If you need any kind of work done on 18 Wheelers, or trailers this is the place to come,they make sure they get you back in the road ,and offer great repairs.

Very nice people there also nice and very experienced technicians. They gonna use to many days repair my truck problem DPF filterbut after that repair my truck clean filters and good result. No any issue come out again thank you so much i m totally satisfied and happy for good work integrative flight. God bless you.

Where do I start with this rat infested Buisness,Took one of my trucks here to get some very easy stuff done to it, I was too busy with my other trucks decided to give a local buisness some buisness. What an absolute mistake, dropped it off was greeted with not so pleasant attitude, ah well it happens bad day right? Drop the truck off leave. Next day goes by they said it would be done in a day, I have gps etc on my trucks know when they move,start etc. Guys like yea we brung into the shop and we are looking it over.. knowing he s straight up lieing to me because the truck never started unless they picked it up and carried it into the bay. Says we re working on it I dropped the truck off to get some new belts and a coolant leak looked at. Nothing major right? Told me a day. Well after days go by and them keep telling me their looking at it etc it finally was done . So I go up there go into the office 3 females in there rude as all come be. One is the owners wife and I know it is. I ask for the keys to my truck want to start it make sure the belts are tight etc right?Go start my truck let it run come back and see this little punk get in his dully and is blocking the drive way, like I m about to leave this place and not pay my bill it s couple hundred dollars buddy not 10k, so check the bill they re trying to charge me 5 hours labor to replace drive belts, srt at Peterbilt for drive belts is 2 hours, and that s what their shop manager said they would charge me. Charged me 200$ to tighten a hose clamp on one of my hoses that was leaking coolant. All while trying to fix their mess of a bill they hand me. We got punk in his dully one of the owners blocking the driveway like we re 10 years old, the owners wife is sitting on the phone doing absolutely nothing. And then you got their two workers taking care of the bill. Imagine having both owners there sitting there doing nothing while one is blocking the driveway. This Buisness lacks respect this business lacks knowledge, and this Buisness lacks professionalism.Take your business else where unless you want to be treated very poorly, your equipment treated poorly. While your equipment is at a Buisness ran like a circus. I actually had to re tighten my belts because one was loose and was about to fall off, and the hose clamp they tightened well they over tightened it and stripped the clamp out. And they also over charged my credit card by over 400$ please take your business elsewhere it s a rat hole for a reason.My review is real unlike most of these reviews made by their friends to make their glorious rat hole better in the eyes of folks that read reviews before taking their business to them.

My worst experience. I left my trailer to be fixed and it would be ready the same day, and they said it would cost $450. After 5 days the problem was not resolved and they were charging me 2k for the service. After all, I had to call the police to get my trailer out of there, and the owner was being very aggressive. After the police arrived we paid $1400 for the service that WAS NOT FINISHED.Now, after driving less than 200 miles, one of the wheels came off the axle, which was probably a consequence of poor service, almost causing an accident.We had to stop at another repair shop to fix it and pay more for the poor service.

These guys got me in late in the afternoon and knocked out my Texas State inspection in a hurry. When time is money you need folks like this in your corner. I appreciated the professionalism and courteous staff. I will definitely be back.

The best customer service I have ever seen.A man named Aaron that works there. Went out of his way to make sure we was took care. Did not have the parts that we needed. But he called and found exactly where to go and the cheapest place.And and even called and made sure they would stay open for us On a friday evening and even called back to make sure we was taken care of if not, he said he would do whatever it took to help us This man went over and above. Thank you so much, sir. You do not find people like you today.

They have exceeded all expectations. Thank you for taking care of South Side Roller Derby's trailer. Our trailer is super old and still rollin' our banked track from storage to our game day venue for ever game. Thank yall!!

I brought my Freightliner in last week and I'm very happy with the service I received from Integrity Fleet Services. They worked on numerous things for me.... multiple repairs and then did the trucks normal maintenance. Definitely do not recommend. They were supposed to do an inspection on one of my owner operators units and there was a misunderstanding and they didn t inspect it till I came back hours later and then I stood there while they inspected it and the technician took about five minutes to look over everything. We re just a small fleet and we take safety very seriously. I ve noticed there s several other reviews that have had the same issue with this company. They overcharged me. I tried to call up there, but Shayne send she heard what I said 100% and that they did what I said. They offered no compensation for the mistake and blamed it all on me.

My radiator had a terrible leak that came outta nowhere. One of their mechanics, Jared, showed up within 30 minutes. He found the leak and explained what he knew the job would take. I weighed my options and decided to try making it to their shop instead of calling for a 3 mile tow. Jared followed me back to the shop and jumped out to help me refill the water when I needed more. It was near the end of the day, but they picked up the parts first thing in the morning and got right to it. I was outta there by the afternoon and made it to my delivery the next morning. Good people. Michael (I think) gave me a ride to my hotel. Jared put on a wiper blade I had with me while I was paying the bill. Out of about 8 people working there that day, everyone was really nice and made getting me back on the road a top priority. Could have taken all week at the wrong place, but Integrity is solid. Highly recommend.

Was straight forward with prices right off the bat, it's like any other mechanic slow and prices are what you'd expect. They work like an average mechanic as well. Several hours if you have decent work to be done. They did not have the proper parts or tires on hand which was unfortunate to our wallets and time. They did work with us to get us out asap. So in the end I'd give c+

Took my T680 Kenworth in for oil change I was surprised how fast the oil change was completed. Integrity Fleet Service had 5 to 6 technicians working on the truck at the same time each one dealing with a different task. Great job I was in and out of the in no time. I must add the staff we're all friendly and knowledgeable Tagarino logistics will definitely have all oil changes done with Integrity Fleet Services when we're we are in town.Service: Oil change

While passing through Conroe, Tex trying to complete a load I had on my trailer I experienced trouble with my trailer. Called Integrity Fleet for a repair. These people are legit. Matt was very helpful and ensured me that I would be taken care of. Their shop was closed and Ryan meet me there so I could drop of my trailer off. They had me up and running the next day. Both of these guys were professional, understanding and very informative about the situation. I highly recommend Integrity Fleet if you are try to get on the road or prevent from sitting on the side of the road.

I went to a customer to get loaded with a 53 foot dry van trailer. My trailer got rejected for several problems with the kicker panels protruding too far in to the cargo area. As well as some cuts and sharp edges on the side walls. Ryan from Fleet Services was called. He showed up super fast, he was super knowledgeable, very professional, had a great attitude, and did a great job. I was back to the customer getting loaded with no rejections this time. I would recommend their service to anyone looking for good, fast service.

Great customer service! Great service all around! Highly recommend! Will be back!I had called them in the evening about fixing some welds on my 48 aluminum trailer. Ryan was able to weld the trailer and have me back on the road in nothing flat! Thanks a bunch!

Awesome shop. Honest, straight up, not too expensive. If there's any issues at all they will call you and discuss with you. Plan on taking our future trucks there when our drivers are in the area. Love the ladies in the office they are so nice and definitely called me after hours and on weekend to get stuff taken care of. Above and beyond.Laurie Keenco Transport

Another Integrity technician here,This is by far the best employer I ve had the privilege to work with. He helped me in such a difficult situation and odd time... I am very thankful for him and recommend them strongly for their technical assistance. Our Freightliner went into derate mode due to DEF fuel pump issue (red lights of DEF). These guys were able to diagnose the issue, make a parts run to a near by freightliner and got our driver back on the road. Thank you again.

I started using them to help maintain the fleet of trailers and trucks we have in Houston almost a year ago, and I don't have anything negative to say. If we need an emergency repair, they're on the ball with it. If we can't pull the unit from the field to get to them for repairs, they're get a tech out ASAP.

I brought my truck here to have kingpins replaced and check engine light fixed the only thing they fixed was the kingpins. As soon as I left the driveway the check engine light came on. I don t like the fact that they told me it would be fixed an a hour and a half but now it s been 4 hours and the guy that when to get the part is not here yet and they are fixing to close. But on the other hand they said that they will stay here as long as it takes to fix the problem
