Great services, Paul knows how to do a great customer services and they delivery a great service . Both ball joint was replaced in my 1986 Mercedes Benz 420SEL. Soon I ll schedule brakes and timing chain replacement.100% recommend!!!

My car runs like it did when I first bought it. Had a little bit of doubt when I first saw the place- it ain't fancy, nor is it in the best part of town. However, I had a difficult part that needed to be replaced and they did the work in no time at all, for a very fair price. They could not have been friendlier, also. I'm glad Scott's Automotive recommended this place, and I will, too, from now on.

Excellent service! Brought our VW to them, took them an hour to tell us what was wrong when someone else had had it 3 weeks with no resolution. Price was very reasonable and we will definitely use them again.

Just took my mercedez c-300. Had a bad transmission vibration and a noise in the front of the car. Russell fixed everything and the car feels amazing.This guys are honest and very knowledgeable. the price very reasonable.I am a client for life....

My name is Tabitha, I drive a 2015 Nissan Versa Note SV and this company saved me!! Russel who was working on my car is the most honest, straight forward and has done the quickest work I have seen. It only took a day or two for my parts to come in and by the next day I got my car back all within a 5 day span. Great company and so efficient, I would definitely recommend going to them, they saved me from lies and saved me money from other companies.

Russel is so nice! I work down the street from the shop and he has serviced my dads Mercedes and now my Audi for years now. He s helped me out in a pinch or even when I pop in with (weird) questions about what the heck my car is doing : D. He treats us like family and can be counted on - Always provides good work- quickly.

Russell Tacker & Paul are very helpful & knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied with the work or your purchase. I highly recommend going here for all your foreign auto needs. Call ahead to make an appointment & you'll be served right away.

Russel & Paul are awesome! I manage an automotive shop myself but look to them for European parts when the local chain stores can't take care of me. They are true old school parts guys. They don't just sell me the parts I ask for, they actually have done the repair I'm trying to perform at my shop so they know all the extra little add on parts that should go with the job. This prevents me from having to make multiple trips & keeps my customers happy because their quote doesn't go up. Great guys!

Buyer beware! My mechanic bought parts from them for my Mercedes. His cost was 300% higher than what a simple Google search yielded. To wholesale a part at 3X retail is ridiculous.Just buy your parts online. There is no justification for what these guys are doing.They're just taking advantage of their customers ignorance.

I love that I ended up referred to this place for their European auto expertise. They fit me in last minute so I could still make a trip to my sister s baby shower. They told me what was wrong, charged me a reasonable price, and fixed the problem fast. I really appreciated how I was treated here. I ll be back for any future auto issues for sure.

Great service!! I have been bringing my Audi to these guys for years now. Everything they have fixed on it has lasted. They take time to answer any questions I have, and don't try to rush you out the door. Seriously fantastic service!!

Very smart guys and they repaired my daughter's back lights on her audi in one day and it was in the shop at spring automotive for 10 days and they couldn't find the problem, I truly trust the guys at intercontinental auto parts.

I brought my 2004 Mercedes here after a regular domestic mechanic was unable to diagnose an issue with my car. The men here were able to figure out the problem the same day and have it fixed and back to me that same afternoon. The other guys had the car a week ordering and changing out different parts to try and figure out what was wrong. I wish I had taken it to Intercontinental Auto from the start! They will now be my go-to mechanic for any future maintenance or repairs! They were extremely knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the problem and solution. They were very kind and a pleasure to do business with!

I have had several local auto repair shops work on my '98 Nissan Frontier without any real success. Yes, it is old. Yes, it could have a number of things wrong with it, BUT Russell spent a couple of days checking it out and replaced two relatively small parts that no one else had ever mentioned. I am grateful - I am just sorry that I didn't come here first.

Intercontinental is definitely the best I ve been to so far. If you want a trustworthy location to keep your vehicle on the road call Intercontinental Auto Parts. Thanks to them my Subaru and Mercedez are still on the road today. 228,000 miles and still begging for more.

I ve been sending my friends and family to Intercontinental for 20 years for auto repair and maintenance. The proprietors are straight forward, reasonably priced and only fix what s broken or needs repair.

I needed my cousins car fixed to take my drivers test and they took me in immediately & had my brake lights fixed and brake fluid filled. Within 15 minutes I was out of there. Amazing & fast service! Definitely will be going back.

The guys are not playing when they say they specialize in VW, Audi and Mercedes. I would not trust anyone else with my car! They are very honest and beyond fare! Good people and great mechanics and excellent business people!

Russell and Paul are great men who are fast and reliable and will go the extra mile to take care of you with great integrity No B.S, only shop I will take my VW car to from now on they don t waste your time with stuff you don t need trying to make a quick buck they just want you to be happy had a bunch of work done / 100,000 mile tune up overall, and vehicle running great for a lot cheaper than would have been going to the dealership or some of these other shops, even after I got it out my coolant light turned on the next day and they let me bring it in just to double check everything and top off my coolant tank (cause it burped) didn t even charge me only shop I ll recommend euro specialist
