If you want to purchase a vehicle from a family owned dealership with an incredible reputation, this is your place. I have not had the experience of purchasing a vehicle from them, but my children were invited to their Gullo Christmas for kids. This dealership and family are doing amazing things in our community. I have to say Gullo Ford has been so great to me and my husband over the last couple years. We bout ford f150, and a ford explorer back in 2021. We have had to take our cars in for service maybe 2 times, but both experiences were great. I just want to say thank you.

Jordan Gonzales made the initial contact with me from my online inquiry. My initial inquiry about the 23 Bronco Heritage was on Thrs eve, 1/11, Jordan called me, we talked about the Bronco and scheduled an appt for 10am Sat morning on 1/13. We completed the sale and paperwork by noon!! What a great Sales Rep you have, I enjoyed working with Jordan, very professional and pleasant. Highly recommend Omar Ali he took the time to answer our questions and show us exactly what we wanted . Test drive was smooth and he was very informative. He has a lot of knowledge as to what they have in inventory and make/ models/ features of the vehicles . We are repeating customers thanks to Omar s great customer service!

Great Dealer. 10/10 would recommend. My old truck timing chain went out. Decided to look for a new truck preferably used. We found one at Gullo Ford and we live in the Houston area. We drove about a hour and a half maybe three times in total to see and buy the car. My salesman Kelly made it very easy for me to not have to commute numerous times through great communication which allowed us to meet on a deal on pre-owned F-150 at my desired year miles and price. Great Dealer. Biggest factor I liked was the price online is generally what you pay other dealers I looked at had 5-7k in dealer fees while Gullo I walked out with the price online not including Tax Title License which is expected.

This feedback is for the service department and not any other department as I did not interact with anyone else there.If you own a Ford you know you ll eventually visit the dealership s service department. I have dealt with a few of them over the years. What I will say is that Gullo Ford s customer service is the best of them all. I dealt with Clayton and I have nothing but 5 stars for that man. He is super responsive and always kept me informed with what was going on with my truck.Kudos Gullo Ford Service Department!

Jordan Gonzales at Gullo Ford in Conroe, Texas, is the best! Jordan has been assisting our family in purchasing / ordering our new vehicles since 2019. Our daughter just bought a 2023 Explorer ST and 3 weeks later we purchased our 2023 Bronco Raptor. We would never purchase anyway else except Gullo Ford and thank Jordan for everything he has done for our family.

We have only used the Service department and they are amazing. Absolutely wonderful people to work with. We are from out of town and our f350 high pressure fuel pump went out (very costly) and they have worked with us. They take care of the small people too. Keep up the good work guy! We work very hard to have very nice vehicles and companies like this make it possible to get the absolute best service and repairs.

Ronnie was AMAZING in my ford buying experience. I looked at multiple dealerships & no one helped me out like he did. I literally left another dealership in tears because I had a bad experience. The customer service as always was amazing! Omar Ali took care of me twice now. He is very knowledgeable on cars, and he makes your visit personal to you! Great salesman. I got my car last week and I was in a rush to make it to an event and didn t have time to wait for detailing, so he told me if I come back the following weekend they would do a deep detail on my car and fill her up and they did as promised! Gullo Ford dealership is the place to go when looking for a car! Thank you Mr. Gullo for helping me find the perfect car for me!

Clayton was extremely professional and displayed great customer service. The technician working on my car did an excellent job on the recall replacement and had my car done much quicker than I anticipated. The whole team exceeded my expectations. Also, the staff inside the waiting room were wonderful and friendly. Got my 4 kids popcorn and held conversations with them and myself. I am very pleased with the service I received.

First time buying a car and I feel like the process was way more simple than I anticipated thanks to everyone at this dealership, especially Karrie Shugart!! She had my car inspected, cleaned, and waiting up front for me by the time I arrived at the dealership to finalize everything. My mom and I have both bought our cars from her and can not say enough good things about her. The service here is great and I am very pleased with how smoothly everything went. Thank y all!

Back in late 2023 I had attempted to work with another Ford dealer closest to me (off 249), however, the sales rep there ghosted me and didn't respond to my inquiry about the 2024 Mustang ordering banks. So, I then reached out to Ronnie at Gullo and got a very quick response from him and the New Car Director, Pedro. Ronnie called me the next day. Over the next week he helped gather all the information I was looking for, and then I placed the order! I had a great experience with the purchase of my new 2024 Convertible Mustang GT. I traded in my old 2014 convertible Mustang GT for my new one. Ronnie was great to work with. Once my new car arrived, we set up a delivery date/time and he had things in order for me when I got there. It only took us about an hour 1/2 to get through the whole process of closing the deal, completing the paperwork (including my Ford credit application) and signing everything. When we were done Ronnie was really great about letting me park both cars next to each other for a few photos, before I let the old one go. Then, he took some time to walk me through the SYNC setup and show me around the new dashboard customization. All in all the experience was great. The only thing that was disappointing was the fact that they don't transfer plates. Having moved from Michigan to Texas, this was new to me-the dealers have always transferred plates for me. So now, I have to find the time to get out of work and get to the DMV to transfer the new registration over to my old personalized ($$) plates. Despite this, I still very much recommend the team at Gullo Ford. They are responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and really great to work with!

This was my first time buying a car and to say the process was easy would be an understatement. Lilly was a great help being patient with me as I asked a million questions. After I made up my mind it took maybe an hour to get through finance and the did the finishing touches on my car for me to pick up a few days later, as the car was just traded in a few days prior to signing.

I can t thank Karrie enough for all her help and assistance finding my husband a truck. She walked in the rain, showing us trucks, came in on her day off and constantly stayed in touch throughout the entire process. Terrible buying experience.The follow up from the sales manager, and the salesman has been poor on a range of issues.They tried to compensate me for a poor buying experience. But kinda that hasn t gone well.I tried to give lots of chances for the company to show me they care about their customers. My experience has continued to confirm that they re not interested in their customers experience or following through well.I tried to notify one of the family members of the Gullo family. I would wanna know if I was a business owner. I just ended up back in speaking to the sale manager again. I ve no intention of going back. A lot of people don t care about any of that when they re buying a car. And if that s the case, I m sure you can find something that works here.

Lillian was the salesperson that worked with me, she made me feel I was able to say what I wanted and never once try to tell me otherwise or push me in a different way. I definitely recommend Lillian Williams. JR (finance manager) and team there was patient and respectful of our wishes and what we wanted, they made it happen. However, on the down fall it took 7 hours to close a deal due to short staff. Either way it was a great clean experience and recommend them to all.

Karl was amazing! Go work with Karl. We went to another dealership earlier that day and the sales people didn't tell us anything about the trucks or their features, but Karl at Gullo told us everything we needed to know! He was so attentive to our needs. Karl was not pushy and didn't make us feel pressured. He gave us space to talk privately, and overall he was so personable and great to work with. We were so happy to buy from Karl at Gullo!

I walked into Gullo Ford two days ago to buy a truck and expecting the worse. I did my homework and compared prices to 3 dealerships and asked Pedro to match a price from another dealer. He explained that the price that they're showing is a cash price and will not give the 1.9% financing. I called his bluff and he said to make the call. I called the dealer and Pedro was right. the price for the truck with the 1.9% financing was $2k more than Gullo. Pedro showed me the pricing of many surrounding dealers. We had fun and even flipped a quarter for $250 that I was moaning about. He called heads and won so I said instantly to write up the deal. The whole process was actually quick and fun. Great people and a great dealership.

Thanks to Gullo Ford Conroe Service Department on working on my '18 F150 engine light problem. It did take time and the staff learned much from the experience and were dedicated to resolving the intermittent of the warning engine light. Modern vehicles have all the computers but it still needs a great service team to maintain and diagnose when the check the box does not work.

I have been purchasing vehicles from Gullo Ford since 2006 and have yet to have a bad experience. Silvano and Karrie helped us with our most recent purchase and yet again it was painless and extremely quick. I will continue to keep my business with the Gullo family.If you are in the need of a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend going through Karrie and Silvano! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

I purchased a 2023 Tremor from Gullo. After a poor experience at another dealership, I saw that Gullo Ford had the vehicle I wanted. I made an appointment online and also used their trade appraisal tool. When I got to the dealership and met with Steve Bransburg, I asked, Is your internet price the real price, Can I finance wherever I want, and do you have ridiculous dealer add-ons? Steve said, yes, yes and nope. A couple of hours later I purchased the truck I wanted at the price I wanted. 3 weeks later we re back purchasing a new Edge for my wife with the help of Steve and Omar. I highly recommend Steve and Omar at Gullo Ford and would definitely avoid the hassle and haggle and shop there again.

My 1 star reviews goes to the finance department, say one thing and do another is not a good business practice especially when it comes to large purchases. I will say their were 2 saving graces. 1. I'm very happy with my vehicle and 2 adam my sales man was on top of everything that was in his control. When it crossed over to finance it all went to hell.
