I had the best new car buying experience here with Kris, he was friendly, knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend going to this dealership! As a women car shopping can be scary and some places I have experience in the past will take advantage of you. This place did not do that to me and took wonderful car and met all of my needs! I have already referred a friend of mine as my experience was that great here! Go check them out for your next vehicle purchase! Thanks again Kris C.! Below is my old one and the new upgrade!

While the car buying process was decent at this dealership, it has been about 5+ weeks since I bought my vehicle and it has been in the shop with over $5500 worth of issues fixed and is STILL having problems. It has been in the shop more than I've driven it. In the beginning they said they would fix it since the issue started within 24 hours of me driving the used car off the lot but since the problems persisted, their willingness to help went away and their communication went away as well. I am very disappointed with this dealership and would never go back again for service or to purchase a vehicle.

2 weeks after we got our car in Oct. 2023 the car started over heating instead of them trying to fix the car they told us it's on us. We bought parts, paid them to put it in and everything. What they told us was wrong obviously isn't the issue. When I mention the Lemon law of things the OWNER himself hung up in my face. Told me he will not do anything about it and it's not his problem. So here we are the day before Thanksgiving and our car is broken down and we can't go see our loved ones, but they get to enjoy theirs. Anyone else find this right cause I don't.We were told initially the problem was. The switch was broken the thermal switch. After that was fixed, we came back a few days later and it was the thermostat. So we changed that piece as well. Car still overheating, now it's smoking And if we were to try to move it. The coolant tank is bubbling over and the fluids are hitting other pieces in the car. Only thing we were told is we would have to take it too. Kia for them to diagnose it. However, if we can't drive around in town. How are we gonna make it 45 minutes away? But they tell us that's not on them and we have to figure it out. All of this is completely wrong and I do not support what these people for doing. I will have my lawyer on this so that things will be corrected.

I had a fantastic experience with Jeff and the entire team at Family Auto, and would recommend them to friends and family. They worked out a better deal and interest rate than I was offered at a Tyler dealership. Jeff even personally delivered my new vehicle since I live far away and work full time.

Dishonest merchants. I received a flyer in the mail that had a scratch off, and said that if it matched you would win a $5,000 prize. It was carefully phrased, obviously you never win money from something you get in the mail. Nevertheless, I read the fine print and it seemed legit. I didn't notice at the time that I had only "won" a chance to win $5,000.Shame on me for being fooled by that! Skeptical, I called the dealership and was able to get on the phone with Michael. The deals described in the flyer looked pretty good, and I am in the market to purchase a vehicle. I asked Michael if this was real, and if I had actually won $5,000, and he told me that yes, I had won, and they would just have to make sure that the "confirmation code matches." I go 40 minutes out of my way to the dealership with my brother, and we find out that not only is it a chance to win, not winning, but before they even try the code they want me to fill out an application to purchase a car. I left at the point they asked for my Social Security number, and I'm not going to buy a car from someone who lies to me. I need someone I can trust. This is why I miss Vamos Auto.

I had such a great experience with this company!!! From beginning to end. Everything was fast and easy with them. Jeff answered immediately to my questions and he really helped me out with every single step. I got my jeep at home next day we did the closure... because they also delivered it to houston!!!!! I haven t bought a new car in almost 7 years and Jeffrey made the car buying experience absolutely amazing and stress-free. He was very responsive, super friendly and overall 10/10 recommend! I never even had to step foot into the office. He delivered the car straight to me and all paperwork took less than 5 minutes!

Jeff was great! My husband and I went in looking for a new truck and Jeff helped us find a truck that fit us PERFECTLY! I've bought 3 cars from you during the last 5 years. That said I realize the ownership has changed during this time. There has always been great folks in the sales area.However the service dept seems to have changed in the last couple years from being very open and detailed... to being to busy to do a complete job, the first time. Having to come back, multiple time to finish a 30 minute job is just sad. I'm a retired factory trained ford mechanic, please don't try to mislead me I don't appreciate it...

Excellent customer service. Bob helped me buy this SUV over the phone since I live about 4 hours away. He sent videos, drove the car and gave me great info. I felt very comfortable with the transaction. I will definitely recommend Family Auto Commerce to my friends and family.

Purchased a Bronco from sales rep Cody. Cody, the sales manager and finance guy were all a pleasure to deal with. No gimmicks or pressure to buy and negotiations were fair. They stood by everything they said and went above and beyond. When it comes time to buy my next vehicle, I'll be hitting up these guys first. Excellent and easy experience!!!

Jeremy Nelson worked with us for two days straight over the phone to help find a vehicle that met all of our family s needs. He stayed late so we could make the drive to test drive after work and had everything ready to go. It was honestly the easiest and most smooth transaction we have ever had with a car salesman or dealership itself. He was very patient and answered every question or comment we had and went above and beyond for us. We are very thankful and now very happy in our new Chrysler!

Had a really great experience tonight trading in my truck. I wasn't there but maybe 2 1/2 hours for the full process. I've purchased 6 other vehicles at 6 different dealerships and this one was by far my best experience!!!

Very friendly service but the car i purchased I've had nothing but trouble with it. I didn't finance i paid cash so there is no warranty. I am disabled and needed a good dependable vehicle to get me back and forth to doctors appointments not worry about breaking down and sitting in the heat sitting on side of highway in dallas.

If I would rate this a 0 star I could. I ve had a total of 4 problems with my car within the span of 2 months. 1st problem was a leaking water pump. And that happened 1 week and 3 days after I brought it. And they only agreed to replace it just so they could make a quick sale and so that I can finalize my contract. 2nd problem happened when the compressor stopped working. They refused to answer their calls and then started transferring me to their service department until they stopped picking up. 3rd problems was a cracked reservoir . And 4th problem was a crack in the water pump after they replaced it the 1st time. I looked at their reviews and it seems like they have a history of selling bad cars. I threw away all their cards and I will not recommend them to anyone at all. I will also be putting this on yelp and I ll contact federal trade commission and other related businesses. They need to have a mechanic to check every car they get before they sell them just trying to make quick money . 4 problems with my car and it s not even time for my 1st oil change. HELP YOURSELF AND AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST!!!

I talked to them about a used Renegade w/ Sunroof. They knew I was going to be driving 2 hours to come see the car, and even filled out the credit app ahead of time, and when I get there I found out the sunroof doesn't even work. I had to find this out myself on the test drive. When I asked about it they said they could fix it but would raise the price. Very dishonest

They send out promotions for win 25k. I got match for car or 25k. I also scan and check online they said I m win. But when I came they said u need to match number win.Just want to let everybody they want to u spend time come to them then they said u won t win and buy new car. Fun story. Nothing easy to win. Also they will give u $5 Walmart for gas( maybe). Bad marketing

I flew into Dallas from New Orleans to purchase my new car. They came and picked me up from the airport and from the car ride to the dealership to the time I drove my new vehicle off the lot, they were ALL some of the kindest people I have ever met. They made you feel like you have been knowing them your whole life, like family. It was such a wonderful experience. It was definitely worth the flight and 8 hours drive home. If you are in the market for a new vehicle and are tired of dealing with pushy salespeople then you have to check them out. You will NOT regret it. Their prices will also beat out anyone else around as to why I was willing to make that drive. I will definitely be back in the future.

I bought a Car today and let me tell you the experience was amazing from Brayden to Jeff to Gary the whole team was nice , they didn't try to over sell us . The price was incredible they helped us with financing and just could not be more pleased with them .we will be getting all our future cars here for now on.

They changed my whole view on the used car buying process.I will preface this with I hate used car dealerships. I was never going to go through one again if this interaction was not positive. I encountered nothing but positive and great things from here. I had an issue during the test drive(not their fault), and they fixed that immediately. I noticed an issue with a taillight being cracked and they also replaced it at no cost. Joey, Max, and the rest of the crew were extremely helpful and insightful.My brother just got his license and i am pushing for him to shop for his first car from these guys. I dont normally recommend places but I will 100% do so for them.Joey and Max took care of me and made me feel like im not just a paycheck.Best car buying experience i've had I cant say enough to how friendly and just great people they are.

Traded my 2010 Ram for a 2022 Ram & Jeff was my sales person.Called numerous times to get a CarFax on the vehicle which he said he would do but the computers were down.I called or text him several times with no response!I have spoken highly of Family to neighbors , etc but it has been several months since the purchase so just don't understand not getting the CarFax texted to me as promised as it is no great expense to a dealership.Haven't given up or sent any negative responses & hold Jeff to his commitment.thanks.Bob

They were not pushy. They let me look with no pressure felt. I.told them what I was looking for and they guided me to exactly what I wanted. Financing was easy and quick. I bought a car from them in 2005 and yesterday I bought another one as the 2005 was just now starting to have problems. Wonder why with only 295000 miles!!!!
