Hot City is the place to go!! Best mechanics hands down! In and out service. Top notch customer service. Mechanical and body work all under one roof.These guys really know what they are doing.The front off girl CC is amazing she is super nice and really helpful.Def bringing all my vehicles here and referring everyone I know.Thank you

I've been coming here to get repairs since I moved to conroe over 4 years ago! Great customer service! Everyone is nice and communicate every step of the way! I've never had an issue with any repair I've gotten here!

I had my wife take her car to them to replace the windshield washer pump. A job that takes me 45 minutes to complete. She was charged $125 for diagnostics even though the diagnostic only takes 10 minutes to diagnose, and then $155 labor plus parts, kind of a rip off on the labor but I can accept that. When confronted with the excessive cost for diagnosis was told "it's our policy". Keep in mind they were not told to diagnose the problem. I can only assume it is their policy to take advantage of the customer when ever they get the chance.Response to Hot City: It does not matter how you pay your technician. Charging any customer $125 for a 5-10 minute diagnosis is taking advantage of the customer. You had to take the wheel off and the wheel well skirting off to get a visual of any leaks for diagnostics. That is the majority of the labor which you charged an additional $155 labor for. The only labor left is removing a couple of screws. My wife agreed to the price and was unaware that she was being taken advantage of until I said something , much like all the customers that are leaving the good reviews. Your business model should be revised if customer service is your goal. I'm certain the quality of your work is good, unfortunately your greed is taking advantage of people who don't know any better. I get a diagnosis charge on something that takes more than an hour figure out what the problem is, but not on something like this. I'm sure she was unpleasant. She was pissed that she let herself be taken advantage of.

Replaced radiator hose, took approximately 6 hrs & a little over $300. (delivery for my part was extremely late) took up my whole day.friendly staff & knowledgeable.owners are great!

I wish I could give 0 stars... my daughter took her car here to get repaired. I was as work and I had her call to get an estimate for her car running rough and getting bad gas mileage. They told her i needed 4 new plugs and 1 coil. I was working at the time and could not talk to her about it so just approved the repairs and they charged us $800 for 4 plugs in a 10 year old nissan.On top of they tried to charge EXTRA for using credit card then...they REVOKED my military discount. They just took advantage of her because she was a young kid and then they tried to even get her to take out a LOAN to pay for freaking spark plugs. I called immediately and spoke with owner who lied and said he paid $50 each for the spark plugs and it took 2 hours to change. I called Auto Zone where he said he got them and they quoted me $20 for the same plugs.

Love this place!!! Needed an oil change as they were closing, Stefano the owner was like heck yeah we will be happy to help you out. The mechanic Tyler stayed over check my wife car out did a complete oil change and got me back in the road

Stefano, Cici and Eddie were great! Left my car for a weekend because I was out of town. Stefano communicated with me every step of the way. Let me know the diagnosis of my car and waited for my okay to have Eddie start working on it. Thought I was going to have to go back due to a delay in getting a certain part but everything was done by Tuesday just like Stefano had mentioned. Cici at the front desk was extremely great and helpful with helping me with my payment options and was very thorough. Overall super great and quick experience.

Steffano and Leroy are awesome! They helped me literally every step of the way.My 2016 GMC Savannah conversion van was damaged in the rear end due to an accident and I was ISO a reputable auto body shop when Steffano contacted me. The 3rd party s insurance company was giving me the silent treatment so I had to go through my insurance company to get the van fixed but Steffano and Leroy coached me through the whole insurance claim process as this was my first time having to make a claim at all. They also put in the extra effort in taking me to and from the rental car company before repairs began and when repairs were complete.Once repairs began, it only took a week for the repairs to be completed most of the time was waiting for the insurance company to approve the repairs and make payment.The repair was so unnoticeable and my van looked just as new as when I bought it. I decided that I wanted to touch up my rims on my own dime and Leroy assisted me with getting my rims repainted while the van was in the shop and now they look better than when I bought it.Overall experience was outstanding!!! Because of Steffano and Leroy s outstanding customer service and support, the process in getting repairs done was smooth and seamless. The communication throughout the entire process was phenomenal. I am super happy with the results and highly recommend everyone who needs any kind of auto repair done to come see Hot City Automotive. They get it done right the first time!

Stefano was amazing!I went to get my car safety test at a different place down the street and they had like five people in line and said was going to be about 40 minutes!Considering I work three different jobs and my time is extremely tight I went down the street and seen Hot City Automotive. I gave them a call to see if there was a wait.The individual who answered the phone was polite and said I could come in immediately! This definitely made my day. I pulled in and went to the office.They got my car in immediately !They got it tested and back to me very fast!My car passed.I was back to work before you knew it. Which saved me a lot of time and money.There was a slight glitch where the testing machine was not connected to the government site. I was having some issues trying to renew my plates online. My first review was 2 stars.And....Stefano responded to my review almost immediately. I wrote this at nearly 10 at night. He not only responded immediately to my review he followed up with a phone call the following day (today)to ensure to let me know that the system was corrected and all of the admissions were updated to the state.He waited on the phone until after I was able to register my car online before we hung up.The issue was no fault of Hot City Automotive. It was just simply an issue with the machine that they immediately took care of as soon as they were notified. The only thing that I wish would have happened is when I did call back and let the front clerk know about the testing not being online that they would have investigated a little bit quicker. That would have prevented my negative review.Fortunes are always in the follow-up! I highly recommend Hot City Automotive..... they truly take your comments seriously and they follow up with you if you are not completely satisfied.

pulled my truck out of storage for the weekend to drive down from Minnesota for the Lonestar Throwdown truck show. Texas highways bottomed out my bed on the rear diff pinching the rear brake line. 1200 miles from home I needed a quick resolution. Hot City had me on the hoist right away and back on the road in an hour with fresh brake lines with a full system flush/bleed at a great price. highly recommend. check out his mobile detailing, got my buddies truck crispy for the show

Went there for an alignment. Guy said if I wanted an alignment, I would have to allow the tech to test drive my car without me. If you guys are so insecure about your repairs, perhaps you should find something else to do for a living.

Would absolutely recommend to everyone I know. I had terrible A/C issues that they quickly diagnosed and repaired. After having tried three places to get my inspection done in a hurry i pulled up luckily at hot city and immediately got assistance and an assurance it would be done quickly. the shop is clean and the folks are super friendly will be back.

The first time I took my vehicle here the costumer service was fantastic, however when I took my vehicle back the second time for a different service it was an awful experience. For example , the costumer service went downhill bad several days went by without a status on my vehicle I had to contact them and they constantly gave me the run around then when they did contact me they didn t find an issue with the vehicle now , so basically my car sat for almost a week and a half and now I m stuck having to take my vehicle else where because they could even diagnose it and it s still not running properly such a waste of time and money if I were you I d go else where to avoid the hassle .

My car stopped while I was driving. I reached out to Hot City Auto and the owner got back to me immediately. He gave me advice about getting a tow truck, and even waited at his shop.The next day, he called me with the diagnosis. The engine is shot. He could have just told me that it needed to be replaced and given me a price, but instead, he told me that he did some research and found that there is a recall for engines on my car, so it will be completely free if I take it to a dealership. He didn t have to give me that information!He then gave me more advice to make this situation easier, and offered to let me leave my car at his shop until the dealership can get me in instead of having to get it towed back to my house and then to the dealership.What an honest, genuine guy! Highly recommend Hot City Auto!

Replaced and painted front bumper and passenger side mirror cap, front grill as well. I brought all part s except the mirror cap. It was hard for me to find the exact mirror part and color.
