I had a recall on my car. I was scheduled right away and got an appointment on Saturday at 830am. I was treated with a smile and a very professional welcome. I relaxed in the very comfortable chairs and drank my coffee. By the time I finished my cup they were done. I had a great experience with excellent service!

Car advisor was very professional and explained the steps needed to get my car fixed. Had shuttle to take me home and even picked me up when my car was ready. The technician called me to give updates on how the job was going. Awesome.

I took my car in for recall work. Check-in is very fast and efficient. I was out and on my way home in a loaner in no time. Work was done in a few hours and they even ran the car through the car wash.

I visited the service department with a CRV electrical problem. The service team was kind to provide some troubleshooting tips. My skills and tools, though, were inadequate to troubleshoot the problem. I brought it in for their technicians to fix. They really attacked the mysterious problem, finally nailing it by identifying a sketchy battery - not dead, but not healthy enough to start the car twice without recharging. Mr. Roger Hickey in the service department has great customer service skills and a super understanding of their products. Couldn't be more pleased.

Keating Honda Conroe is one of the best dealerships you can find if you're looking for a new or used Honda. They care and listen to you. They have a great financing team. Services are so smooth from the time you park your vehicle in the service line to when it's done getting serviced. Employees are very polite and courteous, explaining all your vehicle needs and maintenance schedules to the t. They are always there to get questions answered for anything related to yourHonda vehicle. You won't regret your decision about coming here. Everyone knows someone who owns a Honda!

This was my first time servicing my vehicle at Keating Honda. My service advisor, Darrell, was very straightforward, honest, and thorough, and he gave me the best price for each service that was performed. I received a set of new tires (with mount, balance, and alignment), an oil change, and a transmission flush. I listened to my car all the way home, and so far, no complaints- She s good as new! Keating honda has always been good to us. From sales to finance and service. Our service advisor, Kevin, has been phenomenal. And everyone I've come in contact with has been really friendly and seemed eager to help with whatever. They treat their customers like friends and family. The way it should be.

Edit: 2 years later and this place still is trash. Called with a simple question and got the run around. I was hoping they had hired somewhat competent people by now but nope. Drove to Gilman and got amazing service.Attempted to take my vehicle in for an issue and was told any extended warranty only covers the diagnostic fee and not parts and labor which doesn t make any sense. I even called back to clarify and was told the same thing. Went to Gilman Honda and they took the warranty fully and their service was excellent!And to respond months later, LMAOOOO y all really are dumpster slime.

I had a great experience at KEATING Honda. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes for a 50,000 mile tune up and paid far less than I had planned. I love the crew & Kevin my service advisor & I am happy to be back!! I felt like I was cheating on them lol they have serviced my SUV since I purchased it from them and for a few mths had to use another but wasn't as satisfied as I am with these guys.

I had saved up recalls, warranty work, and an oil change for about a year. Darrell at Keating Honda coordinated the work and everything was done right and quickly. We had recently purchased a Honda Civic Si from an individual for one of my sons. We needed to get the car looked at while we decided if the car would be a good fit for him. My first experience with the dealership was with Mark King. I'm not sure where you found him, but in my opinion, he is a unique breath of fresh air in your industry. He was top-notch in all aspects of communication. I told him my concerns and needs, and he quickly synthesized that into a service plan. Up front, he gave me clear expectations, costs, thoughts, and an idea of what they would be looking for.He remained communicative during the entire process. I interacted with two other individuals there as well, Makayla and "Big" Mike - they were all fantastic to work with. I took my 2004 Honda Element in for air bag recall. Showed up at 7:30am for 8:00am appointment; was checked in immediately, received loaner car and was home by 8:30. Received call at 10:30am that work was finished and vehicle could be picked up at my convenience. Picked it up and was home by 12:30pm. Keating, David Wallace and all personal were top notch, friendly, courteous and efficient. Great service.

They did a great job handling a recall on my vehicle. I was given a free loaner while it was fixed, and they had the job done within one business day. The staff was professional and communication was present throughout the whole process. I have gone to Honda Cars of Katy for many many years. I recently moved to Conroe and my service advisor in Katy retired. I thought that I would give Keating Honda service a try.I was pleasantly impressed with the service quality and how extremely fast they had my car finished. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable. My service advisor Kamm was very professional and honest with me. My car sounds amazing and she was all clean when they were finished. I will be back!

Went in for a simple Service Minder B appointment. Also got a tire rotation and wiper blade replacement. Was told appointment would be 90 minutes, so I waited at the dealer. Received a text saying to text if I had any questions. After hearing nothing for two hours, I texted. Still nothing. Texted again a few minutes later -nothing. After two and a half hours, I went out to speak to my advisor. Was told they were still working on my vehicle. Ninety minutes later, my vehicle was done. It took OVER FOUR HOURS for a basic service. Communication was pathetic, and my only compensation was a free, future oil change. Extremely unhappy with the service I received. Interestingly, I never received my Honda survey I guess they don t want reviews that reflect poor service. I was in tears by the end of the whole situation yet no one ever bothered to reach out afterwards. Terrible and disappointing customer service.Services: Tire rotations, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Was quickly greeted and checked in. The associate, Kristin was very nice and professional. They took about 1 1/2 hours to complete, which is my normal waiting time for any dealership service. Overall good experience! Fixed a problem 2 smaller shops could not. Mikala on service desk was transparent and prompt with info, called when vehicle was ready which was much earlier than I anticipated.
