When I needed to buy a truck on short notice I went into Bayer Ford, where Kyle got me into great vehicle that does everything I need it to, while staying within my budget, and all on the same day. I had a fantastic experience buying my truck here, and highly recommend visiting the professional staff down at Bayer Ford if you need a truck. Great hometown dealership, and I look forward to visiting again for maintenance.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my first vehicle!! If it weren't for Ariel Harbour and her patience and guidance I would have given up! Ariel was so helpful and explained things I didn't understand in a way that I could. She made my first time buying an easy process. Because of Ariel, I had absolutely no anxiety!! I will forever go to Ariel Harbour for any and all future needs! I HIGHLY RECOMEND going to see Ariel Harbour for any and all purchasing needs!

Following an initial comma issue (no fault of the dealership but just part of life in a small town sometimes), contacting the sales manager and rep was very straightforward. Todd M. was great to work with; very proactive, responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone for both their professionalism and low pressure approach.

Makenzie was fantastic. I told her what I wanted and within 2 weeks she had my 2023 Explorer ready for me. Great customer service, easy to do business with. Highly recommend and will for sure be a repeat customer.

Great mobile service. Driving across country in my little class B it was time to for an oil change. I called Bayer for an appointment and instead of driving in they offered to drive out to my camp spot and provided a spotless service right there. I didn t even have to break camp. Special thanks to Colton who was meticulous courteous and generous.

If I still owned my service business, I would try anything to steal Kyle away! We were friends from my first call. Attention to every detail, not pushy but a listener. Great experience and I drove two hours to get there. Worth it!

David Robinson is great to work with. I ordered my Bronco Sport Big Bend through him in March '22 through a friend's recommendation after months of research, debate, and Grapevine Ford absolutely insulting me face to face (I'm assuming because I'm a young lady, but it might just be the DFW climate).Mr. Robinson kept me up to date while my Bronco Sport was being built, he kept it safe in the showroom once it got delivered, and he came in on a Saturday (with the patience of a saint while I battled my financing institutions) for me to pay and pick up in July '22.I live in Arlington, so it was a 3 hour drive to Comanche after a 3 month wait for the vehicle to be built, but it was 100% worth it. Mr. Robinson is the ideal salesperson, the classic southern gentleman. I'm offering all my friends and family rides to Comanche if they ever decide to buy from Bayer. Highly recommend.

Kyle Smith took really good care of me and took the ball and run with it got me in a truck, unseen other than online and delivered the same day. I never seen the truck and he delivered it to me. There s not enough stars up there above.. beyond 5 star service.

They were able to schedule me in for service rather quickly as well as get me in and out. It doesn t seem like they over charge for parts which is amazing because I know most dealers do.

In July 2023, I purchased a 2019 Audi Q5 at Bayer Ford and had the most awesome experience. I live in Littleton, Colorado and the dealership is located in Comanche, TX. I worked with Kyle Smith, who is very professional, easy to work with, extremely helpful, and responsive to all of my questions. Kyle made videos and took over 50 photos of the Q5 and sent it to me. I was confident the Q5 was in excellent condition as he had reported. The sales price was listed at a "great value" according to Blue Book and Kyle worked with me to have my vehicle transported to Colorado. My experience was smooth and stress-free from start to end. I really felt Kyle and the dealership did their best to help me. This is an excellent dealership to buy from and I would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future. Thank you Kyle and Bayer Ford!

Great customer service! Kyle went the extra mile to provide extra details and answer questions before I even arrived at the dealership. Test driving was easy and the financing/paperwork process was explained well and completed promptly. If you are in the area I highly recommend shopping at Bayer

We bought a truck here and the gentleman found exactly what we wanted, and stayed in contact with us during the month it took to find the truck we were looking for. For the customer service & the price we would come here again. It s recently renovated. The lobby is adequate: coffee & water, kids table with crayons, clean bathrooms. The service shop is great & they now have a nice car wash. I was headed to a family reunion & had the back of my truck w boxes of bingo prizes and chairs etc. The tech Victor took the initiative to pull everything out before it went thru the wash, then loaded it back up. Thanks!!!!! A+ service repair shop

Had an overall good experience with them at Bayer Ford. Only challenge is that they are short staffed and couldn't fully take care of us but there efforts where there for the most part. Did treat us good and was friendly.

Todd McCarter is the BEST! He is always so helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous to my husband and I. I had a very good experience with the team at Bayer with a recent purchase. All of the staff were super helpful. Todd in sales and Ethan in finance were great to work with!My only frustration with the experience was how long we were waiting for the deal to complete. I think this was beyond the control of our sales rep. However, we arrived at 10:00 having filled out loan applications, and knowing the car we wanted to purchase, but were not able to leave until 2:15. I think this may be due to turnover in the service department.That being said, I would buy from Bayer Comanche again, as their prices are competitive and they gave us a very reasonable offer on our trade-in.

I recently bought a truck sight unseen. Overall Makenzie was a champ, we had some issues here and there being I never went to the dealer and did everything from Houston. She was easily reached, communicated well, and was helpful. I'd do business with them again.

I've never liked going to car dealerships because there were high-pressure salesmen talking out both sides of their mouth following me around trying to make a deal. That was not the case at Bayer. I liked working with Kyle, he was great. I saw the truck I wanted on the internet, went to the dealership to look at it, and Kyle made the rest easy. It was a pleasure working with the staff at Bayer.

We drove in from Cedar Park to test drive one of their Fords. Their service and attention to detail was top notch. Todd is awesome and recommend him and Bayer for all your vehicle needs. Great place to buy a car or truck!

Not really happy with whole experience. If Ariel Harbour was so upset with me company purchasing a vehicle in cash and the things that needed to be met, I could have easily purchased A vehicle elsewhere. In fact would have been more than happy to return vehicle and go elsewhere. Requested call from Nick the sales manager there? Have not gotten. Any warranty work that came with vehicle well I ain't confident it would even get done after the displeasure that Ariel voiced over the purchase. Not sure anything can make this right. Was not a normal experience that I've dealt with when purchasing vehicles for myself or my company. I do not leave a one star rating lightly and if management had maybe followed up might have showed they care at least on face value.Update: The real and true response from the owner was to hang up the phone, refusal to give me spare key to vehicle, and refusal to give me my title or any proof of ownership documents I need for my state title transfer. However, owners "policy" does not take precedence over law. Complaint was submitted to the state and violations were found. The owner Mr. Charles J Bayer III does not appear to have any interest in fixing this.

When I first went to look at a truck I had already been in contact with a sales person and when I showed up to look at the truck, it was already out front ready for a test drive, I drove it and decided that I was going to buy the truck the next day. When I came back the next day the truck had already been detailed and filled up, paperwork was easy and quick I was there for a max of 45 minutes doing paperwork. Everyone was professional and friendly would highly recommend.
