It s hard to communicate with them, they also do not have a flashy office nor waiting area but they get the job done.Brought my car in to diagnose a specific concern of mine and was told nothing is wrong or defective. Zero attempts to upsell me something, the parts cannon did not fire.

Got to the shop at 4:45pm when they close at 6pm, no appointment, and one of the gentlemen comes out and immediately diagnoses what s wrong with my vehicle, free of charge. They fixed the valve cover on my car and got me out by 6pm for $180, parts and labor included. Quick, effective, and great prices; would highly recommend.

Best mechanic in all of Houston. Provides fast, and quality labor. I've recommended several people to come here , and they all have got their issues resolved in a short period of time. Prices are very reasonable, and I will continue to come here with any vehicle I get. Ask for Rafael!

Horrible customer service! I called you personally about my issues with engine you rebuilt for me and you did not honor my warranty after 3 months of having my engine installed. This was the worst service I have ever had. I don't know who writes your comments but I know it's not you Mr Martinez I asked you nicely to look at my engine and you refused you told me you don't even change your oil in your car. I hate to bash you like this but you are a crook and a liar I honestly don't see how you've been in buisness for 30 years and have those plaques!

Very happy with my experience with Rafael. Did not mark up prices on parts, labor charge was very reasonable, and he got the work done quick (brake pads and rotors). I ll definitely go back in the future.

I brought my escape in for a head gasket repair because several other mechanics told me that was the problem and refused to repair because it's an eco boost. I took it to Rafael and he found out it was just a loose intake hose. His shop is great, very trustworthy and inexpensive. I recommend him to everyone

The mechanic took advantage of my daughter, charged her diagnostics and told her the car had no compression. Brought the car back with the wrong key and I had a real mechanic fix the car. It was the starter, that's it. He told my daughter to sell the car to a junk yard. Lol. This mechanic is a joke and a thief. Do not bring your car to this mechanic, he doesn't know what he's talking about.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great work, Had a known issue (Alternator came off the bracket) and other places wanted to charge a diagnostic fee. The fix was quick and a very fair price.
