I usually never leave reviews but this place is so deserving of it. I went in to have my break pads changed. They checked one side front and back and said everything looks good. We asked would they mind checking the other side just to be safe and they did it without hesitation. All in all everyone is always polite and helpful. I've been coming here for years for oil changes and inspections. So this was my 1st timing coming with an issue. The fact that they were honest about my breaks and didn't charge anything for inspecting all 4 of them was awesome. They will always have my business! Thanks Jason!

Took my car in to get a full synthetic oil change. Only my tire pressure light was on and it was also showing oil change needed. From the start we were met with an employee who was being a jerk. They pull the car in and it s in there for about 15-20 minutes. They pull it around and we get in to leave and instantly notice the check engine light is on. My husband goes and talks with a different employee who came out and plugged in a code reader. As soon as the code oil temperature sensor popped up the guy tried to clear it before my husband could see. The employee then goes back to get the first guy we dealt with. He plugged in another code reader, it didn t show anything. All he had to say was take it to a dealership and have it looked at and proceeded to just walk off. We drove right down the road to auto zone and had them plug in a code reader. It threw the same oil temperature sensor code that the employee at Kwik Kar tried to clear. I highly suggest not taking your vehicle here for anything.

My husband and I have been coming here for years ! They know our ac makes noises and refused to do a simple oil change walked away without letting my husband finish talking so they assumed our car was having issues and it doesn t !!! Never coming back and will spread the word !!!!!Worst customer service !!!

Great place for an oil change. Excellent fast and friendly service (even on a Saturday!) and reasonable prices. They are the only place that I ve found in Conroe that carries Pennzoil Ultra Platinum oil, which is typically the best for ecoboost F150s. Support local businesses and use these guys instead of the big corporate lube shops.

1st time customer.Great experience. Oil change, new windshield wipers, checked belts and hoses, cleaned a battery terminal, topped off fluids. Out in 20 minutes. Fabulous!

Left my oil plug untied, so my oil leaked all over the place at home and work. They did change my transmission fluid fast. Service was quick and friendly, I m sure it was a mistake. Please double check your work, it could have been a lot worse.

I really appreciate this place. They are always very accommodating. If I ever need or ask for something thats a little out their normal procedure (which i have done several times), they always adjust to help me out.Oil changes are quick and efficient, but the customer service at this specific location is always on point, or it has always been that way for me.

They were so kind and professional, I just came in for a oil change and was in and out in probably 10-ish minutes. And it was decent priced, they have their prices listed on the wall inside which I found convenient. Definitely will be going back again!

This place may be friendly and do fast, good work, but somebody needs to say it: Your customer service office space stinks. It smells like cat badly. I found the odor so offensive, I preferred to sit outside in 100+ heat. Please, if you take you cat(s) to work, clean appropriately.

I've been coming to this location for years, and years now. I wouldn't go anywhere else. These guys are like family. When you show up they ask how you're doing, They bust your chops and give you a hard time I absolutely love it. We've never had a problem, the service is wonderful. A customer for life.

Great place to get an oil change. I bring my work truck and personal vehicles. Great service, and the crew is always polite. They also take care of mechanical problems. Keep up the good work.

I've been taking my cars to this branch since 1999 and until lately it has been awesome.The last time was 3000 miles ago. Two days ago my wife called and said the oil light came on and the car started making noise. She drove straight to Cowboy Kia at that point. The techs there said that the oil plug was loose and the oil had leaked out.I called kwik Kar and when I explained the situation to the guy who said he was manager he started accusing me of not taking care of my car and refused to give his name. Our engine is blown and we're contemplating the court system. There are several better places to take your car in Conroe. Don't chance these losers.Service: Oil change

AVOID THIS BUSINESS. My first time here. They take no responsibility for anything. Manager lousy.Went in for oil change. Could not remove the plug for drainage but said could remove the filter. Cancelled service since unable to drain engine. Drove home later that day. Left for evening job and red oil lite came on.Returned home to change cars. Oil had left major slick trail on my street and red lite very prominent on dash. Called the manager, Chris, the next morning. He stated he would send a wrecker at no charge and that they had probably not tightened the oil filter. The wrecker never arrived. Called manager back and he said the spoke with all his people and they had not done anything to the car. Said it had many leaks and I just needed to return the car where I bought it. I have had the car 5 years without a single oil leak of any kind. Chris hung up on me.I am not the first to have issues with this franchise. See other reviews.FOR YOUR BEST INTEREST, AVOID THIS COMPANY ON NORTH FRAZIER.

Left the oil filter loose. Took it back and the store manager wouldn't even talk with me about it or address my concerns. Stay away.

I had been there a couple of times. However, they stopped carrying Mobile One fully synthetic oil so now I have to take my business elsewhere.

Went by to get my car inspected. Guy said inspector was gone and would be back in an hour. Went back and hour and a half later and another guy said inspector wasn t there and would be gone for another 45 minutes. Um, ok? I said the other guy told me an hour. So now the inspector is gone for 2 hours? Just went to Jiffy Lube and got great service, all the employees were there to inspect my car. Weird experience, never again, I get all the negative reviews.

If you need fast and friendly service this is the place! I take all three of my vehicles here for oil changes and inspections. Never had any issues with anything. Great dedicated people working there!

Very busy but manager was very efficient and kept customers informed of progress. The only thing that I did not like was it said full synthetic change 85$ but the bill almost 110$. Wasn't sure why the cost was higher but was in a hurry and did not have time to argue

We have been using this Kwik Kar location for years. A young couple ran it and did an excellent job. Today we went in for synthetic oil change. When we arrived there was one customer just finishing up. The place is usually busy. My car was ready in about 5 minutes. On the service check list everything was checked according to the invoice. They even said they vacuumed the car. THEY DIDNT. No telling what else they didn t do and said they did. We will never go back. They seemed to want to stand around rather than work. If you want good honest service like this location delivered for years under different management DO WASTE YOU TIME HERE. Go somewhere else. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!Service: Oil change

I had a Vehicle Inspection done on 2/28/22. I was given an inspection report which, upon further review, was for another car (didn't relaize until I got home - 125 miles away). Anyways, I called and asked that they find the actual inspection report, but they had no record of the report. They had the correct license plate # on the invoice (that's how they track the inspection report) but could not retrieve the report. So.....did they not do an inspection, gave me a bogus report, and charge me $25?......or is there another reason? Nice people but.......

Went for an oil change and they were super busy. One of the employee walked to me and said "goddam" how can I help you. I asked for an oil change and told me to park in the parking lot and I'll get to you when I can. So I left and came to Jiffey Lube and they were happy to serve me.

Not this time. I have been bringing our 3 vehicles to this location since I moved to Conroe over 3 years ago. I noticed they closed at 3pm today so I rushed out of the house to be there by 2:30 to get an oil change.When I pulled up the employee came out and told me they were closing. I told him online said they were open until 3pm, he said that they were closing early today.I said I have been bringing my three vehicles up there and this was the last time.He just walked off.What has happened to Customer Service.Guess I'm going to Jiffy Lube from now on.

I can't fault them for the ever rising costs of oil but I called ahead and they got me in as there last customer before closing which helped alot considering I couldn't get there till after 5:30pm because of my job. But nice work and very fast. Even at the end of the day they took care of the customer! Thanks.
