Always leave here feeling good about the work done. Have specifically continued to come to this store thanks to Jordan who has always gone above and beyond to ensure my wife and I have the best experience possible! I'm not sure about all the negative reviews as I've been going to this Jiffy Lube for 2 years now and have not had one bad experience.Thank you for being so awesome Jordan!

Told me my rear brakes were low. They were completely rebuilt about two months ago. They re fine.Drove home only to realize my keys were not in the cup holder. They were left under my windshield wipers on the exterior of my car (see photo).All that makes me highly skeptical of the rats nest in the cabin air filter situation they claimed, as there was no obvious feces or urine to indicate that being the case. The team at this location did an awesome job! I would highly recommend them to others. Specifically this location. The manager and team were very professional, well spoken and did an outstanding job. I will definitely be using this Jiffy Lube again.

I stopped off for an inspection. I couldn't start my vehicle after the inspection. One of the attendants removed the fuel cap and forgot to replace it! He realized that he hadn't replaced it. I managed to start my vehicle once fuel cap was replaced. They also convinced me to replace my wiper blades but somehow didn't carry through with the replacement but didn't charge for it either. This entity must have been having a bad day. I'm a repeat customer, didn't have a bad experience previously!

I was pleased with how kind and friendly the employees were. I feel communication about what the steps were going to be, and an update or check-in with the client halfway through the inspection would have been helpful for my anxiety. The service was quick 30 mins or less. I find communication with customers from start to halfway done to finish can help a customer's nerves or even give a more professional feel to any business. I'm so thankful that this service station had their inspection station up to standards, being that most other facilities near or around were down. Would recommend!

I am still upset about my visit this morning. They couldn't get my name correct on the computer, and with $300 worth of charges that were NOT mine. Finally after several tries and people who were also unable to help, my name was changed. But the excess charges were still there and no one could figure that out. I spotted a worker who had checked me out on previous occasion and walked into the garage. When I asked if he could help me, he yelled at me - threw his tool down - stormed into the office - and slammed the door on the way back out. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! At this point, I am not sure if the work was actually done or done correctly. I did observe one of them going through my glove box for no reason. I have been a customer for many years, but after the last 2 visits with poor service, I will NEVER come back again.

Brought in my own spark plugs for them to install. Not only did they not install them, they kept my new spark plugs and left in the old ones. Be very careful coming to this location.

I went in to get my oil changed today and they were phenomenal. All very sweet and they did the service fast as well. Love this location!

Edit 10/10/23: knocked another star off since I was asked to respond with an email that was never acknowledged. So they just write that at the bottom of bad reviews to look better I guess.Meh. Oil all over my driveway AGAIN. Figured I'd try this one since the other one on 336 never cleans up after dumping the old oil, I guess these guys don't either. Just be sure to lay your drop clothes down before you leave for your oil change so when you come back the driveway has its diaper on. Leave that in place a good couple days or after you get a few hundred miles in so it all leaks out on there and not your driveway. Not 1 star because everyone is polite and professional and I was on my way again quickly.

Excellent service! I went in for a State Inspection. They were a bit busy but they came out several times to check on me, they doubled up to make it go faster. I had some questions and they answered them very knowledgeably and professionaly. 100% recommend over the other creepy state inspection shacks ran by rude people around the city of Conroe.

The team there is absolutely wonderful, however "some of the prices" you are charging at Jiffy Lube is crazy, I paid because I love that team, but I can get 4 Ignition Coils UF549 & spark plugs for $70.00 yet you're charging $25.99 each for just the spark plugs really? PLUS, I paid $149.99 to have the auto transmission drain & fill SYN (not sure what that SYN means) then you charge me $36.99 additional for Premium CVT Fluid. Why wasn't that covered in the $149.99? I always tell everyone to go to Jiffy Lube, I bring my company car there, my personal cars there and now that I m actually paying attention to the charges I m not so sure I ll be getting any additional work done there ever again. You lost a long-standing customer I m afraid. Sincerely, Dannette

Came in for an inspection. They took the car right in and also showed me I had some filters that needed to be replaced. All done at an awesome price. I will definitely be back!

I got my oil change here a few weeks and noticed my car mileage started declining drastically. I decided to check my engine and noticed they never checked and topped off my coolant (so I ve been running on low coolant/anti freeze). They also did not top off my windshield wiper fluid and on top of that they broke the cap leaving the windshield wiper fluid with no cap. I was wondering why my fluid ran out so fast after my oil change and now I know it is because they broke it off. I specifically know it was this location that caused this because my car was fine before the oil change. I m very upset because my oil change was almost $100. I trust when I go get my oil change that the staff knows what they re doing, because I don t know about cars. But I m very disappointed that I can t trust this location to do an oil change and check and fill my fluids.

I thought the prices have gone thru the roof!!! Oil change , front wipers, tire rotation >$200!! When I asked the manager if he would include the rear wiper on my Subaru Crosstrek, his reply: no that will be another $20 ,Think I m going back to Gillman Subaru next time Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Always hate going to this location. 22years in law enforcement and these kids every time try to tell you some new law no one had herd of. Funny is how have video of car before goes in and then during testing a light is out that just in way was still good. Hmm. Why after 3 times at this location now my vehicles leave with more wrong then showed up with..never again will I stop at this location again

This has become our go to spot! It's not even the closest jiffy lube to us. They never try to oversell, and tell/show us just how everything is. They have always gotten us in and out, and their customer service has always been exceptional. Went from a 5 star to a one. Would be zero if it were an option. Been using this location for some time now, mainly inspections. This last time had the oil changed in my F250. The "manager" showed me the dirty air filter, I approved for it to be changed. Come to find out they changed the fuel filter without my consent then tacked on $199.00! When I asked about the charge I was told I had approved it, I explained how I approved the air filter, then was basically called a liar multiple time by the manager on duty. He did end up removing the charge, but to be haggled with, even while other patrons were in the store was degrading and embarrassing. Sad, but will have to find another company to deal with.Customer service is a thing of the past. Treated like cattle everywhere. Get in, take your hard earned money, the show you the door.M Dawson

Went there for state inspection and emission testing. While I was there they tried to convince me that my belt need to be changed as it was starting to show signs of cracking. They wanted 168 to change 2 belts. The only problem is I only have 1 belt and it only cost 30 dollars. Talk about trying to rip someone off.
