Please read, I bought a 2019 ram 1500 from these guys. Truck was posted for 34k. When I got there I briefly looked at the truck and fired it up and all seemed good. We went to do paperwork and everything was fine then all of a sudden my total price at the end was 44k. I asked why that was and they said fees and tax, they also told me 3,700 of it was "because the bank values the truck more than 34k so you have to pay the difference". I myself am a sales manager at a dealership. I argued and said that is ridiculous and you are trying to scam me. They removed that and we finished the deal. Then when I go to leave the radio won't play any sound. I go inside complain and he says bring it by Monday and they'll fix it. I bring it Monday and they have the truck for a month! They kept telling me they have it at a dodge dealership in service. I called every dodge dealership within 2 hours and none of them had my truck with my vin in service. So finally I drove to their dealership and of course my truck was in the back and had not been touched in a month. They said I just need to take it home. When I got it home I started looking it over and the factory amp had been cut out of the wiring harness, 2600$ repair at a dealership. When I told mill ave about it they blew me off and told me I could not talk to the owner because they're little mom and pop shop was"corporate." I then kept digging and my parking sensors had all been cut out, all of the door speakers were missing, windshield wiper reservoir was missing. I was sold a parted out auction vehicle for 40 thousand dollars and nothing was mentioned not repaired. It's 6 months later and I'm still fixing things on the truck. Do not give these degenerates any of your money.

I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with Bernardo. I had no idea he had only been working here 2 days for he was so knowledgeable, helpful and bright. I was very comfortable working with him with no pressure at all and got a great deal. Very happy I came here and will definitely come again!

This place did me right in more ways than one. First I found the car I have been wanting they worked with me on the price and the payments. Then when I noticed a couple thing about the vehicle I wanted repaired I brought it to the owners attention and he fixed all the things for me at his expense. He gave me a bunch of extras like free oil changes for five years and other things. I had my three young children with me while buying the vehicle they were very welcoming also they heard my children saying they were hungry and even surprised them with pizza. This is a totally awesome place to buy a car and I will definitely be back for my future purchases. Thank you guys so much you did a phenomenal job taking care of us.

Sold me a broken car, refused to take it back, when I took it to specialist, he told me it was a 15-20 hour job for a pre-existing condition. After countless attempts to get ahold of them and arguing with them on the phone, the agreed to pay for repairs if I could prove the problem was there before hand. I sent pictures and a detailed description of the problem and they have ignored me. Now I m stuck with a $1,630 repair, and a car that I have now associated with this terrible experience. Mill ave auto group will scam you.Here in the pictures you can see the belt rubbing on a bracket. This causes the belts to snap frequently, but it will hold on just long enough for a test drive. You can also see a loose oil pressure sensor wire, which means they probably didn t even look this car over before selling it.Update: I took it to the dealership because I was tired of dealing with it, and turns out it doesn t have a catalytic converter! Something that is illegal to sell to a customer! I called again to try to reconcile, and they had the audacity to suggest someone stole it off the car, and conveniently straight piped it for me in the process. I would have only found out later after taking it in to get inspected otherwise. This is just more proof that they conduct shady business and will lie their way out of any situation. Still no refund for anything.

Please do not buy a car from this place!!! Ripped my son off on a truck, and the transmission was bad. They knew it and want make it right. I ve called the owner several times and will not return my calls. They got so bad that they were canceling my calls. Sent it down the road to their shop, Xclusive, and they said it was okay. Brought it back a week later and they said it needed a new transmission for 6,900.00. Horrible service at both places. Then they charged 450.00 for a diagnostic fee!!!! Wow. Stay away from these people. I m notifying car gurus also. Thank you

We just bought a 2015 Tahoe LT from them, and I'm in love with it. I have to say my experience with Mill Ave Auto Group was excellent. The front desk girl was welcoming upon entering, and Alexis is an amazing sales person he is friendly, patient, and helpful he went above and beyond to help us deal with a couple issues we had with our insurance and bank from a previous car we had. He just made everything less stressful. I will recommend friends and family. I will for sure be back when we need to buy another car

Thank you to Alexis for helping me get a hold of my truck. I flew in from out of town to pick it up and had to stay a night, awaiting my lenders payment They even gave me a ride to and from my hotel! Even though Alexis had other offers on the table, he patiently worked with me to make the deal happen and it took about two weeks in all and they stayed patient and very helpful through it all Thank you Alexis and the team at Mill Ave Auto. Please stay in touch with your customersI was refer from a friend that bought 2 years agoI was approved FAST AND OWNER AND HIS SON GREAT FAST APPROVAL....Then.....mechanic problem....you need to have a better mechanics or mechanic service. Wrecker service and maybe a loanerI was going to buy another car immediately.But a mechanic problem and the lag of communication stop me.All your crew try their best.......I bought it almost a month ago....I left several messages for mgr or owner. Thank you Gurnak. I came in to look at my options. (I had already been to a few surrounding dealerships) Gurnak showed me what was available and answered all the questions I had about the vehicles. I found one I lwanted. He didn't waste any time getting to work on the deal. I was impressed that before and after the test drive he made sure the car was running smooth and in good condition for me to take home. My experience with Gurnak and the Mill Ave Auto team was great. This business needs the manager to be accessible on site. Went on Saturday- no manager. Returned on Monday- again no manager. Waited from 11- 3 waiting on manager to arrive....and still no manger on site. Finally, we decided to head back home. It was an hour drive. Called Tuesday to see if manager was available. No one returned our call. Wednesday came around and nothing. We decided to take our business elsewhere. Bought a vehicle from another car lot. Not sure what happened. Just wish they would have been upfront with us from the beginning rather than waste our time.Alexis was a great salesperson just wish he was a little more honest.

If your in the market for a customized truck at a fair price this is the place to go. They were easy to work with and got me what I wanted. The vehicles are detailed and you get a fresh wash before leaving. They offer a 2 year drivetrain warranty comes in your paperwork. They didnt make me feel forced to buy anything it was all stress free around there. Go see em if your in the market for any style vehicle they have options and can help answer any of your questions. I was on the way to get a car from them and they sold the car 8 min before I got there. They couldn t wait 10 min before selling it to someone that just showed up there. I kept them updated for 2 weeks had everything ready to go but they couldnt wait. Don t go there if you don t want to be disappointed they only care about making money and not you. Your only money in their eyes. Then said if only you put a deposit down. they are a joke.

Honest review. I drove about 4 hours to this dealer to pick up a 2018 dodge Daytona after working the Night Shift got a warm welcome when I got there offered coffee and everything, Alexis. was great but then bright the car home started have issues with the radio and have to pay almost 2,000 for repair and there s a loud vibration coming from within the car. Very upset with my purchase

#2 UPDATE: Third time in the shop. Unbelievable. I completely understand things going wrong when it comes to buying a used car. But the fact is, this dealer also owns an auto mechanic shop, and there is no way that they did not see these issues and the fact that things were zip tied, rigged up, etc. They let an 18 year old and his mom drive off, knowing it was unsafe and unreliable. And when things went south, less than 48 hours after purchasing, they refused to even compromise or assist in any way.UPDATE: Two months after original review, we continue to have issues beyond the normal used car problems. Battery replaced, which wasn t a big deal. But car is back in the shop. Having to replace valve cover gasket, multiple hoses, oil pressure sensor, etc. To the tune of $1,000. So far the car has been inoperable 22 days out of 66 and we have invested an additional $2,000. Plus the things previously noted that we have put off repairing due to focusing on just being able to keep it operable longer than 2-3 weeks at a time.I would like to start this by saying that I do not have unrealistic expectations when it comes to buying a used car. We have purchased several cars from small used car lots like Mill Avenue and have never had the issues that we are currently experiencing. I expect for minor things to be wrong with a used car. That being said, I would highly recommend AVOIDING this place. Prior to buying we noticed condensation in the headlight and asked about it and was assured that the service department would be inspecting everything before we left. They did not. The headlight still does not work. 36 hours after leaving, the car started overheating and had a significant coolant leak. I called them and was basically told, you didn t buy a warranty, you should take it to a mechanic. When I took it to a mechanic, they said someone sealed around the water pump with silicone trying to stop the leak, so we had to replace it ($750). He also told us that the heater core was intentionally bypassed, probably due to that leaking. So we will have to pay more to get that fixed due to there being no heat. In addition, there were numerous codes that show electrical issues. The reverse lights don t work, dome lights and vanity lights do not work, usb outlet and navigation do not work. We paid over the blue book value, which is on us, but I have never encountered a business that did not even attempt to make something right, or offer to work with you somehow. I m sorry for the long post, but I really felt the need to warn others.
