I was greeted by friendly and very helpful staff when bringing my vehicle in for a service. I was able to wait comfortably in the waiting room with access to free wifi. I was updated frequently on progress made, and I didn't have to wait long before my vehicle was done and even washed!. I'll definitely be back. Thank you!RegardsShireen

Had a $2200 lift pump installed on October 22, 2022 which went out 13 months later. Pretty much was told it was on me and they wouldn t warranty it or discount a new one. Will never buy a junky Nissan again

Becky was great! She kept me informed throughout the whole process each day with an update from diagnostics, to part ordering, part delivery, and an ETA of when my truck would be finished. Her and the Service Center Team really went above and beyond for me, and in the end helped me out more than I could ever ask for. Keating Nissan has a new customer for life. Do not buy your car from Keating Nissan! They do not honor their service agreements! Their extended warranties are a sham! The finance people push them and then nothing is covered in the end. Our car has been in the shop for 10 days to have nothing covered!

I would only book an appointment at Keating if you have all day. I prefer the dealership because I feel the techs are better trained, however I do not have half a day for service when I make an appointment. I pull up today and there is a line of cars to the freeway. I get out of my car and the service assistants are all behind there desks. I say you do know you have a line of cars to the freeway. Only then do they get up and go look.Then I had made an appointment for 9 AM for a simple oil change. They tell me it will be 2 hours with an appointment. I had budgeted 1.5 hours max. 2 hours with an appointment is ridiculous what is the point of an appointment? I could change it in less than 2 hours.I speak with the manager who just does not care.Advice have employees who get up and make sure customers are being taken care of. Also, fix your scheduling system where it does not allow for over booking so people's cars can be serviced in a timely fashion.I just made an appointment at repair one on 242. They are fair priced (oil is higher) but when you make an appointment you are done in 45 min- 1 hour. Also, when repairs do not go as planned they are honest and work with you.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Well we cannot Express how much we enjoyed our car buying experience. Our salesman Leroy is top notch and was very very good. We spent a bit of time there but did not realize it until we were done. Leroy was very attentive, knowledgeable and skilled and you could tell he enjoyed what he does. Thank you Leroy and Keating Nissan for a 5 star experience.

Eduardo (Eddie) was incredible. It was my first time being at the dealership as he build rapport and welcome me with open arms right away. Highly respectful, provided all options, and demonstrates genuine desire to help. Anyone looking for a new car, I highly recommend working with him even if it s a drive. He is not a high pressure sales. All around amazing experience and a perfect example of what all look for when purchasing a new car.I also appreciate GM Mr. Young for your follow up call. Service staff was courteous and professional from the moment I pulled in. The serviceman I spoke with was EXTREMELY knowledgeable not only about questions I had pertaining to very minor issues and maintenance, but also on the pricing for each issue.I have to admit that for many many years I only relied on Ford, Chevrolet, and GM, and was quite apprehensive about getting anything else. I am slowly creeping up now on 100k with my Nissan Frontier SV and have not only been thoroughly impressed with my truck, but also with the continued service I've received from Keating! If this keeps up, I can actually see my next purchase being thru this dealer if the sale is able to go just as smoothly!Keep up the good work y'all and thank you!

Having been an extremely satisfied, longtime customer of Keating Nissan, I was dismayed earlier today when I arrived for my 2:30 service appointment to be told I would need to wait 2.5 to 3 hours for routine maintenance. Having previously scheduled this a month ago and not being contacted by the service department for a confirmation, I rescheduled. After driving across town today, I was upset by the unexpected wait time and spoke with Lakin, my service representative, to see what she might be able to do. Working with her colleague, Lakin offered to ask her manager if they might make an exception due to the previous circumstances and my lengthy drive. I was elated when everything was resolved quickly and efficiently, with many thanks to Lakin and the service manager for really listening to me and restoring my faith in what has always been an excellent service department with fine employees. Thanks again, Lakin and Keating Nissan Service Department!

Turned out we needed a new transmission on a fairly new Versa. They worked the process with Nissan corporate and got the work covered. Overall the staff at Keating Nissan are all very efficient and professional. They work together great as a team and provide great support. Keating Nissan Service Department is magnificent; and, Kelly Nading is a major reason for this. Kelly was more than friendly and helpful, she made me feel at home. She was serious about her work, yet enjoyed it; I think she was expecting me to tell at her/express dissatisfaction with the process, and was surprised when I told her yelling does nothing to further a business relationship.Scheduled maintenance was done, and further warranty/recall work was ordered for scheduling. Outstanding customer service by Kelly in their service department she kept me informed and coordinated their Towing service promptly when my scheduled towing company became a multiple delay and eventually no show. She was both responsive ,professional and caring and communicated frequently to make sure everything went smoothly. They also sent a shuttle to retrieve my key saving me time and Uber expense and then came and picked me up when my car was ready Raul was the driver and very courteous, I would it I d highly recommend them!!!Service: Battery

Amazing and helpful service. Amber was very informative and made sure I got everything I needed and answered all of my questions. She gave me an estimate for a list of repairs and helped me sign up for a payment plan I very much needed.I ve never been so well informed and assisted during a vehicle service. Amber was patient and genuinely had my best interest at heart. She was on top of it.They got everything done within a day and they ordered a part and had it in the very next day.My car runs beautifully now and sounds as good as it did when I first bought it! Went in to buy a car about a month ago and the sales representative and manager were very rude, so we ended up leaving and buy a car from a different dealership, and wanted nothing to do with Nissan anymore. But the car we had purchased had a few thing that need to be fixed and they told us to take it up to Nissan for service. Our representative was Kareli and she was great, she kept us updated during the whole process. The service department as a whole changed our mind about Nissan and will keep us coming back.

Always a good time at Keating. All of the staff is friendly and willing to help. Service dept is quick and keeps you up to date. When I am waiting on my car to be serviced my sales guy Michael will always check in to see if I need anything . Dealership is very clean and chairs are comfy so it s never a problem to wait. I will remain a Keating Nissan customer for life!

I took my car in to get a keyless entry remote reprogrammed, but was told that it wasn t the issue so nothing was done to the car and I would not be charged any fees. A day later when the tow truck company went to pick up the car to take it to our mechanic of choice, they told my husband there was a balance to be paid. The supervisor hung up on my husband and argued her way when she had already told him a day before there was no balance owed. Worst customer service and they lied about fees.Dear owner,Thank you for replying to my review, but don t you think you should also call and speak to me (the customer) to get my side of what happened? Of course you are going to defend your staff and yourself on a public platform to look like you guys are right. Maybe a phone call would be nice. Or maybe I can get better results through corporate?

Was going to get State Inspection done along with tire rotation and a Recall fixed until they came and told me everything that needed to be done before they could complete the inspection. After I was advised of the price they wanted, I told them to forget the state inspection as being retired as an aircraft mechanic, I do know kind of how thing work and when things need to be done. Anyway I went elsewhere to get the inspection done and at a cheaper price to boot. Oh and the other place passed the car inspection with no problemsSorry Keating I don't like for people to get ripped off.

I was pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism of customer service representatives. I am pleased with the work done on my vehicle (oil change&tire rotation).The value I paid was excellent in comparison to the other dealership I normally take my car to be serviced. Nearing just earned a new customer!

The service representative Kelly was so incredibly nice and professional. She went out of her way to be helpful and make accommodations for me to pick up my vehicle even after the service department closed. I dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and car wash at 1:30 and picked up the vehicle at 5:30 to find they didn t wash the vehicle at all. I paid quite a bit for the service package to receive this service and was very disappointed to find they didn t even attempt to hose off the vehicle or anything. I know this wasn t Kelly s error as she recommended the wash, but it was still disappointing. If the car would have been washed at any capacity this would have been a 10/10 experience.

Working with Nehla at Keating Nissan to turn in my old lease and get a new one was a breeze. She went over the various options for the two models I was interested in and arranged test drives. After going over the numbers and making my choice, I sat with the finance guy who speedily and efficiently banged out the paperwork. Nehla then ensured that the car got a final detailing before I drove off.

I own a 2021 Titan. I needed assistance with a computer setting on the truck, Keating's service department was very patient and helpful. I didn't purchase the vehicle from Keating, nor had I been a customer in the past. I definitely will be a customer in the future.

A lot of the employees were not wearing a face covering while the world is going towards a second lockdown. One of the employees came to greet me with a hand shake plus not wearing any type of face covering. I was so impressed and how all of the customers had their face mask on but more than 50% of the employees were just walking around without it. The service was great, like an oil change regular type of thing. If wasn t that, I d probably give 5 stars, but this situation made me feel unsafe being in there.Service: Oil change

We have purchased and leased five different Rogues here in the past six years. The overall experience has been good enough for us to return. The vehicles have been outstanding - easy to drive, great gas mileage, and so major technical or mechanical issues.We did have some incomplete information given to us about the Apex warranty and GPS system, but that was cleared up before the final signing. My suggestion for others is to make sure you understand every number on every piece of paper so there are no misunderstandings at the end. They were very helpful explaining the details after we asked for clarification.

I had a drivers front wheel bearing replaced on our 16 Versa Note. I had about 200 miles of warranty left so it was covered. Drop off and pick up was easy. It was also smooth to get a loaner for my wife. I was able to speak with the shop foreman which was nice for me because I speak car and could describe in great detail the symptoms of the wheel noise I was having. Thanks to my service adviser Kelly for guiding us through this repair.
