We were passing through town in our RV and noticed while leaving a restaurant that one of our tires needed air. A man we met in the parking lot directed us here and said they'd take good care of us, and they did! They checked all of our tires, made sure they were good and safe and didn't even charge us. Everyone was helpful and the owner was full of entertaining stories. We highly recommend them!

Life saver: I'm from Austin and got a flat tire while driving back in New Ulm (at that point I realized I was missing one piece from my jack), I called my insurance company (AAA) to get their flat tire service but after an hour they still had not found anyone to send to help us. So I started calling at 4:15pm all nearby businesses to try to get the service and nobody was picking up or had availability. Luckily I found Larry in Columbus who immediately went to my rescue. He and his crew installed the spare tire and guide us to the shop, since the tire was too damaged I had to get a new one. Larry was able to help with that too, he installed the new tire and I safely arrived to Austin. Larry was super nice and attentive!! I'm very grateful I found him . He even called next day to make sure I made it home safe and sound!!

You don't want to near this store if you not multinational Carrier, got a quote of 680 to fix a tire in the shop. Never again

We were driving from Nocona Tx down to Brownsville Tx and had a blowout on our rv. Found this place in our search for a tire store. He was fixing to close when we called, said he had the tire we needed, found out we needed to replace all 4, they were getting old, so we had him do it. Gave us a fair price and had them changed in an hr. Nice man and good service.

We hit something on I-10. Immediately needed to pull over. Went to Hoelscher and they were able to fix it in no time. They were so nice, gave us a good deal, and sent us on our way. We are from Houston and were just driving through. Very thankful for these guys.

Larry was very good and great to take care of my daughter's car he was nice enough to check the air pressure in all four tires.It was a great experience for my daughter whom had never dealt with him.

This place is great. I had car trouble and fortunately pulled into Hoelscher Car Care Center to see if I could get help with my issue. Allen was so helpful immediately. He let me know what was wrong with my car and offered a variety of suggestions to me. I had been on the way to a conference in San Antonio but my car was inoperable. Allen offered to drive me to a rental car location (45 miles away!) and while I was able to get an alternative ride to my conference he drove me to a nearby coffee shop, took care of my car after I left, and worked with my husband to get my car fixed by the time I got back from the conference. I am so appreciative because what ended up being a minor inconvenience thanks to Allen's help could have been much worse.

Brandon saved my life. I got a screw in my front passenger tire wall. The guy down the street said i needed a whole new tire. Brandon looked at it and said I can fix that and immediately jacked my car as I sat in it. Fixed it in 10 minutes for $25. Incredible. Iconic. V grateful today

Best place ever!I was traveling from Houston to New Braunfels and my tire light came on. Larry was very kind and helpful as he repaired not one, but two tires! Thank you so much, Larry!!!

I bought tires from these guys multiple timesI ve lived all over the US in my life and never had a good experience like these guys before.Comparing these guys to discount tires would be like the alphabet A and discount tire would be the alphabet ZHave you ever waited hours at discount tire I have many time but never will again

Hoelscher Car Care Center handles all tire care for my fleet of Semi Trucks and trailers. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else! No matter the size of the job. Even trailers loaded down with 45,000 of steel. Those guys get the job done!

Flat tire on the way back home to austin. Stop here because it is the only place open in columbus texad and they charged 40 dollars to patch a flat tire. I have never in my life paid over 10 for a patch. Nice people, but highway robbery if you ask me. Im sorry that is outragious. I wouldnt come back there nor would i recommend anyone else to. Living n austin you dony pay that and that is a bid city. These little country towns i thought were much better. Hah jokes on me.

Had a flat tire, pulled in, lady luck was on my side with having the right tire. Wait time a little more but they had my tire, back on the with in 30-40 mins

Patched my leaking rear tire in under 25 minutes. Didn't know these guys before my drive between Freeport and Austin today. So thankful I met them.

I'm not from here, so I guess I just wasn't expecting the level of care and accommodation that I received. I've never had such a great experience with an automotive shop. I hope I'm nearby next time I have car trouble.
