I will not get my car serviced here again! I dropped my car off at 7:20am Friday and let them know what I needed done. My CV axle was leaking and needed to be replaced. I waited four hours with no word on my vehicle, so I decided to call. The service rep said he would go check and call me back, of course he doesn't call back. I wait 45 minutes and call back, he says its being looked at let me check and call back. This means my car has been sitting all day when I dropped it off at 7am, and guess what, he didn't call me back again! Finally, almost 6 hours later, I get the email saying what needed to be done to my car, well duh, I told you what needed to be done. It took you 6 hours to tell me what I already told you! I had to call the service rep again to tell them to start the job, but of course, they needed to order the part and the job wouldn't be completed same day. Now I have to wait to get my car fixed because you let my car sit in the shop all day, because I dropped my car off instead of staying at the dealership. I picked an early appointment so that I could get my car back quickly. The rep then tells me that the part wouldn't get in until Saturday afternoon, and my car should be ready Monday morning. Miraculously, I get a text early Saturday morning saying that my car is ready. I go to pay my outrageous $1400 bill and ask about coupons, because other toyota dealerships usually have a coupon that will help a little with the cost. A different service rep (my original rep was not there on Saturday), who was rude by the way, tells me that they used a coupon, it was $14 off my $1400 job, LOL they could've kept that! I asked him what kind of coupon it was, and he couldn't tell me. I just walked away from him because he was rude and pissing me off. I just went to the cashier, paid my bill, and got out of there as quickly as I could. Most of the people I interacted with were unpleasant and uninterested. I thought from other reviews that Gullo Toyota would be a good experience, but this was not the case, it's okay though, there are plenty of other Toyota dealerships that I can give my business to!

From the reviews I thought this place would be great. 5 star was not my experience, and I will never come here again. In the service department, not one person was friendly or professional. Not the guy when I arrived or the desk guy. Neither of them barely spoke to me. I explained it was my first visit and wasn't sure how things worked here. The guy kinda laughed at me, and after more silence, he told me I needed to purchase a service contract or pay for my oil change. He didn't explain any benefits or why I should get it. Then I had to ask where I waited. For over 2 and a half hours, I had to wait for an oil change! When I left, I had to ask where my car was. No one told me anything. The customer service here is absolutely the worst.

I was a little nervous walking up to the counter, feeling a bit vulnerable because I really didn't know what I was talking about, concerning my car. But I did know the sound it was making wasn't normal. John listened and made me feel at ease. After taking notes and getting an estimate from a mechanic, I was impressed with the video the mechanic took of the things wrong with my car. (He ended the video by saying, 'Be blessed' and I knew I had brought my car to the right place!)I appreciated the constant, professional line of text communication.When I came to pick up my car, I was relieved with the final cost for repairs because it was less than I expected! THAT was a blessing.I'll be returning to Gullo for future repairs. They know what they're doing.

I was traveling between states & had an issue with the multimedia display panel in my Prius. The kind and attentive service department took care of my cars problem & had me back on the road quickly. Not only was my car ready for travel within a reasonable amount of time, they explained in detail what the issue was & how they were going to fix it, and their customer service was outstanding! I feel confident in keeping them on my radar for upcoming trips. Thank you so very much

I arrived about 30 min early, and they were able to get right to me. Everyone is helpful. I believe I checked in with Anthony and out with Emily. Emily took time to explain everything and answer my questions. It is a wonderful experience every time I visit.

I took my car to the first maintenance (5K) and I asked them to make my key fob roll the car windows when I hold the unlock button. They told me this will need us to connect the scan tool and this is a very complex and hard process that would take 2-3hr!!!!I can see Toyota technicians doing it in less than 2 min on Youtube how you are going to charge me 2-3 hours for that? If you charge this much for changing settings how much would you charge to drain the break fluid or the coolant if I ever needed that in the future? 1000hr?You think that people would not know and just pay, shame on you!!

My service technician Cameron A. is so supportive and knowledgeable.he takes the time to listens and helps me. He wasn t push on sales but educated me on what was needed. I recommend Gullo to all my friends and family.

Joel & his team were amazing to work with! They found some critical issues with my vehicle that would have left me stranded on the side of the road had I not brought it to Gullo Toyota when I did. Joel made magic happen to get me the part I needed from south Houston AND they were able to give me my vehicle back the same day which was a delightful surprise! The professional and friendly service that I was provided from the moment I stepped out of my car to when I was driving away was nothing short of top notch. I highly recommend! Ask for Joel!

It took one hour and 45 minutes for a multipoint check. Even when I had an appointment beforehand. I feel like appointment time should take priority over walk ins. The quality of work is great as always, but it shouldn t take this long for a multipoint check.

Service was good but there was an issue with letting me know the car was ready. I received a text telling me the service man would tell me when I could get it. I waited a half an hour and then asked for him. He had gone home. The wifi was not working so I could not follow the links on any of the text. Once I found someone to help me, things went well.Service: Auto maintenance

Kenny Johnson, rocks! Have known Kenny now for well over a decade. Still have my vehicle serviced via Kenny, every time I need to have my Camry serviced. He s honest, straightforward, incredibly knowledgeable about your vehicle, and frankly, just an amazing service advisor! Spencer has been amazing. He has helped me make sense of my repairs and has gone above and beyond as far as customer service. The owner and Spencer even provided a vehicle to help me get to and from work while my truck is being repaired! Truly going beyond the expected service! I always bring my truck to Gullo! And it all started with a phone call to the service manager Kenny! These guy's are an amazing asset to the success of Gullo Toyota.

Made an appointment Saturday for Monday morning I got in there they were able to fix my problem which was a nail in the tire they also checked out my fuses for me all in all it was a great in and out experience didn't take too much time they dressed all my other questions I had concerning when you purchase and directed me where I needed to go to find my answers highly recommend them for service I know that there are some do-it-yourselfers out there however Toyota's tend to be a little bit more special and there's nothing like Toyota parts so although you can do things yourself until you go to it's best to leave it to the professionals. I used to own and operate my own mechanic shop I hardly worked on those please don't void your warranty and take it somewhere else sometimes doing things yourselves can cost you more money than taking it to somebody who does it every day if you're not happy with the price negotiate maybe they'll be willing to lower the price you never know unless you ask.

Always great service! Thank you! I only ask one thing. Could you please set my dashboard to the setting I had? I don't carry a 16 year old in my pocket and my support dog isn't up on technology. I can't figure put how to get the digital speedometer back!

Very overpriced for the services you get. Might be worth it, if the car is still under warranty, but I have an older Highlander with a ton of miles on it, so I expect it's going to have some issues. I've taken it here twice now - once for body work, once for service - and came out with new problems both times. I won't be back for service or body work. My backstreet mechanic down the road will get my business from now on.

The person who I spoke first told me that it would take an hour and a half for my oil change even though he was informed I had an appointment and he said that I was a walk in to the service advisor. The service advisor found my appointment and the time I waited was only 44 minutes.

I have a 2018 carry se and have used the service department and have had exceptional service . They are reliable and I feel that my vehicle has always had any service issues resolved...I totally trust their experience and know my vehicle is working properly.

I ve been using Gullo Toyota since 2017 and every time I ve been, the service is great. I ve had company vehicles serviced. We ve purchased a personal/vehicle with them, and each encounter- we ve felt have been friendly and informative. We highly recommend.

Two separate occasions:First, wife went for oil change and tire rotation. Got her paperwork stating they change oil and did a full inspection of the vehicle. While on her way home her tire pressure light came on. Turns out multiple tires needed more air. Looked at the paperwork and according to the paperwork all the tires were set and checked. Simple task got neglected or some one really just pencil whipped the paperwork.Second, we bought new tires from here. Turns out we got a bad tire (hole in the side). No big deal i head back in and get it replaced. Turns out i had to pay labor fees for this 44 dollars worth. I ask why i am paying labor for this when i believe this should be a courtesy. I go to leave and i check the tire pressure using the car system. Turns out they put 46 psi into the replaced tire and didn't bother to put it at the recommended 38. All other tires had vastly different levels of air in them. One was 41 and the other two were mid 30's. I go back to the dealership and show them that even in the invoice it says tire presser check.I know that my knowledge of cars and mechanic work is minimal but wow, this is base level tasks that everyone should know when they own a car.I cannot trust GULLO Toyota of Conroe anymore. I will have to make sure to never go there for anything, even if it were free. Make sure you double check their work and get a second opinion on pricey work that needs to get done. Discount Tire would have done all of this for free and the technician will actually talk to me, not just a middle man.
