An elderly friend of mine was badgered when returning a limited lifetime part. They did not want to honor the services that she paid for. I recommend you take your business somewhere else. Cause you're not gonna get the service that they provide. It saddens me to say that brick and mortar is no longer worth the time and effort.

Very helpfull employee... went to buy 2 new batterys, but the cores I brought were not acceptable, but, she recomended that I use the 20%online order savings and offset said core charge. Very nice !

They were the only ones who had an air chisel quick connect to replace my oem broken spring which are a pain to use anyway.

Everyone was super nice and over the top helpful. Unfortunately didn't have the oil I needed in stock, but did offer to order it for me. Even look up bulk ordering the oil and looked up the filter I needed. Lol unfortunately they didn't have that in stock either. Price they had on the bulk order was about $40 less then online retailers. Google is the reason I went here, said they had it in stock.... Call first.

Friendly staff. They also carry some of the more "boutique" performance oils that the big stores won't stock. The machine shop is also Great. Cut a pair of drilled and slotted rotors for me off the wife's car. Mic'd them when I got home and they were consistent across ea rotor. Very quick turnaround too. James the machine shop foreman is great to deal with & an accomplished machinist. Will definitely be back!

Bought a catclamp catalytic converter. Then I noticed that there was nothing but women behind the counter. How cool is that!!! Woman Power! They were friendly and knowledgeable.

Very knowledgeable staff. Check your receipts tho. Some items ring up as case prices. They made it right, but always best to check.

Droped off a drive shaft to get fixed. The gentleman working the machine shop was extremely helpful. Price was much better than any other place i called. Quick turn around. I will exclusively use this napa and machine shop from here on.

Very friendly and professional. When they didn't have the exact specialty oil I wanted they drove to another Napa in Montgomery to get it, within two hours. Excellent service!

Jennifer and the store staff were helpful. The machine shop is a joke and if you are using them be prepared to spend more than you were quoted (quoted $300 was $480) and take longer than expected (3 weeks to shorten a drive shaft instead of one quoted). After 3 weeks got it back and it was 9/16" too long. There was more machine shop bs that went on but Im tired of typing and you are probably tired of reading. If you need a driveshaft done take it to NW drivetrain. That is where they send all theirs. They fixed mine within 3 days and there is a dropoff right up the road.

This is a much cleaner and nicer store than it was before.The prices are competitive as well.This location DOES NOT do automotive machining anymore though.

Excellent customer service. very knowledgeable! the machine shop had very quick service. A trustworthy Machine Shop is very hard to come by these days! I won't do my auto parts shopping anywhere else!

Machine shop prices are way too damn high... $60 a cylinder for a little 1.3 4 cyl motor? I'll drive to houston and get it done for $90 for all four cylinders.... Just like everyone else, if they actually do some research. Needless to say with prices that high they wont br getting my money

Everyones always been very helpful. One time i needed a 65 dollar belt for my dryer. Well they helped me match it up to a car belt and saved me 49 dollars on it.

Great counter service and good maching service. They've turned quite a few rotors for me, and gotten me out of a few broken bolt jams. Good parts, my favorite store.

Small town business, BIG Time Service! Needed some window cleaner for the vehicle and after trying two other auto parts stores, went down to Napa. Two friendly, good ol' country boys with friendly personalities and Helpful attitudes made an emergency stop a Very Pleasant one! Planned to purchase some paper towels and an auxiliary plug for vehicle and they kindly offered some towels and even the extra plug that one of them purchased in a 2 pack! This went Way beyond my expectations. They do as they said, "We take care of our customers." I HIGHLY recommend this Napa if you are in need while in/around Conroe, TX.

Called for a price check, called again to verify the price before I drove all the way overthere. I got there and they doubled the price on me. I will go somewhere else for now on.

Very knowledgeable machine shop run by certified graduates at a preformance machining school, the Forman treats every new customer as if they were a friend going there for years, very recommended

when you're in The spot in Texas stop & see Betty customer service reps I think I've ever encountered I am NAPAAuto Parts took care of what I needed and was more than helpful 5 stars excellent service excellent people

Took my short block and heads in the first time n they miss timed it so it broke some valves on one head. I got it back the second time pur less than 1500 miles, now my camshaft is broken in two b/c they didn't go through the other head and check the camshaft or crankshaft.

Do not use the Machine Shop. Guys installed my kingpins on my 1973 F100 wrong and when I brought it back there shop foreman was sick. Had to take it to new shop that charged 1/2 the price and did it right. NAPA would not refund me the shop labor. Go to Ted s Machine shop a few miles down the road instead.
