I just want to give a huge Thank You to this location. Especially to Clayton he was my angel in disguise. He gave me a great deal when I needed it the most. I definitely suggest them great job my car drives wonderful.

Discount Tire has always taken care of me and treated me well. They won me over 20 years ago when I traveled to Tyler with my then 4 young children. While I was there, I noticed a defect in my tire I had purchased at the Loop 336 location. The Tyler store couldn't find me in their system and they replaced my tire on my word for the cost of the insurance. Today, I noticed one of my front tires is wearing down the middle but not on the inside nor the outside of the tire. It also makes a noise and rides rough. The other front tire is fine. Clay here at the 336 location compted out the one tire so that I can replace both tires at a time I wasn't expecting to pay for them. Once again I'll continue to use Discount Tire.

Great customer service! I love this location. I had a tire that kept losing air and it was replaced because of manufacturer error. I will say it pays to have that warranty on the tires. A $200+ tire replacement didn't cost me a dime.

Very fast and friendly service! I made an appointment to get 4 tires replaced. They gave me different options and did not high pressure upsell me. I got my tires on fairly quick and was out the door in about 30 minutes.

Got tires this morning, and while I've never had a really bad experience at any Discount Tire, today's visit was outstanding. Clayton was an amazing salesperson. Service was fast and efficient. Everyone was courteous... they were even nice to the dog. Overall the best possible experience. Definitely recommend.

This is the greatest Discount Tire I have every been to. Hands down the best of the three in Conroe. I have taken all of my vehicles and trailers there and will continue to for as long as they are in business. I had four tires put on yesterday and they had three people working on it at the same time. My appointment was at 4 PM, I got there at 3:50 PM and I was driving out on my new tires at 4:17 PM. I was amazed. I know they cannot always do them that fast, but I appreciate that those had a moment they could have taken a break, but instead they jumped in to help get my truck done faster. The manager, Dale, is top notch. I have known him for years and he really knows his tires. He helped me pick the ones I wanted and ordered them one day and had me an appointment for the very next day to get them installed. Excellent customer service.*Update* I went back to them because I found some scratches on my wheels after the tires were installed. Although I could not prove it was them, they took care of me anyway. They offered me the option to have my wheels refinished or to give me a deal on a new set, so I took the deal on the new set and they had them in and installed that next evening. I could not be happier. Again, the customer service here is second to none. That is why this Discount will be the only store I EVER buy tires or wheels from. Pleasant experience from start to finish. The manager, Dale, works as hard if not harder than every one of his employees. He is the type of boss/leader that everyone wants.

This is the second and the last time I will be back at this location. The first time I came here. They put my two new tires one in front, and one in back. And guess what they did this second time?!?! Put both of my 2 new tires on the right hand side of my car. WHY?!?! I guess I m just a dumb girl that don t know anything and they wanted to cut corners? Idk. The fact that I have to go home and bust out my own jack and impact to fix this is beyond annoying.Also my brakes are making a new noise that was NOT there before so idk what happened but I know my brakes are good. I really don t trust this location. I asked for a price match and instead of price matching they up charged me rather than discounting. Which was a mistake by the young fella that the manager kindly fixed. But still . They will not ask if you want the warranty they will just ring you up for it. I ll be going to the other location next time even though it s further.

I ve been meaning to write this review for a while. Since, I ve gone in 2 more times. All three of my tire experiences over the past couple years have been outstanding. The customer service here is amazing. Everyone is extremely nice and everything seems to happen quicker than they quote. I m sad to read other people s negative reviews, because my experiences have always been amazing. And yes . Karen s can leave positive reviews. ;)

The manager, Hayden, made good of the situation. I hope no other customer experiences what I did.What a horrible experience I endured with Discount Tire! I had low air indication and knew it was the front right. I purchased 2 new tires $431.00. They brought the car out exactly as I gave it to them. No new tires and low tire indicator. I brought it to the rep's attention. He talked with tech who said he misread the order, and that he only balanced and rotated. They took the car back in to replace the tires. I stressed make sure he is replacing the correct tires. As it turns out. Same tire as before going low, so obviously they did NOT rotate and balance, and replaced the wrong tires. I went in on Monday, talked with manager Hayden who made an appointment to fix tire. I arrived Tuesday, Hayden out to lunch and recorded wrong date for repair. In the end, I have the same tires that needed replacing with just a tire repair. This was the last straw. I'm thankful they didn't get to me for more money!

In my decades of experiences buying tires at Discount Tire, I have never had an issue with customer service...until today. Bought two new tires for my Mom's car and told them very clearly to put the new tires on the front. When I go to pick up the car I noticed the new tires are on the back. So I tell the associate "the new tires were supposed to be on the front....". He responds "We always put the newest tires on the back, we see it as a safety issue. If you hydroplane then you can still control the steering". That was his actual response.I don't care what they "believe" is best....if the customer says "put the two new tires on the front" you put the two new tires on the front....period.Yes, all it takes is one bad experience to ruin decades of loyalty. Today Discount Tire lost me as a future customer. I should have just bought the tires from tirerack and used my tire mounting machine at the shop to change mount and balance the tires myself.

Had 2 front tires replaced with new tires, 7/29/23. On the way home the passenger front tire went flat. Add air to it before getting back to Discount. You can hear the air coming from the valve. They fixed it the second time, but didn't place my wheel emblem back on. At found that an old worn emblem was on the wheel. Will not use this location again.

Came here to patch a hole in my tire after running over a nail. I made an appointment and was in and out in less than an hour and with no charge! I love that I can always go to Discount Tire and get my tires repaired for free w/out any sales reps trying to upsell me on tires that I don't need! 5/5 would recommend to every1! They also match the prices of any tires you can find online!

I had a large nail in my tire. I brought my tire here to hopefully be patched. I was told the wait time would be about 45 minutes. 30 minutes later I checked the 'link' that they provided with updates and it stated I still had another 45 minute wait time. I went to down the road to Double R tire and had my tire fixed in about 5 minutes! Also, they tried to upsale everything...I brought my car in for a tire repair, not new windshield wipers.

Bought two new tires. The sales guy said that they would balance the back tires that are being rotated to the front. They never balanced them, then broke my pressure sensor saying that it was already broke that I had to buy a new one.

I got a flat tire I discovered while leaving work. I had a pretty long wait but the customer service was more than excellent! Thank U Darren!!! I am definitely recommending to family, friends, & U. However, (Eliminate the wait) if U can make an appointment, do so.

A employee named Larson helped my mother get 2 tires. He was an absolute gentleman and helped her out. It s nice to see that there is great employees at this location.This is the kind of place that treats people right.

My fiance went for a free tire rotation and Justin made her purchase windshield wipers that she didn't need, kept her waiting for 3 hours while servicing other people that came before her. She had to finally asked why was it taking so long and why was she being skipped. They immediately got on it and It took 15 minutes to complete her car after 3 hours of waiting. Thank you Justin for taking advantage of a woman.

Over all very nice employees there. I know they work really hard there. Several times I've been there during the summer- over 100 degrees outside, and the employees are faithfully working outside on our vehicles!

They fixed the hole in my tire. But they need to work on customer service. My tires all had green caps. They switched my nitrogen tires to air & lost 2 of the 4 green caps. Blamed me as the customer, said it was my fault for not watching them for being in the car. While I know my car, which had all 4 green caps before I brought my car in for service. Employees need to work on customer service. If you touch something, put it back. Don t argue with the customer letting the customer drive off while you continue running your mouth arguing. Work on customer service. I won t be back to this location. Ignorant & arrogant employees need better training on customer service.

I had a 10am appt to replace all 4 of my tires so I dropped my car off, went to eat and when I came back at 10:22am, my car was already done. Absolutely awesome service and very speedy, too. The parking lot is awkward, which almost put me off of going but I'm glad I kept my appt. I highly recommend this location.

Went in for a flat repair on a tire I purchased at another shop. The tire was not repairable so Annie and the team offered me 2 new tires at a discounted priced to cover the loss. Great service I recommend this Discount store.

Had a bad tire on the front I called them the manager stayed on the phone with me & gave me clear directions stayed late gave me a discount plus sold me a set of road rigging tires that live up to their name Diffenantly will be back to this store for all my auto needs 1001 loop 336 west Conroe texas awesome service was in & out in a flash love my tires
