The two gentlemen--Shannon and Jeremy I dealt with were very professional and very kind. I feel they were honest with me. The waiting area is clean, nice and big. Just wish the chairs were a bit wider and not so close to the next chair-it can be uncomfortable sitting so close to a stranger.

there s a reason there s so many bad reviews for this place and why majority have no response from Firestone. I even saw another review about how they treat women poorly. Went in for an oil change, and told him multiple times I didn t want the air filter, made me think all was good until I asked how much it was going to be & he told me the cost with the air filter. I told him I said i didn t want that, and he tried to justify it by saying that s what i paid last time. i m sure he didn t think i was going to ask how much it was going to be, or else they would ve just done the service with the air filter knowing i said i did not want that added multiple times, and would ve made me pay at the end. he said i HAD to get the air filter, even though you don t have to get it change until every 3 oil changes. not sure if this is something Firestone actually makes people do, or if he was just trying to upsell me, but either way it s stupid and makes no sense, and is definitely a money scam just to get a little extra out of you. anyway, tall white guy, didn t catch his name, but i m sure he will read this, do better! at least be honest with your customers.

I love that Firestone offers complete services. There are some shops that are limited in what they can do so you have to bounce around. The staff is kind, efficient and attentive! I will absolutely be returning!

I brought my car in because something was hanging down and dragging. Jeremy came out to look under the car, grabbed a handful of zip ties, and scooched under the car on the ground on his back to toe it back up again. Free and only 10 minutes!! We were so thankful!!

Ignored me when in walked in and never even checked me in. They helped several others who came in after me get helped, so I finally just walked out. I went to NTB and got immediate service.They also gave me a quote for four new tires on my truck, which I ll need before my next inspection.

Booked appointment online but errored out on confirmation. Pre-authorized my account $600 for tires anyways. Long wait when in the shop and was told I would need rear brake pads when I was there. This threw up red flags because I had just had all the pads replaced 4 months prior. Declined pads and left after tires were installed. Next weekend I bought pads in case I needed them and proceeded to install them. Old pads were still good and had plenty of life left on them. Thank you for making me waste my time on maintenance that wasn't needed.

Julien greeted me at my vehicle and we did a vehicle walk around and inspection. The purpose of my visit was to have my heater repaired and A/C actuators replaced. I was delighted that he was able work with my extended warranty company and have my vehicle repaired within 24 hours. He kept me informed before, during, and after my completion, as well as a follow up courtesy call to ensure that I was satisfied with the repairs and that my car was fixed. His customer service was truly exceptional and I would not hesitate to return to this Firestone location because of Julien's care and understanding of my concerns.

Came in for an alignment ended up getting tires too because of the great service. The technician working on my vehicle (Derek) was an amazing guy and got the work done quick and made sure it was 100% right before I left. Geremy was an amazing help at the desk found what I needed all at the right price! Even on Christmas eve these guys rocked it and gave incredible service!

Eddie is the manager at this location and he is awesome! Great customer service skills and funny. After have multiple issues with jiffy lube, I m glad that I can take my somewhere reliable that knows how to do business.

Brought my truck here for an alignment and tire rotation. (I have had an alignment on this vehicle by Firestone before) after my most recent visit, I now have a tire rubbing aggressively that has never rubbed before, also my steering now squeaks loudly that did not before bringing it in.Went back a few days later for them to fix it and kept getting the run around, they didn't want to take responsibility. Told my husband that they dont have a ase cert mechanic today to look at it. Then told me that they could realigne it, that it was probably something i done. Manager said he would be there Sunday, come Sunday the other employees say he doesn't work on Sunday.When you bring your vehicle in for maintenance you expect to get your vehicle back in better condition or at minimum the same condition. Not worse.For most people a vehicle is the 2nd largest purchase a person makes. And to have "professionals" mess it up and then dodge responsibility is not acceptable!

I had a disappointing experience at this Firestone tire shop. Even with a scheduled appointment, there was a lengthy two-hour wait before any attention was given to my vehicle. Even after completion, my car sat idle in the bay for an additional 30 minutes. When I inquired about my car's status, the staff member said they'd get to it.This visit echoes a prior encounter where, despite an appointment, I had to endure a 3.5-hour wait for a tire patch, for which they compensated me with a free oil change. Hoping for improvement, I returned, but unfortunately, the issue of time management persisted.The service writer appeared preoccupied on their cell phone instead of promptly handling my paperwork for check out. This lack of attention to customers' time is unacceptable and reflects a disregard for service quality.

I ve been with Firestone for almost 20 years, but the Conroe location and crew are by far the most professional, offering an amazing customer experience, while always taking care of the problem correctly the first time!

I don't feel that they are fair to women.When they see a woman come in with her vehicle they immediately find false things wrong with the vehicle and then try to hike up the price. I went in for an oil change and emissions test. And they gave me 10 things supposedly wrong with my car I had already had my personal cerified mechanic look at my car but he was unavailable for the oil change which is why I went to them in the first place big mistake.

Well for starters my last visit their with there lifetime alignment and CVI check list but apparently they didn t check that I had a lot of play in my tire on passenger side and and led to a lot more problems than what it was worth so I will never return to that store ever again with their lack of quality of customer service and I will not recommend for anybody to take their vehicle to these guys over there in Conroe. I sat for five hours last at a different location last night trying to get my vehicle back on the road due to lack of professional technicians and lack of knowledge or mechanical issues and maintenance done the vehicles. The other store went to has stellar customer service and they will have my business and I will return to them anytime If I have problems in the near future because they will get it fixed but anybody from your corporate headquarters wants to contact me they re more than welcome too

Brought vehicle in to have alternator replaced. Returned and they didnt replace it, instead they diagnosed it, in their findings the alternator was charging properly.I didnt bring the vehicle in to be diagnosed, i brought it in the have the alternator replaced.I continue to have voltage loss at highway speeds down to under 11 volts and will jump up to 14.5 sporadically.Waste of time.

As always after buying 4 new tires I can't leave with all 4 around the same tire pressure. 62,75,80,70. My tires call for 65 cold air pressure. I even asked to make sure all 4 was to be put at 65 or 70. I thinking of not going back after all the years I get brakes done and leave with cruise control not working. I get tire alignment and a rotation and my master cylinder goes out. I drive down freeway with 65 psi tires they put 80 psi and I have to pull over and let air out before tires blow and everyone crashes. Plus alot of times you don't get tire caps back on so gotta go ask techs where they are. So beware they are slipping these days.

All the gentleman at Firestone in Conroe were very helpful. I went by to have air put in my tire and they found a giant screw in my tire. Without the help of the team I wouldn t have made it home. Thank you for your service at Firestone Conroe.

Stay away from Firestone. I went in to get a headlamp replaced. After waiting over an hour, the attendant quoted me a price of $94 plus tax. I thought that price was high so I asked him if headlamps are really that expensive. He said yes, they are, and I approved the work, thinking that with inflation, everything is expensive. I paid the bill and looked at the receipt. The bulb cost $17 and labor cost $77. The attendant told me I was charged $77 for 0.5 hours labor. This is robbery!!!!!!! Had I known I d be charged this much for labor, I would never have gone to Firestone. The attendant misrepresented the cost of the bulb when he gave me the price quote, telling me that s what bulbs cost now. My husband and I have bought tires from Firestone for decades but we will not use them ever again. Shameful!!!!!!

Explain the appointment times to people. I came at 1pm for my appointment, didn t know that there was another person in front of me. Alignment took an hour for that person, then another hour for me. I expected to have my car seen by 1pm. You didn t explain that appointments were place holders that just kept you in line. I left at 3pm. Very bad service. Never going back.

Basically had auto issues with rear brakes. They took me in fast and fixed the issues which was not fast but reasonable. Picked the car up and found a repair issue which they fixed for free. They did great work.

Eight trips in, each trip consisting of nothing less than 5 hours each time and $1000 later our problem is fixed. It was what we brought it in for originally, however, it took eight appointments and a new tire before they checked what we asked them to the first time...and it was the problem.

I didn t expect to spend the day at this fire stone, but I did. I didn t expect to spend as much as I did, but I have. It was fortuitous that they were the only ones open with an air conditioning mechanic.I haven t even walked into a fire stone store in many many years. The store was incredibly clean and everybody was so pleasant and helpful. I will definitely come back to the store when it s time to replace my tires. They have won my confidence.
