I own Gloss boss auto specials. We are a premium detail shop working on some of the nicest cars in Houston. I've been using Douglass for almost a year now and I've been nothing but I happy camper... I have high standards and some would even say that are unrealistic.. but Douglas always hits the nail on the head. 5 start

Marcos and his amazing team did a great job on my wife s Chevy Cruz. It got hit on the side with a tire, they made it look like nothing ever happened. They even made the tiny little stripe that goes across the whole top side fenders look perfect. Attention to detail!! The experience his team has is unmatched compared to others. Not to mention they are all very polite and courteous.

Marco and the team at Douglas did a GREAT job fixing my Integra. They did it quickly and it was as good if not better than a dealership or corporate shop would ve done. I sincerely appreciate their craftsmanship. Highly recommend.

I took my F150 in for an estimate on a driver's door gouge. I met Marcos and I really liked him and how he fully explained the repair to me. I picked up my truck today - he completed the repair in about 3 days, and it looks absolutely fantastic. The color match was perfect. His price was more than fair and fit within my budget. My truck was clean and detailed when I picked it up.This is a great family owned and run business - I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing bodywork or paint and would go there without hesitation if I needed any additional repairs.Thank you,Jason

I had hail damage due to a resent storm and was referred to Douglas Auto. They did not disappoint! I was super happy with their professionalism and the knowledge they had working with our insurance. I highly recommend this Body Shop, they are knowledgeable and so easy to deal with. First time I came was through an insurance and my car was done in less than three weeks. Second time I came they fixed what I needed pretty quick. Front desk (Myra) is always so courteous, friendly and professional. One of the owners also had to bring me to my rental car and was very professional and respectful. They made my bad experience effortless and no complexities at all.

After getting into an accudent and asking for recommendations on where to bring my vehicle a lot of neighbors suggested Douglas Auto. Its no surprise as to why after using them. They were so kind and friendly I was able to drop my vehicle when it was convenient for my family and I and they finished all of the repairs so fast. My car looks better now than it did when we bought it! Thank you Douglas Auto for helping keep our car alive and pretty!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Douglas Auto Paint & Body did amazing work on both my G70 and the Wife's Murano. They greeted us as we pulled up in the middle of the day and went over each vehicle in detail while we discussed what we wanted/needed done. We were kept up to date while they worked on each vehicle and when we arrived to pick them up, they again went over each vehicle to make sure all concerns were fixed. I would 100% recommend this shop in the event someone needs reliable work done.Service: Body & Trim

I was told by one of my brothers from another mother that this place does GREAT work. So I was referred by Trey Pollock. Well I'm glad I listen to him. I met up with Mr Marcos and his staff. They were all incredibly Professionals. I spoke with Marcos and he told me there were two ways that he could repair my truck. Well I went with the cheapest route and they did a Phenomenal Job. Kudos to all that work there. They installed my fog lamps at know cost because he told me that he would install them a while back whenever I ordered the wrong fog lamps He is a man of his word. And he is not out to SCREW no one. If anyone needs repairs of any type of body work I would definitely see Douglas Auto Paint and Body.Once again thank you all for the great Job you did on my vehicle and. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY.Service: Body & Trim

I have a 2020 Cadillac XT6. I had gotten in a car accident. And they were recommended by a friend. From the moment I contacted them they helped me with everything step-by-step. They were always on top of every situation and communicated very well Mira takes care of all the phone calls and she is such a great communicator with everything. They go above and beyond to get your work done fast. They will be made to go to people all the time as far as collision and repairs. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Being new to the area and not knowing any place to take my Pathfinder to after a recent accident. I looked up this location and seen that all reviews were nothing but good. I do have to say Marcos and the staff are awesome. I would most definitely use them again.

Did awesome work!! I had pretty bad damaged to the front of my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder. Marcos fixed it all, my car looks better than before, and he had it back to me within days. They are very reasonable with their prices. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I came there with a small budget to make my 2004 Durango look a little better. They were friendly, fair and did a better job for my budget than I had expected. They even detailed my vehicle as part of the package. My Durango looks great again :-) I would refer them for sure.

I was putting off the repairs to my car until I couldn't any longer. Found Douglas on Google because it was close to my house. This place was friendly, quick & very resonably priced. I highly recommend them.

The door lock was broken when I got the truck back. They didn't paint all the doors. They left bare metal where they sanded the doors. They won't get anymore of my business.

Best shop ever, marcos is the man, he ll take care of everything, from dealing with insurance to fixing the car properly, they re fast, good, honest and reliable, very happy with the outcome. I was struggling with who would I chooce to paint my car and after checking around I decide to trust Douglas with a 3 stage paint job, I was more than happy with the results; in paint jobs, results talk more than words they are Proffesionals at what they do I highly recommend them
