My experience with the whole bayer team was outstanding from Todd in sales to Justin in service. My family has been in the grocery business for 68 years, our top goal is customer service. I had a very pleasant experience with Bayor Ford in Comanche Tx! They did an excellent job with my car! They made sure everything was working. They made sure the oil was changed and all the tires were rotated. Wonderful place to go too! The employees were very helpful and made sure I was ok and kept asking if I needed anything to just let them know. Excellent customer service I do recommend them to any and all of my friends!

Breighton in Parts and Brett in Service provide excellent customer service from start to finish. Everything is up front and work was completed perfectly and sooner than expected. Bayer Ford is a winner!

I had just purchased a new Ford in Houston and was traveling back to Colorado when my Ford Explorer wouldn't start and I was stranded at a grocery store in Comanche, TX on a Friday night. After fiddling with things for a bit, Brady, one of the Ford service techs from Bayer Ford, was walking into the grocery store after a full shift at the service department and offered to help. He diagnosed a networking problem and advised me to have them look at it in the shop the next morning. I was able to get it towed to the shop that night and they looked at it right away in the morning. After diagnostic, their techs quickly identified the problem and made the fix and had me back on the road by 10:30am. I'm really appreciative of their kindness to help in a grocery store parking lot late at night, and their diligence to correct the issue the next morning so I can be on my way home. Special thanks to Justin, Alex, and Brady at Bayer Ford!
