Working with John Parkinson at DeMontrond was an incredible car shopping experience, especially as this was my first time! It was so great working with someone not only super knowledgeable but so passionate about Volkswagen. He was great at explaining everything during our test drive and then took the time to set-up/customize with me. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would!!

Good experience, thanks to John Parkinson, our salesman. He walked with us through the entire process of buying our Arteon. He even walked through the car settings and helpful with the app. The man knows his product and helpful in the entire process.

John Parkinson helped me buy a new GTI. The deal took me over 3 months from the time I started shopping until I was ready to buy. John was helpful and patient the entire time, and always remembered who we were and what we were looking for. Also, his product knowledge is unmatched. I won t buy a VW from anyone else.

We had the pleasure to work with John Parkinson and Rafi Nurul when we had to purchase our car. John was the first to greet us and he understood our needs and wants when looking for a new car. He was very down to earth and we loved the transparency. He was extremely thorough when we were looking at vehicles and we left the dealership happy and excited to come back and see everyone again! Rafi was very diligent and patient when we wanted to look at more cars. Once we made the decision he was quick and efficient! The process was very comfortable and easy. Mike the manager of the dealership was also very professional and introduced himself immediately, he was also very personable. The dealership was very clean and did not feel like a sales man environment. For the first time, we had fun buying a new ca and we love our 2024 Atlas Cross sport

Sales Experience good, car awesome, dealership nice, but finance not very honest. Changing the price on add ons, not fully disclosing all involved in way over priced dealer services .$499 Tint, $100+ wheel locks and about another $500 extremely over priced ding and seat warranty for 6 MONTHS Only- quite frankly, at this cost should have been for full 5 years .finance was a complete rip off .thanThanks Jose!!!

At this time my only complaint is that I am still waiting on my second key. I was told that it was "in service" at the time we purchased the car and that it was locked up. Well I called one week later and was told he is till unable to access it and it's locked "in service". What does this even mean? What is the real story, do you not have it? I would love a follow up call from someone other than Raffe to tell me what is going on and would change my rating to five stars as I love the car.

Outstanding experience purchasing an Atlas 2024 at Demontrond! After previous disappointments with other dealers, Nurul Rafi made our visit exceptional. Transparent pricing, honored online promotions, and a swift process. Delighted to have found an honest dealer! Highly recommend!

This was my only option to purchase a vehicle. I was extremely under the weather. Derek the sales person was working with another customer that came in right before my appointment. He swiftly had us start the application process, manager introduced himself, got approved, and was with Cedric in finance. We were in and out the door in 2 1/2 hours with 2 kids in tow. They didn t have a chance to get hungry. This was a wonderful experience.

I've been trying to get some warranty info from an early 2023 purchase for the last 3 months. I've used the website to send several email I've called I've left voicemails for every finance team member they have. I've calls sales and had them tell me "I'm gonna take your number to one of the RIGHT NOW" 3 months I've been trying to call the warranties in to get some things fixed. While I understand the "dodge side" houses the finance team my. My car is a VW and I called the VW sales reps who said they'd make sure to get them in contact with me. Most my email/website messaging went through the VW site. So I'm leaving a review for both sides of the ball since they both failed me.

Overall it was ok because I got what I wanted but it took more than 3 hours to complete the deal. The reason being an added cost that was not included in the sale price as advertised. I am a customer prepared to close a deal since I arrived at the dealership with a significant down payment and an approved loan for the balance. Further when I returned to pick up the vehicle it took more than a hour to locate the key. There was only one key and I have to wait for 35 days to request for a second key. Time lost is important to me.

John Parkinson sold me my 2024 Taos SE and as a first time car buyer, I can easily say, he made my experience so smooth. He helped me understand WHY Volkswagen and any random question I had, there was an answer for it. He made me feel safe and comfortable in an environment I had no experience in.

I am NOT happy with the service I have received. We have had this vehicle in your shop (picked up on the following dates) 8 times in the last year. 2/20/24, 2/19/24, 2/6/24, 1/25/24, 12/29/24, 11/6/23, 7/29/23, 2/22/23 Many times with the same issue. They have failed to properly seal the gaskets and had to have this fixed again. They didn't prep the car correctly for pickup so immediately had to send it back (never left the lot). They forget to put things on like the battery cover, even when I had messaged them before to be sure to do that, and they STILL didn't. I actually had to help to put it on! They never could locate the suspension problem. I will be taking it to Christian Brothers for them to look at it. They can't be less incompetent than this dealership has been. I don't ever plan on returning to this dealership.

Taken my vehicle here for major repairs twice and will continue to do so! Staff is friendly, building is clean, and repairs are done in a timely manner with communication throughout the process. Alex was my service advisor and he s wonderful!!

Such a great experience. I was very apprehensive about heading to the dealership due to a really bad previous experience with a different dealership. Ms. Ruth helped me feel calm every step of the way and was sure to respect every reservation I had. She was thorough in her explanation of the purchase process and never ever tried to hustle me or be anything other than transparent. Highly recommend. Ruth knows her stuff and has been in the business for a long time! I also LOVE my new ride! So glad I went to the right place!

Absolutely awesome experience. I really appreciate the knowledge and friendly nature of our salesman. Artem Dasov is a wealth of information on our Volkswagen. Super courteous and helpful. My husband and I had a great experience at Demontrond VW of Conroe. First off, John Parkinson cares about his prospective and current clients. I had reached out back in January and he was more than willing to assist us in finding a new family vehicle, however, the stars didn t align for us as it just wasn t the right time. Here we are in October and we luckily still had his contact info, I reached out and he kicked it in gear to help us find our family car. What was impressive is that he is mostly concerned about the needs of your family. We spoke on the phone to discuss what we were looking for and he never once asked us about our budget and/or if we were trading in. Which to me, was nice to not jump start to $$$$. When we arrived, he had the most perfect Atlas ready to show. Long story short, they certainly exceeded our expectation and we left with a brand new 2023 Atlas! Thank you to the WHOLE team for making this purchase possible for our family!

I had a recall and some warranty work done on my GTI. The new facility is beautiful and my service advisor, Jeremy, was great! This dealership is further for me but worth it in terms of quality and service.

The day before my appointment I called three times and left messages as well as did one voice chat that was supposedly going to be forwarded to the service department to schedule an appointment. Service department never did get back to me. Second day I tried again several times and did not receive a call back but eventually was able to get connected on another attempt to call. I found out then that I was not told that I had a service credit that was expired as of October and here it is December. Would have been nice to have known that so I could have scheduled my service earlier before the service credit expired. During the appointment it was pointed out that my cabin air filter needed replacing and the charge would be $65. Not the service department's fault but that's an outrageous charge for something that they've already done the service on of taking it out and popping in a $20 part take some zero more additional time.

The most professional and detail oriented experience I ve had in a salesperson. John Parkinson, Mike and Vince made my decision on my VW so much easier. They were true to the he bone, no beating around the bush, just pure honesty. I am grateful to that as I ve had not so good experiences from other dealers I dealt with before. (None of these were VW dealers) . Thank you John for the time you took to show me how the technology part of my vehicle works! You explained it in a way I fully understand! I was notified in my VW profile that I had 3 recalls, yet none of them were found when I brought my vehicle in for service. That seemed odd. When my car was ready, no basic carwash or vacuum of the interior was done as I've had for all other vehicles I've owned. I paid over $400 for service and there wasn't even a simple exterior wash? I was a little disappointed with that.

Bought my Golf R here a month ago. Ruthie was my sales advisor and was a joy to work with. Great communication before, during, and after sale. I was in and out in about 90 mins. Came back recently for a part that needed to be replaced under warranty and Jeremy in service was great to work with.

I went to service for an oil and filter change. I had issues at another location before coming to this center. Jeremey in service was amazing at the Conroe location! His customer service was excellent at explaining everything and reassuring. They made the process quick and easy for me. I definitely recommend this location!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I bought my suv from here and had an accident that resulted in a total loss. Luckily I had gap insurance, problem is that it s been 3 months and Demontrond has yet to send gap the information they need to start the process. I have been calling and leaving voicemails as well as driving 30 mins to the dealership to have it done and they keep telling me it s going to get done. When??? I m tired of getting the runaround what is the point of warranty forever if you won t even help customers out when they need it. I will never buy from them again and will never recommend anyone buy from here. Save yourself the hassle and go to another more reliable dealership

John Parkinson was a wonderful person to work with! I was so nervous about buying my first car and getting taken advantage of and not really knowing what I was getting into! He was very transparent about everything and took his time and explained everything to me throughly. I went to 6 other dealerships and I felt like I was being jerked around. I would recommend John 100%. If you stop at this dealership ask for John immediately. I would come back to this dealership just to work with John specifically.
