Caliber collision is awesome place to take your vehicle to get it Fix customer service was on top of it. Repair people who are on top of it. They were wonderful to work with! Karen was very helpful through out the entire process and answered all questions to the best of her knowledge! I will definitely recommend anyone and everyone to caliber especially the caliber in Conroe Texas! They did an excellent job on fixing my truck and got it back to me in a faster amount of time than I thought!

They would not fix my car. I just paid 6000.00 for it 2014 mirage just a few months ago. Now they want to keep it and give me 3000.00 for it. No way could I replace this car for that.

I had a hit and run take place late November with my new care and took the necessary measures that followed. Called insurance scheduled meetings, met with my adjuster. I went with caliper out of their closeness to my location and because they handle body work, also based on reviews. After the initial meeting and drop off I had decent service, I got a couple calls here and there but I had to reach out to ask when my vehicle would be ready. Upon receiving my vehicle back from repairs, the repairs were subpar my first set of photos will reflect that, (the last 4 photos are after the second session of work). After receiving my vehicle I noticed several issues with my vehicle still. I brought it back the next day to the servicer assisting me and showed them what I had noticed within 1 day. Due to already being out from work a week I could not get a day off to drop off my vehicle until three weeks later. When I dropped off my vehicle for a second time for rework I received no calls in regards to my vehicle, I had to reach out several times to get dates or any kind of discourse regarding my vehicle. The manager told me they would have to investigate my vehicle due to them thinking I tampered with my vehicle or tried to repair it myself, after I denied the claim and have videos to prove it, the manager kept on insinuating that I tampered with the vehicle. Again no calls, pushed to the back of the que my car stayed with them for a MONTH. All that time with no calls or texts and still to receive my car with more damage and paint not matching and poor work as before. See last set of photos. Please don t come here if you value the things you work hard for. I no longer trust then for work or rework on my vehiclesServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I would not advise anyone to go to this place. This place is a piece of work. From the Insurance adjuster all the way to the parts department. The work that they put in is subpar and is not professionally done.

Horrible experience again! I ve taken 2 vehicles here and both times I ve had bad experiences! Both times the vehicles where not done when they said they were gonna be done the first vehicle wasn t put together properly (you have to slam the trunk down for it to lock) and there were paint runs. The second vehicle .the frame on the rear was welded and I was never told! I found out when I was selling it to carmax and they gave me $3k less because of it. They even showed me because I didn t believe them! I ll never go here again!!!

I recently had my vehicle at caliber collision for paint and body work and when I received my vehicle I had more issues to fix. I have not had my vehicle a full day I have to replace my halo lights because they were burnt out, and I am going to have to take my carbon fiber spoiler to another shop to get it put on securely, and my A/C is not working correctly. Everything on my vehicle was working prior to my drop off with this company. The disappointing part is I was told this was a great shop by my insurance company and by some of my friends. This is the only company I will ever use whenever I damage my car And let me tell you! I always damage my car! I m very satisfied with the work, the customer service, everything!!! I have never been more satisfied with a collision company! What can I say! They re the best

OMG!!! Unbelievable service here from start to finish they were so old school professional it s been amazing. They handled everything with our insurance, connected us to a rental car that was delivered to their shop for us to pick up at the same time we dropped our car off. Doesn t that sound amazing right there?Then they communicated regularly about what needed done to the car after my accident and fixed one additional item not related to the accident while it was there!But wait there s more! We have 5 kids in this 15 passenger van and they cleaned it inside and out! No small task Then if that wasn t enough at 6:30 tonight Qwolette returned our van to our house! No kidding! That still isn t all of the service Qwolette took our rental car back with her If you re tired of mediocre service and are looking for a shop that treats you like you matter, this is the place.Thank you all for making our accident so much easier

I live in Oklahoma City. 100 miles north of Conroe TX my car was struck and disabled by a flying truck tire. Caliber Collision in Conroe was contacted and agreed to have my car towed and left there after hours. I returned home a few days later, leaving my car in a body shop 400 miles away. Not a great feeling. The employees at Caliber were very friendly and sympathetic to my situation. I received a text at least every other day letting me know where they were in the repair process. I found a way of getting my car home over Thanksgiving weekend IF the car was ready for pickup before Thanksgiving Day. I am forever grateful for the crew at Caliber for making that happen! The repairs were flawless, the employees professional, the communication was fabulous! 100% happy.

Car looked good as new. Staff was very friendly and very enjoyable to work with. I loved the fact that they updated me as much as possible a long the way and I will definitely recommend to a friend pre and post photos.

I took my vehicle there after an accident and they went above and beyond to help me! My vehicle ended up being a total loss and they explained how I could retain my vehicle, got the insurance person to call me, even put some tape on my bumper for me. I'm beyond impressed at their customer service and I will use them in the future for sure!

I can't speak for quality of repairs but I'm dissatisfied with customer service: my insurance recommended them so I first sent an inquiry on the website in which I was told someone would contact me to schedule to bring my truck in. Never heard from anyone so after 3 or 4 days, I called them...my truck was sitting there for 2 weeks before it was examined and finally deemed a total loss.

Last minute repair to replace the front bumper and repair a front right rim on my 2016 Toyota Camry after hitting something in the road that knock the bumper loose. They were busy and scheduling a week out but immediately got me for safe driving as I was in the middle of moving. The whole process from start to finish from the receptionist, Rachel to my adjuster, Karen and rental car was a smooth friendly and very professional experience. Thank you for your service on short notice.

state farm's service may have been terrible but caliber collision was AWESOME. their customer service was incredible, their communication was incredible. Kyle, was my service advisor and had great communication with me through all of it! Also, very quick and had my car back in no time!

When I first brought my car to the conroe location it was horrible they ended up fixing the wrong thing on my vehicle on the wrong side I was already without a car for weeks in a rental waiting for my car to be done . I got a phone call telling me how my car was ready to be picked up .as I got there I noticed the damage wasn t fixed and they claim they got the wrong information and the sheet wasn t filled out correctly . (but you would think they would call to confirm but no one ever did) they just fixed what they thought was the issue and got it wrong.. well it was already to late to do anything I had already sent my rental car back thinking my car was fixed but it wasn t Kyle then proceeded to try to help after seeing how stressed out and upset I was with the issue I ended up leaving that day in my car and had to take off work again to come down the next day to bring the car back after being in a rental for another week they finally told me to come check and make sure everything was handled and done correctly when I got there the issue was fixed and I was able to take my car that day-missed 2 work shifts to come back and fourth tryi to figure it out- my car smelled like some kind of horrible chemical inside very strong smell-had a whole panic attack

My wiper arms were installed incorrectly and are now needing to be replaced, my car now has multiple areas of filth from your technicians not using gloves when installing my roof upholstery.My passenger sun visor was also not installed properly. This is the absolute worst service I've ever been given from a repair shop. I completely regret taking my vehicle here and will never repeat this mistake again.
