Amazing. They fixed my passenger side mirror and did a great job. Very fast and friendly service. I appreciate them for taking the time to explain everything to me .

I have brought my vehicles here a few times for repairs because the location is convenient and they have gotten the job done, although it has never been the best experience(3/5 stars tops). This last time was absolutely dreadful though (0/5 stars). It took so long to have my bumper replaced. Insurance stopped paying for a rental after one month, so I was figuring out rides for a couple weeks. When I got my truck back, the gas gauge was messed up and the battery had to be replaced (no issues with either of those things before dropping it off). I am done with Collision Solutions. I will never use their services or recommend them again. I wish I had looked at the reviews before getting involved with their company in the first place. All of the complaints about taking too long and difficult communication have been spot on every time I have used them.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Thank you for fixing my bumper damage. This place helps save you money and are truly nice people. Carrie (hoped I smelled it right) is the sweetest and this is definitely my go to for all my body shop needs. Check them out :)

It's clear that Customer Experiences mean nothing to this company. I've been treated unprofessionally, had NO communication efforts about truck repairs, and been jerked around for WEEKS about the completion time with no regard to the amount of money I'm paying for a rental. NOTHING has been done to reconcile the situation and I've been told, there's "nothing that can be done" I've been refused to speak with the owner to sort out the disagreement as well. So, I will now be using every platform possible to let EVERYONE know, that this is NOT where you want to bring your vehicle. Conroe has many shops to take a vehicle, and this is the level of service one will receive, I'm happy to point everyone is many DIFFERENT directions. I'm contacting my insurance today to notify them of the disservice and for the obvious possibility that the work done could be done incorrectly or maliciously at this point. POOR POOR SERVICE and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Working for a Large company in the area I'm extremely disappointed in this company and their lack of attention and care for Customers.

Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. I went to recieve an estimate last Monday and was told after the lady took pictures of my vehicle that I would recieve my estimate after a few days because the person who writes it up wasn't there. So after not hearing from anyone for almost a week I call in on Thursday just to get told the same thing. I don't know what's going on there but it's been the most unprofessional and worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'll never go back there and wouldn't reccomend anyone doing business with this place. It definitely gave me shady vibes, but most definitely very unprofessional.I ended up going to another place and received an estimate with in 24hrs and had my car fixed in less than a week.....SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSE WHERE, TRUST ME

Collision Solutions was mistakenly my choice of car repair. My driver door window will not roll down, after receiving my vehicle my driver door speaker is blown out like it was excessively used during its time there, traces of paint are blotted throughout my interior. If you are interested in getting railed by a body shop, Collision Solutions should do the job just right.Service: Body & Trim

Kari is great and her staff! She has a high expectation from her people and the services they provide. Her and her husband don't believe in anything less than perfection when getting vehicles repaired and back to the customer. Great work and pricing. The shop worked with me on my car out of pocket to get all the odd door dings, body stuff fixed. The car came out looking better than when I bought it. I think looked better than the manufacturers work. Highly recommend. Good quality...NO....GREAT QUALITY!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

This place does do great work but unless you have deep pockets and a lot of time I wouldn't go here if I was you. I was quoted One price for a bumper came back and because they misquoted me or didn't quote me the right price for the bumper they went up 300% on the price. Then they make excuses for not having your vehicle ready when they said they would I waited a month when I was told two and a half weeks. I'm not bothered by the wait. I'm bothered by the fact that no one called me to tell me the progress on my vehicle I had to call them and this happened three separate occasions at least. Just wouldn't go here if I was you

Believe it or not I used to love collision solutions they took over the old muffler shop...Believe it or not I was one of their first hardcore dedicated customers from the beginning when nobody would use their business because they had just started they were humble and a truly great business over the years I brought multiple vehicles there and they always treated me with great service and great work I'm speaking past tense now!A tree fell in my car and I needed them to do the cosmetic work through my insurance my insurance was paying and on top to pay for some little dings I paid extra .... Over a week went by but without any update on my vehicle they slowly and hastily put it together not only do they have no care towards their work or me as a customer!The work they did was downright sloppy there were still even smudges in the buffer job... On top of that my car was never having an issue before they ended up draining my battery while working on it!!When my friend with her child went to pick up my vehicle they made her jump started and wished her the best of luck! might I remind you this was covered under my insurance!!!My insurance would have easily covered the cost of the battery any respectable shop would have easily just put a new battery in but that would be any shop that actually cared about their customers this place used to be nice and a good collision shop but now they're obviously in it for the money and they have no consideration for their customers whatsoever this is the backwoods Walmart of collision shops please take your business elsewhere!!!

I am extremely pleased with this business!! I feel very lucky!!! I experienced exceptional service and quality work with Collision Solutions!!! I shopped around because I had the time and a high deductible through my insurance. They were willing to work with me on my out-of-pocket expenses. I had read previous reviews and they are known to do great work. Both things were VERY important to me!! I called to schedule a drop off and there was a rental car waiting for me at Enterprise with shuttle service included. My car was repaired and ready on time as promised! All great things BUT what really amazed me is the fact that they detailed the car inside and out and this 4 year old SUV looks brand new!!! I mean they cleaned EVERYTHING from the windows to the carpet. Inside the nooks and crannies that I couldn't reach with my hands. The car is as clean as the day I bought it brand new! It just surprises me that a collision repair shop would detail a car after repairing it!! EXCEPTIONALISM!!!!

Where should I start ? They told me they would have my truck for 7 to 10 days. It was there for 40 days for a simple repair that was estimated 50 hours to complete. I got my truck back and it had more dents and scratches in it than it did when i took it to them and my tailights didn't work. They masked my fuel door but painted the bed side so those are 2 completely different colors. I took the truck back to them and they did fix the taillights but they will not be doing body work for me in the future. I won't go back there.

I would evaluate this place based on the following:1- Speed: 1/5: I was told that my car would be ready in 10 days while based on the insurance estimate it was a 5-day job. It took 2 weeks to get the job done! very slow...2- Communication:2/5: If you call them, they pick up the phone but they don't follow up very effectively.3- Price/bargaining: 2/5: It's similar to other body shops and they can be better. I asked them the do a small paint job for the rear bumper as a bonus to the whole deal but they refused.4: Quality:4/5: their quality of work is good and that's their strength point.Conclusion: If you are not in rush and have a car rental as part of your insurance, this is an OK place. If not, keep looking, you may find a better place and deal!

We will not take our automobiles any where else! We were with out a rental car for 12 days and out insurance kept giving us the run around. The owners helped us with a rental and the collision damage to our vehicle, in a timely manner. They offered light at the dark tunnel that we did not cause.

Do not come here if you expect to get your car fixed in a reasonable amount of time. I left my truck over 2 weeks ago for a minor scratch, and they just keep pushing back the date. Prices are somewhat affordable but they offset quickly if you re renting a car.

Probably the worst Repair and body shop I've been to. They said it would take about 10 days and I went on vacation for 17 so they said they would hold it for me. When I come back it's NOT EVEN FINISHED!!! They said it was only a one or two day delay but I SPECIFICALLY told them when I get back I NEED my car for work. They said nothing about helping me get to and from my home and workplace. I thought they were friendly at first but when things don't go your way and you get upset they try to attack you and blame it on you!! I will definitely not ever go back to this place unless they get a new owner and new staff that actually know how to communicate with people. I had to use a rental car and they said that they won't compensate me for it. Waste of money and time. Never going back!!!

Awesome place! Our truck has been hit twice in the past year and a half and they have always been wonderful! They work with the insurance company so all you have to do is call in the claim, they work with the rental car service to pick you up and drop you off and they always clean the interior. This is the only place I will ever bring our vehicles for any body work!

Repairs were not right. Paint has bumps, used parts were installed and bolts installed that protrude into passenger area on inside panels that were not damaged in accident. I have never used tools for changing tire but now have a extension piece missing. Called and talked to about bumpy paint was told to bring vehicle back by for businesses owner to see but she was not there when I took it in. Employee called owner but owner said they were not nearby to come look at paint job. Employee tries to help but can't due to owner's restrictions. Very poor customer service due to owner's inability to be at location when business is open.Okay here's an update, owner was there when I went by this time. The only used part was the back lift gate. Bolts were from knobs that cargo net hooks on to and they came off in impact. They had one in stock and installed it. The other side will have to be ordered. Bumps will try to wet buff them out at a later day. The tire tool that was missing was found under the jack. If they make everything right then that is what good customer service is about. Raising rating and will raise more once all concerns are resolved.All concerns were addressed. They really do care about the customer and the work they are performing. Kudos!

Joy riding in my husband's car? Really? The first time I brought my husbands vehicle in with the booboo on the back bumper, they stated they were running a bumper special. Perfect. I get a call stating that the damage was more extensive and more than superficial on the bumper. Fine. Understood. The price more than doubled. I bit the bullet and went ahead with the repair. The repair took longer than originally quoted. Okay. Fine. But! Getting into my husband's car picking it up after hours to see that his gas tank was below E (when it wasn't dropped off even near that low) and slim to no tred on his back tires? Absolutely not okay.

If i could give 3.5 stars i would. I hate to be negative. First of all, very nice people, and ultimately they did great work. I liked that they would deal with insurance for me and find a rental car. Also they detail your car when its done. Now for the things i didnt like. They never never never called me. Period. Every communication between me and them was me calling them. Not a big deal, but what was supposed to be 6 days turned into 2 and a half weeks. First, they found additional damage, the core support was damaged. The insurance company sent me a check for the quoted amount, which makes no sense, so they had to deal with the ins company and it took forever to get an approval. No big deal, but they never called me to tell me what was going on. I called the day my car should have been ready only to find that we were waiting for approval and it would be another 10 days. I was told "oh im sorry i thought i called and told you that." No. The car will be ready wednesday. Call wed and not ready. Now thursday. Call thursday morning. Wont be ready til that night. Decided to come by in person to check. Not ready, but will definitely be ready friday mid day. It wasnt ready til almost 7 pm. I had made an appointment at the ford dealer bc i had other issues i needed taken care of. Had to reschedule. Also more time bc the original quoted amount wasnt enough, go figure that. Ultimately im happy i have my car back and it looks great. They did a great job, and i would reccomend them for sure. Just need to work on communication with the customers. Overall great job collision solutions!!

A supposed one week turn around for front bumper replacement and hood repair with paint match and fade turned into 4 weeks. I was given 4 different pick up dates; each time I was notified last minute that "something was noticed in detail and further work was needed." One week after picking up I noticed the polymer body of my new headlights decomposing and cracking as if they had been cleaned with a harsh paint removing solvent and a headlight retaining clip missing. I was unable to realign my headlights which should have been done for me. My new headlights are ruined and I am still removing overspray from my windshield. I guess that's all the "details" that were noticed that had it sent back in.

The best paint and body shop within Conroe, I have always taken my vehicle to this shop and yet to say I've never had any problems The staff is super outstanding!!

I wish I would ve read the reviews before wasting my time . I went up there to get an estimate and it s been a month now & no estimate . The girl told me someone would call me that day and never did . I also called many of times & they put me on hold and never come back . I do not recommend this place .

They told me I would have my car back in 10 days and it ended up being 60+ days plus thousands of dollars for a rental 100% terrible service
