I had some running around to do and my dad had asked me if I could stop at O'Reilly autoparts to put on new windshield wipers on I was greeted with is there anything I can help you with I had told the person I was looking for wiper blades got the blades paid and the gentleman had a great attitude put the blades with no problem very happy with the service I had received.

Sometimes u can go in and the staff is really helpful then other times u go in they just look at u like ur crazy and they don't help u at all.

After checking online, I drove to town to pick up a front crankshaft seal for my truck. The website said it was in stock, but the sore didn't have it. Didn't have permatex optimum black, either. Don't know if it's poor record keeping, stocking problems or bad management. I won't be going back.

I had to return something at the O Reilly s store in Commerce, they were very helpful. I then had to purchase a headlight bulb. They were very wonderful and put it in for me. I will definitely return to the store and I will recommend it to my friends. Thank you O Reilly s staff for helping me and being very kind.

We like to order online and pick up in store. Appreciate the convenience here in town to save us trips to Greenville. Love the free quick checks for codes and parts and the tool rentals so we save money doing repairs ourselves without having to spend $$$ on one-use specialty tools. Really grateful for that service! Friendly staff, too.

I came into the store today to get a new battery for my car. The manager, Anthony, was very pleasant and helpful the entire time. My car has a tedious process to get the battery out and Anthony was very knowledgeable about the process. Great customer service!

I would give more but Carson is very unprofessional and thinks it's ok to use fowl language while dealing with customers. Wish I could give better review.On the other hand, Tony is awesome and knows his stuff

This store is always spot on for car repair/maintenance advice, due mainly to the quality of the employees. Tony Henry is manager and you couldn't ask for a nicer, more knowledgeable auto guy. Tommy helped me put on my new plates and O'Reilly is a true Commerce gem. Also, free battery and warning light checks.

Lines can be very long but when you need a part you gotta wait. Several times we've had to order parts and they get there quickly. Always go here because the staff is friendly and very helpful.

Bottom line is that they usually have what you need, and if they don't, they can get it pretty quick. Great selection of products and services, fast and friendly staff, very helpful people... I've never received a bad or wrong part from them, very competitive pricing. Thanks for being there O'Reilly!!

Called yesterday. Part was on hand. Went to pick it up this morning and they didn't have the right part. Came on the truck this afternoon. 22 miles that I didn't need to travel.Its okay these things happen. It just shouldn't have. I'll live with it. because the staff was courteously and helpful.

Always closes earlier than the sign says. Let's just say there's a reason they work at the part store and not the mechanic shop. Don't take there word for it, cause they could careless what's wrong with your vehicle. Just wanna sell ya something and get you out the parking lot. Loan a tool is nice for specialty tools and free checks on certain parts.

Placed two orders for parts. Had a friend pick up the orders but they were only given one of the orders. Called I. A tad frustrated and was told that they could not help as they don't deliver out of town. Called the manager the next morning, order delivered to the house within the hour
