I recently went here to get a rock chip in my windshield fixed. I had gone to my dealership first but there was miscommunication and they told me I had to go to the glass shop. Harmony at the front desk was so helpful even when I didn t have any of the answers to the questions she asked (lol oops!). She called the dealership for me to take care of the warranty claim and had me in and out in about 20 minutes with a fixed windshield. The waiting room was nice and clean with a TV and some toys for kids. I ll definitely return here again!

Walked in on Thursday evening and set appointment for Monday. I actually showed up 30 minutes early and they took my car right away an finished in no time. Great price as well. Both Harmony and Kenny were lovely and great to my great granddaughter who went with me.I highly recommend this place.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I highly recommend Montgomery Auto Glass.I have needed to replace the windshield in my wife's car for some time, but of course I had put it off. Now, we were planning a trip out of town and really wanted to get it done before the long drive. I called several places in the area, and most could not schedule it in the coming week. When I called Montgomery County Auto Glass, they were professional and efficient. They gave me a price that was comparable to what I had received from others (even lower than some); and they were able to schedule the replacement for the following Monday morning (I was calling on Friday).I was there at 9:00 AM and they went right to work. They completed the work in less than an hour; so I made it to my office before 10 AM. The people are courteous and pleasant. The waiting area is clean and nicely appointed (including WiFi). The price was as quoted and reasonable (frankly, I had waited too long, and had expected to have to pay a premium to get it done in such a short time frame). In short, I was completely satisfied with the experience in its entirety.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Popped in to see about getting a chip with small Crack in my windshield repaired. No appointment....they had me in and out in 20 minutes. Fast, clean, and professional! Highly recommend.

What a pleasant surprise. The office communicated with us effectively. Technician was waiting for us when we arrived. Our new windshield was installed and we were gone in less than 45 min. We use Montgomery County Auto Glass for all of our glass needs within our body shop! Harmony keeps us updated on the schedule times with her guys and calls us if anything is to change! Great place to get your window fixed. Had a replacement windshield done here and it was literally half the cost of safelite and they had it installed in under an hour. I would definitely recommend this place for your windshield needs.

Highly Recommend! The girl in the front office "Harmony" was amazing and really worked hard to earn my business. I suspect that whatever they are paying her is not enough! She is the reason, along with google reviews, that I chose Montgomery County Auto Glass. The shop was on time and ready for me when I showed up for my appointment and was also very friendly. They did a fantastic job replacing my front windshield. No issues at all. I cannot rave enough about this place!

After making an appointment with Safelite a month out, the day finally arrives and the technician rescheduled me because it looked too cloudy out. Literally never rained a drop that day. Frustrated, I started doing some research on Google and found this place close to my house. Super friendly staff and they were able to get me in for repair the VERY NEXT DAY! Very fast service, wasn t there for longer than 30min and now my windshield looks good as new. I highly recommend this glass company.

I walked in to get a quote for my passenger rear glass and the experience was.. let's just say you're better off going down the street to Able Glass or calling a mobile repair person. I walked in and wasn't greeted. They have 2 big comfy couches were customers can sit and relax while their car is being repaired. When I walked in there was 1 customer and 3 employees simply relaxing. I didn't receive a "Hello welcome to.." or a simple "How can we help you". I waited for about 7 minutes and then asked who I could speak with because I simply wanted a quote. And they all laughed and apologized. I received a quote, thanked them and left. I called a mobile repair guy who came to my home the same afternoon and did it $30 cheaper. This place had to order the glass and install in 3 days. Don't waste your time.

Requested OEM glass as this was an insurance claim. I was quoted OEM and told that is what was installed. I noticed later it is not OEM, it's a Chinese brand and does not say Ford or soundscreen or have any other markings suggesting it's Ford OEM glass on it. The folks are nice, the service was quick and friendly, the windshield keeps bugs, water, wind out and seems to be ok but I can't help but feel a bit cheated. Just ask and double check what you're getting.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Much less expensive than Safe-Lite. Very professional and punctual. Dealer wanted $950 for my windshield, just the part. Safe-Lite wanted well over a thousand installed. Montgomery County Auto Glass only charged me $450+tax installed! It was a specialized part with every sensor you can think of. I Highly Recommend these guys over anyone else in the area. They came Highly Recommended to me by the great staff at First Choice Collision! Thank You, Gentleman for your great service and affordable prices!

I would highly recommend this place they replaced my front windshield on my daughters car and I'm going back next week to o get the tint done.
