Can t say enough good things about my experiences with service and repair. They always do an excellent job and I feel go above and beyond, from cleaning out a windshield washer fluid line to picking up my truck for repairs when I couldn t drop it off. Awesome experience working with Bayer Motor. They allowed me to order a customized car, which most dealers balk at. They went all out in rushing the final installment of the after market parts. Even the financing and paperwork were quickly done. Was so worth the wait. I would recommend them to everyone.

The entire staff was incredibly hospitable & eager to help. I will most definitely continue to let the world know how great of an establishment Bayer Motor Co is! Mr. Upshaw treated my mother so well while purchasing a vehicle there that she felt like part of the Bayer family by the end of the day. Thank you for making my mom feel comfortable there!

Broke down on the way home from Thanksgiving, water pump went out & took out the belt, fan fan clutch, had our truck towed there. Was able to get my truck back on the road in just a few days. Darla in the Service Dept kept me informed & updated. They really worked with me

The car dealer was very quick to respond when I inquired about a vehicle online. I drove down to the dealership the next day to test drive the car and the car dealer was very friendly and informative. He helped make the car buying process very easy and headache free. I will probably buy all my vehicles from him in the future. Thanks Dave Broseh

Great Dealership, family atmosphere, straight forward / No Smoke. Enjoyed the experience, spent an hour and half at the dealership from start to finish... There was no keeping me there all day and then seeing the finance manager an hour before close, only to change the deal and pressure me into buying a Warranty. I knew what I wanted and they made the numbers work, we shook hands, took pictures and blew kisses. That Simple, minus the kisses...Lol. loved the experience, it's worth the flight or drive in, defiantly changing how cars are sold these days...MSG Alexander, AFort Sam Houston, Tx

Definately a place I'd go back to for future service on my car. Super easy to talk to staff. They answered all my questions and didn't break my bank which is great and service was quicker than expected. Satisfied so far

Best service after the sale of any purchase we have ever made. Bayer Motor Company and their staff go above and beyond each and every time we have a service need for our 2015 Tahoe. Our recent issue even involved the Bayer service dept negotiating with GM to partially cover a faulty part not generally covered by our GMPP coverage. We glady make the trip from Austin to Comanche for the standard of care you can find at Bayer Motor Company.

Easy to make an online appointment, met by a service manager as soon as I arrived, everyone was friendly and helpful in addressing my issues, quick service, washed my vehicle. Although I don't live in Comanche, I will continue to get my vehicle serviced here!
