came in at the end of the day for regular routine maintenance plus brakes and the gentlemen at the front were so welcoming and amazing . If I m not mistaken, their names were/are Eddie and Corbin ? However, they really took care of me. I advised them of what I needed and to be sure they double checked to see if it was the issue before doing the work. That s a major plus! They pulled my car in and immediately began servicing me. During my wait, I was asked multiple times if I was okay and if I need anything.Last, best pricing around! I have an older car, but still most places around like to charge astronomical pricing for my regular routine maintenance not here, they are fair and reasonable! Forever a customer. Thank you, NTB!

Went in on Sunday 1/7/24 and Cindy and Chris helped me out despite it being Sunday and without hesitation. They were both really knowledgeable and provided me with amazing customer service. My tires were all on the brinks of blowing out and the safety for my kids and nyself were their number one concern. Thank you so much!

We had to stop in today, unscheduled and with no appointment. We were just at another popular tire store in Conroe to which everything was unsatisfactory. We left that store and spotted NTB and decided to stop in and see if they could help us. Eddie was very polite and more than helpful. They helped us find the tires we needed and were able to do the job right away. Eddie and his team were awesome.

Marcus and the team did a great job. Marcus presented multiple alternative product offerings and clearly explained the differences. The overall time to install the tires was just under 1.5 hours. Very good service from start to finish. Purchase included 4 tires (Pirelli 265/50/R20), mounting, balance, TPMS service, alignment, Lifetime balance/rotation, and road hazard insurance.

After hearing a strange clinking sound when braking I in took my car to NTB. They took my car in right away and was done installing new brakes within an hour. The staff was friendly and the price was good. The waiting room was clean. They even sent me pictures of what my brakes looked like and recommended other items that I might consider fixing (with pics to prove the wear and tear). They were not trying to push unnecessary repairs. Thank you!

This particular location is a scam. They take an hour doing nothing only to come out and tell you that there is a hole in your tire that can't be fixed. I will not return. I will buy tires elsewhere. Never do they offer to show you the hole. They so call prorate the tire with the warranty you have but you end up paying the full price for the tire. It's just ridiculous. DO BETTER!

Marcus was extremely kind over the phone and everything was explained to me. I came in for my brake fluid exchanged and it was so much cheaper ($250) than what my dealership would have charged me($100)!I was checked in by 10am and out by 10:40am! I was recommended to come her by a close friend and I don t regret it!

The staff was SUPER friendly (and somewhat funny) at a time that was stressful. (I needed a $300 battery, but they broke THAT news gently.)The service was fast and thorough. The store manager was especially helpful. They tested my car to make sure I really needed a battery, and checked for other problems.The wait area is roomy, clean, and comfortable featuring a conference room plus the lobby with comfy seats. They offer free WIFI. Except...they were done so quickly, I didnt have time to get any work done.

I had no idea my tires were this bad but when Chris explained it to me I knew I had to get all of my tires changed. I am definitely grateful to everyone here in the shop. Thanks to all the NTB staff here in Conroe!

Went here yesterday to get my alignment checked out because my usual mechanic couldn't fix it. The young man who greeted me and assisted me at first was a bit short with me and didn't seem very present. It seemed like a slow day for them, so I didn't mind until he got much more conversational with the other male customer there.Other than that, great service! The mechanic who worked on my car is super friendly and informative. He won't do anything to your car without your permission and first explaining your other options. The other attendant was super friendly and went out of his way to look up the parts I needed to get a hold of and told me where best to find them. Would definitely come again!
