Bought some used tires and they sold me dry rotted tires, do not buy from these guys. They will take your money and endanger your life

Went to get my tires patched, apparently they just mark the tire with a line that lines up with the valve stem. Instead of re-balancing the tire, line any other shop ive been to before. Obviously the tires were out of balance after they were done. Nothing was mentioned about the re-balancing being extra, you would think them being a "professional" tire shop they would know that after putting a patch inside a tire no matter how precise you mark the tire to line up to the valve stem it will be off balance due to the weight of the patch.I assumed this shop would know this and thought the re-balancing was included with the patch.... but no now I left with a my truck vibrating. I called the shop back and the service guy said the re-balancing is separate, and hung up on me, very unprofessional...Marking the tire is the lazy way of not having to balance a tire again but will not work after adding a patch.... one of the lines doesn't even match the valve stemPlease educate your employees to treat everyone with respect and not assume they can cut corners with everyone, I asked to speak to the manager after calling again and he hung up again. Your service guy has no customer experience what's so ever.I spent 45 dollars for 2 patches and a valve stem and seems like they fixed one problem but added another one at the same time...but o well you live and you learn.

I came a couple of years ago and had been back several times BUT it has been at least a year since my last visit. This time the visit was a sour experience. I think I would have been better off having the tires installed at the tire shop where I bought my tires. Don't recommend and will not come back Customer service and quality of service is lacking.This is my review from two years ago:Needed to get my flat fixed. It was quick and inexpensive. The customer service was great.

Got in and out on my lunch break quickly. Had a tire plugged for only $10. Of course they are a tire shop and wouldn't be doing their job if they didn't try to sell you a new one. But they were not pushy at all when we said just the plug today.

Came in this morning around 7:50 AM. I seen the gate half way open, first thing I asked the guy if he was open his response was a hand gesture wasn't sure. I was low on a tire and state to him that I just need air service while I am asking I have cash on my hand he looked at me and said I am still going to charge you, my response to him was okay I have cash. Overall service wasn't customer friendly.

Great place to get a set of tires or a spare if you need one on a budget. Jesus helped me out really quickly and gave me a great price too! Awesome work!!!

I come to this shop often because they are the only one that have my tire shop on hand. Every time I come they give me a different price, and once I came at 5:00p.m. they said they didn t have my tire size. Which I called before I went and they said they had it, and I went the next morning and they had it all of the sudden. Customer service is very poor as well!

I went yesterday to get a used tire. They recommended I get three because 2 other tires were losing thread. I got 1 other tire but they were professional and I got there close to closing time and you can tell they were tired but never rushed me or made me feel like I was keeping them there. I appreciated his suggestion and will continue to do business at this location!

Tire exploded after 3 days. Buy new from a reputable shop, if possible. Based on my experience here, I can't recommend this place.

I grew up and got married in Conroe and my family own multiple businesses and I still would rather go to these fine gentlemans establishment becauce they treat everyone with respect and give the best service for the appropriate price. They could raise there prices and I would still choose them over any comersialized option.

Called these guys for a couple tires. Got us out the door for the price competitors wanted for just one tire. The tires were very very lightly used high quality name brand as well. Don't hesitate Mr. Cruz will hook you up!

12:46 July 27 I pulled in and asked for a 15 inch tire. The old guy said they didn't have any. I asked again, so you don't have any thing in 15inch he said nope and turned around.It's hard to believe he didn't have 1-15inch tire.Trying to get back to Houston with a trailer.Thanks yall really help alot!

Very nice guys and very reasonable pricing on used tires. Plus they made sure before they put the tires on that there was no leaks in the tires. I highly recommend this place

Tried to call to ask if they had my tire size I need. Had to repeat it 3 different times because they didn't hear me say it the first 2 times. Then they hung up on me

I needed a tire replaced just to get back home, and they refused to put on a tire I brought with me, rhey said it was bad, I saw nothing wrong with the tire.

Better then discount and pep boys ,low cost and super nice, they give you a good insight of what needs to be done and not just trying to make a sale will definitely recommend
