I would like to acknowledge the outstanding service I received by Graci and her staff at Meineke Car Center on February's 20, 2024. I had a complete brake job on my vehicle that was done in a timely and professional manner. Dan, the head mechanic took the time to show me the work to be done which I really appreciated. This means a lot to the customer. I felt that my experience with Meineke Car Care Center was exceptional and I highly recommend them.

This is the place to have your car work done. Mrs. Gracy went above and beyond to help my family and i. I mean truly and angel sent from heaven. I was at the end of my rope, my husband and I were going to give up I am sick bed ridden at 38 years old still in st.lukes. Our altinator went out at our house in willis leaving my husband stranded and using Uber. And Gracy and Dan pick our car up they paid 150$ for a tow to bless us. And did all repairs!!!! Ordered all the parts !! YALL DURING CHRISTMAS!!!!! Mrs Gracy even picked my husband up when the car was finished, and gave us a new battery !!! Im extatic, im in tears. i've never been treated so well by a business. Ppl bring your vehicle here they are more than honest they are saints. Life savers,friends, we were losing everything Thank God for this shop. Thank you Gracy, Dan, and Jon you have new friends here forsure. You can call on us for anything always we love you!!!

Gracie the owner is super nice and very helpful. We bring all of our vehicles here.Her techs are very sweet and detailed with explaining issues and repairs so even I can understand what is wrong and what they are you to fix my car. Pricing is ready reasonable, she doesn't take advantage of you.

I highly recommend you visit! They are honest and customer focused!! I set an appointment online because my car was making a loud knocking noise. The mechanic thoroughly looked over my vehicle and told me what was wrong. And get this, he didn't just pressure me into paying him to fix it today, he gave me options that would be best for me as the customer. It turns out this issue was repaired in the past and is under warranty with another shop. The mechanic's honesty saved me a couple thousand dollars. Unbelievable!! I'm so grateful that there are still honest people in this business. I will continue to give my business to this shop.

Ms. Gracie and the guys are phenomenal. Thought I had to flush my antifreeze, ended up being an intake manifold leak.They rushed to get the job done, even though they were busy and my car is back up and running. No issues with it and even showed me the damaged piece.I always come back to Meineke, for my car troubleshooting. Hands down, amazing shop, they treat you like family.

I now drive specifically to this shop for my car care needs. I love how brutally honest Gracie is and how she oversees each transaction. She prefers using OEM parts but will work with you to get the job done.After a brake job, the new sensor started acting up. I went back and the crew figured out the issue. Happy camper-again! Halloween candy didn t hurt! And a clean bathroom!

Just moved into the area, needed new shocks, and I'm glad I stumbled onto this particular Meineke Car Care Center. Great service, good price, and enjoyed the personal attention given. Overall great experience- AAA+++!!!

I ve been using Meineke for about 7 years or more. Gracy never over quotes for repairs and is honest as the day is long. She is very protective of women customers. They do everything right- no shortcuts or used parts. She has gone above and beyond for me many times. It s a short drive from The Woodlands but worth it.

Gracy and everyone at Meikene is amazing. They service and price is A++. My friend recommended them and I will always come back. As a woman who has reservations about getting screwed over by mechanics I know I can come here and trust them. Women owed business and helpful at every turn. This is the only place I will go now and in the future.

The shop manager Dan and the owner Grace are wonderful. My catalytic converter was replaced for a 1/3 of what Mazda wanted quoted me. The service was amazing and the price was affordable. I will be a repeat customer for life.

Gracy owns of the best establishments and has the best team. Dan is down to earth and know how to explain the issues I was having. Jon was very helpful ..With my wife Amanda being in the hospital "still" for 36 days at St.Luke's Hospital. Gracy went to our house and picked up our BMW, towed to to her shop. Fixed the alternator problem we were having with her team. If I could give 10 stars review I would. Gracy came and picked me up from the hospital to the car at her shop. After fixing the alternator.. my battery was no holIding a charge so She and Dan ordered a batter had it installed in 30mins. Then Gracy said Marry Christmas didn't make me pay anything!!.. She and her team blessed our family in more way than one. We need more people like this in the world.So mr.Gracy my family and I thank you from the bottom of our heart's. God bless you all.!

Owner is extremely involved and cheerful, constantly made sure that I was happy with everything they were doing with my silverado. Staff is friendly and know what they are doing, and the welds were of good quality which genuinely surprised me. 5 stars 100% coming back here. Came here for a muffler delete.

Very disappointed in DAN! I feel robbed and I didn t get my problem fixed. They fix the small issue and completely ignore or don t tell you about the big problem. I didn t even get the complete diagnosis I requested for. My invoice was made in a rush and I doubt I ll be going to them again

Came in to get my work trucks tires rotated and oil changed. Mrs Gracy was awesome hands down 10/10 service we spoke about my project truck she made me hot chocolate it was awesome if you re looking for somewhere to take your vehicle this place is it the service is amazing

I ve been here two times, the first time it was a leaky solenoid valve which was diagnosed and replaced really fast for a fair price. The second time was because my car kept making a really loud squeal when I started it, I fully expected to have a belt replaced or something along those lines. But Keith (the mechanic) very quickly found it was just a loose bolt and Gracie (the Owner) did not charge me a penny for this! There are very few places that are this honest, they could have charged me for something I didn t need and I would ve been none the wiser. I appreciate both Keith and Gracie for their honesty and quality of service. I will absolutely be taking my car here again!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST DEFINITELY!! THEY ARE COMPLETELY DISHONEST WITH THEIR CLIENTS!! Never was I given an actual price for my repair. In addition given three or four different prices on my alternator. And then slapped with a $913 bill with a discount supposedly. Don't think I'll be going to this place again. The first review that was posted was removed by the owner as well.

Excellent service! They had me in and out much sooner than expected, and the work that was completed was excellent! If you need any help, Dan is the guy to see. He's extremely knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to help his customers!

My vehicle was in desperate need of an oil change. A different Meineke had helped me out in a pinch so I immediately looked for a location around here. The owner, Gracey, greeted me and was very helpful and friendly. She explained to me that my vehicle needed a very specific type of oil (it does) and that she didn't have it on hand but would get it right away. Still took under an hour and she made sure to show me what kind of oil they used and to make sure I tell any other mechanics I might use in the future to put the correct product in. I appreciated her honesty and openness on the matter as well as how personable she was!

Gave me an estimate to fix my brakes and aren t the problem for a price which my mechanic can beat. Also they insisted to get my wheels aligned which couldn t fix the wobble in steering

They have always be honest and up front with pricing and diagnosis of my vehicles. I recommend to to any one who wants a fair and honest pricing.
