This is a great place. I picked them off Yelp reviews and I m so happy. They replaced my rear brake pads/rotors and said front ones could wait. They could have told me that everything needed replacing. I also asked them to replace the battery because another service place told me it was failing. Discount Brake said it was it was fine and then I remembered I replaced the battery last summer. They could have totally ripped me off but they were honest!!!! Amazing. Price on brakes was great! Highly recommend

Outstanding break inspection and experience at this location. Chris and his team members exceeded my expectations in offering me a thorough and accurate evaluation during my vehicle break check inspection. They not only accurately diagnosed my concerns associated with challenges, due to delayed breaking issues, but also checked all associated fluids. The diagnosis revealed excessive air in my break line that was honestly & reliably diagnosed and resolved, immediately, in a very cost effective way. The technician also found and replaced an essential screw that was missing on the underside carriage of my vehicle that would have resulted in considerable problems in the future that have now been avoided thanks to the extra care, consideration and experience offered. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by the team members at this location.

The entire staff at the auto shop answer any and all questions I have in a kind in a courteous manner. The tow service they are partnered with make the process seamless and they are also very kind and also hilarious. I recommend this auto shop and tow company to everyone. I also feel like this auto shop charges a fair price for all services and don t scam you like some auto shops

Originally recommended by Discount Tire. I knew some issues existed when I got my daughter s tires replaced today. I called Chris before noon and told him the situation. By the time my car was done with the new tires install the parts were ordered by Chris and were waiting on on the car s arrival. Excellent job with the customer service and the timely repairs! Oh, and about 1/4 less expensive than the dealership.

Highly recommend. Very quick to look at my vehicle, contact me, and get it fixed. They discuss different options for fixing my vehicle and do a very good job of trying to make my life easier. I trust them and feel like they are actively trying to help me save time and money, while getting me the best solution possible.

I am not one to usually post a written review, however I must in this case. It is rare to find honesty out in the world right now, let alone in the car repair industry, but I found that in Discount Brake and Auto repair. I dropped my vehicle off for front brake inspection after starting to get an audible squeak. I had chosen them because of their high score and reviews in the first place. I was surprised when I received a call back from the shop letting me know that I had plenty of life left on the pads, and the system was in good working order just had some seasonable temperature changes that created the noise. They easily could have continued with the repair with me none the wiser however they were honest in their business and won over this customer for all future work and referrals. Great job and thank you to the Discount Brake and Auto repair team!

This is a friendly business that is great and honest to do business with, the workmen ship speaks a lot about the quality of work you get for the money. They Always recommend what's needed or not needed to avoid possible future break down. I would recommend this Business to all that is looking for auto repairs. I had three services performed today at the same cost that the dealership would have charged me for one of the three services that I had performed. The service technician was honest about the work that needed to be performed, and upon check out informed me that they stand behind there work and not to hesitate to bring it back for them to fix if the need arise. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I completed their website's "Make an Appointment" form and received a computer-automated response that my message was received, but I did not receive a confirmation of my appointment. After waiting two days I called the business in the morning and spoke with "Odell," who instructed me to submit another online Make an Appointment form, which I did. Once again, I did not receive a confirmation of my appointment. I waited until the end of the day and called again and Chris, who identified himself as the manager answered the phone and sarcastically said hold on and placed me on hold. After waiting 19 minutes on the phone "Chris," finally answered and when I asked him if everything was okay he became very angry and told me, "We're too busy and don't need your business. Take it elsewhere" and abruptly hung up the phone! I was very surprised and disappointed! I am posting this review to alert future Customers to Beware. I do NOT recommend this business!

Contacted Mike on a Thursday for rear breaks and rotors. Scheduled for the next day. Dropped vehicle at 8am and was finished by 11am. Price for service was reasonable. Mike came in a little less than what he quoted me over the phone. Thank you! We will be coming back.Update on discount brake & auto repair. Just had $1600 worth of maintenance performed on my vehicle. Went to pick up the vehicle and noticed a huge crack in the windshield. Approached Chris Jr. about the situation. Chris made some calls and is going to have the windshield replaced at no charge to us. We will continue to bring our vehicles to this shop. Best auto repair shop in town!

As long as I live in this city and this place is open I will NEVER go anywhere else. So many mechanics will say you need repairs even when you don t. One place said I needed new brakes and rotors $1200. I said I would wait, went to DISCOUNT BRAKES & AUTO REPAIR they actually said nothing is wrong with your brakes are you hearing something? I said no, I was told I needed new ones. They said yes you will in approximately 25k-30k more miles. It s not everyday you can find a great and honest mechanic shop. Chris & Chris are the absolute best! Thank you for restoring my faith.God is great and so are y all.

Took my 2000 F150 in for a fault code that was causing my check engine light to stay on. The tech did a diagnostic and some minor repairs and my truck is back to 100 percent. Outstanding customer service and professionalism. Don't hesitate to stop by for any of you automotive maintenance or repairs. They have been helping me maintain my truck since it was purchased. My experience with Discount Brake was great! They not only replaced my upper and lower ball joints very quickly, but did it for a very reasonable price. They are a very good company with superb people working there, thank you guys! Finding a car repair place that doesn't try to "pad" the bill is difficult, but discount brake only fixed what I already knew was a problem, I am certainly going to keep them as my mechanic to go to.

This is my 3rd time using their service and they re just amazing. Chris helped my daughter with her car, he was able to get her car checked within an hour and he communicated with me super fast and got it taken care within a couple of hours. I highly recommend it, I m very satisfied overall.

Chris did a great job of explaining and answering my questions. Went into detail about the service the technician was going to perform on my truck. Itemized my bill and highlighted the items under warranty. Will use Discount Brake & Auto Repair again if needed .

5 stars always for Discount Brake & Auto. I've used them exclusively for my truck until I managed to total it 2 years ago. It was18 years old with 250,000 plus miles and still ran great. I trust Discount Brake exclusively. And as a female who has been taken advantage of in auto repairs, that means a lot.

It was not a pleasant experience. I was charged $140 and don't even know what for. The customer service was horrible. The gentleman behind the counter kept stepping away from the counter while I was trying to pay and get my car back. I will never return to this place. If I could give negative stars, I would

After endless calls on getting my brake fluid flushed and an alignment, everyone wanted me to pay for a semester of their kids college and take an entire day to do the job. Then I called here. They gave me an honest price and let me set an appointment. They completed the job sooner than expected, less than 90 minutes, and there was no "surprise" costs, and they did an awesome job. I was very pleased with their friendliness and professionalism. Finally I found an honest businessman that does quality work at a fair price. I definitely recommend this business and will be using them again for future repairs.
