Let's get into it. I have no idea what is going on with the staff at this location, but they have turned me into a lifetime customer. Everyone that I spoke with was incredibly kind, respectful, professional, and helpful. I'm not a car person, I barely know how to make the thing run, and going to places asking questions about what needs to happen with it is extremely anxiety inducing to the point that I end up putting necessary things off. On a whim I chose to get my oil changed even though I was nervous about it, and I am so incredibly grateful I ended up coming here. Let's start with Dalton. That man needs every single accolade that can be given. He took extra special time and care to make sure not only was I aware of what needed to be done, but also WHY it needed to be done. He took so much of his time talking to me about my concerns about my car and explained the things that could help to make it run better and last me longer. Not only that, he got me into contact with someone that could help me with things that this shop couldn't offer help with, which is so insanely above and beyond great service. I felt like I was truly heard and offered services based on my current needs and what I could reasonably afford during this visit. Then I met Victoria- that sweet assistant manager. She was also a wealth of knowledge but also just a good human. Her upbeat and friendly personality really helped when I was getting anxious about my car taking a while to complete putting them there past closing time. Not once did anyone mention it to me or make me feel bad for causing them to go over their own personal time, because honestly who doesn't want to clock out when you close? I felt heard and very well taken care of when I left the other day. I have already bragged to my whole family about my experience here and have convinced them to also frequent this location when they have any car needs. Thank you again to the team here and how incredibly kind and wonderful you all are! It turned what could have been a run of the mill oil change into getting my car running better than when I drove up, and a chance for me to get over the anxiety of getting my car worked on. I don't think I could ever say enough great things about my experience!

I will be a long time customer for sure! The staff were incredible! I went for an oil change and my toddler had just went down for her nap, Dalton was super wonderful as he pulled the car in and as soon as possible I was able to get back in the vehicle as they worked. They were fairly busy but still very attentive and finished in a timely fashion! Kianc�e was careful as she vacuumed and cleaned all the windows and left them looking brand new! No streaks! Overall it was a wonderful experience, the best I ve ever had at an auto shop!

Very affordable! Great customer service! Couldn't ask for a better experience, they gave me a great deal and were very willing to answer any questions I had. They weren't pushy about the extras that I couldn't afford. Best place in Conroe to get an oil change!

AMAZING!!!!Mr. Dalton and his entire team went above and beyond on today. I called first and he reassured me they would take care of me, and they did. My first visit, but definitely not my last. They've gained a new customer! All were professional, kind, and thorough about what my current and future vehicle needs and gave me quotes. They're reasonable than most places. However, it's their caring and kind attitude, and knowledge that impressed me the most.

This location is 10 miles out of my way, but I go anyway. They are the only ones I recommend to others. Always professional and courteous. They try and answer my questions as best they can, and don't hassle me like other places do when I don't want extra services. Never had a problem with them.

This was the best Jiffy Lube I've ever been to! Right when I pulled into the driveway everyone seemed in such a good mood and they immediately got to work on my car. Dalton was incredibly knowledgeable and kind and made sure I knew what was going on with my car. I will be coming back to this location every time :)

This group of men and woman are fantastic. I never feel taken advantage of. They are always super helpful when I have any questions about my car. They are kind, polite, fast, and I never feel like the prices are changing or cheated or feel the need to question what they are telling.When looking at my filters or tires or windshield wipers, they are honest. Every time I come, they aren't hounding me to spend spend spend, they are making sure I am taken care of properly.I appreciate this as a person who knows just enough about my car to get me in trouble.They give advice and tell me how to take care of my car between oil changes.I just really appreciate Jordan and his whole crew.

Assistant manager Victoria as well ln as the rest of the team, have absolutely the best attitude I've ever seen in a service industry. This place absolutely rocks. Definitely my "go to" for oil changes and inspections.

The constant effort by the whole crew to keep trying to sell me something else, and just a few dollars more, was incredibly irritating. I was in sales for many years. I learned that after three or four nos, that was just about it. Even after me telling them that they had replaced my cabin filter just a couple of months before, at this location, they still were persistent about it. I m sure you promote them promoting cabin filters. Them as to listening to what the customer says!

Unfortunately the staff has changed from the last time I was there maybe 9 months ago, and today I decided to stop by and get my oil change. The atencion was very welcoming and professional, the service was efficient, but at the end the person who changed my oil didn't know exactly what was doing because I ended up with a iol leak , for the ones who know how to remove the cap they know that isn't that simple there's a certain way to remove it, and to put it back. Some how this person broke it, and after I expressed my concerns and showed pictures and proof of the damage, they said that it will be documented and that is the only thing they can do. Now that employee mistake is going to cost me $160 and they are not taking responsibility for it. Really sad I am really disappointed, I whent there because I have such a good experience last time but the entire staff is new now. They even talked to the mechanic he explained, and nothing. Be careful going to that location the staff working the cars are not %100 familiar with their jobs, be careful

Very helpful staff. I appreciate it when I tell them I only want an oil change and nothing else they did not come over and ask if I wanted an air filter and all the other stuff that annoys me. They are great with fast friendly service. Thank you

They forgot to reset the 'maintenance required' notice but called and manager immediately apologized and told me how to fix it, and gave me a discount for my next visit. Impressed with his attitude and will definitely go back!!

I pulled right in for my oil change and was out before I could read 4 pages of a book! My technician was great and thoroughly went over recommendations he had for my vehicle, with no pressure to get them done at the Jiffy Lube. Was such a great experience!

Very knowledgeable staff. They are also there for state inspections. They will check filters for you and can replace if necessary. I had them check the filter that filters air coming into the car and it was terrible. They replaced this for me.Super friendly bunch!

I d never go there again. They were trying to upsell me the whole time. Even though I kept saying no, they still kept pushing. I was just trying to get my inspection and get out. They tried to make me feel guilty for not wanting to buy extra things because it was specifically fit to my kind of car not to anyone else s. Inside staff was really sweet tho!

Can t believe it was 125.00 for regular oil change. Also be careful if they ask you to top off fluids, because you will get charged for them.
