Jud knows his stuff.He's pretty accessible in terms of communication. Compared to dealers he is usually less expensive and can honestly say this guy knows his trade. Best bet to avoid crooks at dealerships. Jud is a better choice, no doubt.

In my opinion you should disregard the negative feedback. I personally have had Judd work on three of my vehicles throughout the past 13 years.I trust his and his teams level of expertise, professionalism and pricing. Don't make the mistake of paying dealership prices.

I called to get a quote for my car when I was trying to explain whats going on with my car he yelled at me over the phone and told me find another shop hung up the phone so I called back to speak to a manager and come to find out that was the owner then went on a sob story about how his issues with his shop this was incredibly unprofessional I highly suggest finding another shop in this area

The owner Jud has been in business in Conroe for over 28 years repairing only Eastern European automobiles. Mercedes, Porsche, BMW, Audi etc.His prices are so reasonable, I will come back.

I had my car towed to Jud's Eurotype for the fuel pump to be replaced. I went to pick up my car and discovered theft of personal items from my car. In addition to that, I discovered that he broke my window switch. I contacted Bill Morris about the theft and he stated that he never stole anything out of my car. The very next day, he texts me that he had my personal things he took out of my car. He claims to think it was his. Basically he's a thief! Also when I went to fill up my gas tank, fuel was leaking out everywhere. He had not installed the fuel pump properly. I brought my car to the BMW dealership and they discovered the retaining ring that holds down the fuel pump is broken and a replacement is needed to fix the problem. The BMW dealership told me that I needed to replace the whole gas tank because the plastic retaining clip is part of the tank.I got screwed by this guy. I thought I was giving someone a chance to fix my car, instead it costed me over $2000 to fix his stupidity. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! HE WILL SCREW YOU in any way he can.

This is not the place for you. Jud smokes crack. He over charges and doesnt fix the problem.
