Just wanted to give a huge shout out to this awesome shop. Came and picked up my grandmother's truck in Cleveland saving her a tow charge and were incredibly honest about the easy repair it took to fix her up.I ran a shop for years and even worked with Alex Ramey. He is an incredibly talented technician and this will be my go to shop for the whole family.

The place is under new management, and my experience was great customer service and had my 04 yukon front end completely rebuilt in a days time, which to me made me feel like a valued customer, further more I'd use them again.

The staff was very helpful in setting me up for a clutch replacement and suspension installation. They took the time to explain the process, were able to answer my questions, and keep me informed throughout the process. I will be returning for future maintenance.

Exactly what I expected, service was excellent and for all the work I got done to my car it was finished pretty quickly. I ll be coming back if anything else comes up with my car

Being new to the area, with out of state tags, needing to find a business that I can trust to fix my car air conditioning! 18 hundred dollars was what I agreed to pay BUT they called later and said it would only be 3 hundred! They were honest when they could have really screwed me over, TRUELY AWESOME PEOPLE!!!!!!! I'm a customer for life!!!!!!!

Was able to drop my truck with these guys for a leaking water pump. They diagnosed and fixed my problem and had the jeep back to me before the end of the day.

They got the job done. It took a week. They had done some things which were not price-approved. They charged the infamous environmental waste fee, which was never communicated. The owner/mechanic is gruff. He was able to identify the problem and over the course of the week the story ��flip-flopped�� over and over again.Would I go back there again? In that choosing a mechanic in Willis means selecting the least harmful option, yes I would.Beginning September 1, Mike is retiring, and has sold his business to folks who are going to put a mechanic in the shop with very low experience.

Awesome place Joey Belton worked on my car. Can't wait till Joey gets his shop going again. Mike is a customer at my job know him well. If Joey not there Mike would still work on my car.

My friend was visiting from out-of-town and her van started having issues. Someone recommended this shop to me so I called them. Fortunately, they were able to get her van in and looked at. The van was then fixed and she was ready to go! Everything about our experience was great.. from the service, repair time, cost, explanation of what was repaired and over-all experience. We both HIGHLY recommend this quality repair business that has top-notch service. I am extremely grateful that we were referred to M&R Automotive. It's definitely a business you can trust.

I have used M&R Automotive for 10 plus years now and have never had any complaints. Mike and his employees, who are also family members, have been the utmost honest with me and do excellent work. I have referred multiple clients and friends to them as well and have heard nothing but positive feed-back. If you are looking for an honest mechanic capable of repairing just about any vehicle, M&R Automotive is the one to call!

I have been hosed by other "automotive repair shops". Went here about 15 years ago. If my vehicles need to be repaired, no one touches it but M&R. Trustworthy, honest, hard working. Just call and drop it off. May be a wait for a day or so but worth it. Don't get suckered by any other so called repair shop, let M&R fix it right.

Mike was great. Took care of a leaky oil pan gasket, which was a pain on my model truck I'm sure. In and out in 2 days and not a drop since. I'm a happy camper.
