If I could give 10 stars, I would. Both Casey & Steve assisted in my purchase and both were very professional. Originally I was working with Casey and he was very professional and got me all the information I requested in a very timely manner. He was off on the day I wanted to go make the purchase but he got all of my information to Steve who was ready to meet me when we arrived at the dealership. I shopped around and got prices at at least 8 Polaris dealers within 2 hours of me and not only did this place have the best prices, I never once felt like they were trying to pull a fast one over on me and add on additional bogus fees. After everything was said and done, Steve even assisted us in making sure we got it loaded on our trailer without issues. If you were like me and shopping around for the best prices, stop wasting your time calling around and dealing with all those other salesmen and just give Casey or Steve a call.

Shopped all over. Definitely cheaper in Columbus, even with adding the windshield. Go see Bob M. He's great. Highly recommend this place.

Buying our Ranger was so easy! Steve (sales) and Brenda (Finance) made the purchase simple. We texted and called with Steve before driving the hour to the dealership and he had the Ranger ready for us when we arrived!!! Brenda went through the paperwork and made the purchase quick and as painless as possible! I would definitely purchase from there again!

What a great experience I had with getting my Polaris Ranger worked on. Stephen was so polite and professional from the moment he answered the phone, all the way to my last conversation with him. He totally exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the process. Although I did not buy my Ranger from this dealership, I will not be going anywhere else for future purchases and maintenance. They have blown away their competitors in my opinion. Also, Juan picked up my vehicle and was on time and super friendly.

Stephen in service is unbelievably cordial, professional, and knowledgable. I ve had several unpleasant experiences at other Polaris dealerships, but after my interaction with Stephen, I will be a Cavender Polaris customer for life!!! Stephen even went above & beyond in returning my call after hours! Hes a top-notch dude at a top-notch dealership.

Mike, Travis, and Steve in the Polaris service shop are fantastic. They went above any beyond what I hoped for and got my repairs done the same day because I was in a pinch. There service was fast and friendly and thorough. I highly recommend these guys and this shop for any Polaris needs.

I drove over 50 miles one way to Cavender Polaris . The price for my 1000xp crew was better than anywhere else. The sales dept. worked with me to get the best deal available.. The service dept. is fantastic. I used another dealer for my older s x s service which is closer but Stephen and his crew make it worth the while to go farther.. They treated me very professional and cared about my service needs. I will go no where else for service now. I recommend Cavender Polaris to everyone.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Cavender's Polaris in Columbus TX. I was in need of a specific part for my Polaris and it was an older model and really had no idea what I was looking for. But I walked in and I was greeted with a smile and a handshake from the serviceman behind the counter Stephen Helmcamp. He asked what I needed, I told him the make and model and that was all I could remember. He started typing on his computer and in no time he had found a number of parts, I narrowed it down to the specific part with help from him. I walked out of there with a new knowledge of my machine and a friend. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you

Stephen did a good job on the Service of my Polaris Xp 1000Everything was completed and it was ready when promised.This dealership is much preferable to their competitors in the Sugarland area. Good honest reasonable service.

Casey Pavlicek at Polaris deserves 10 Stars! He has excellent customer service ethics and made our experience in buying an enjoyable one. We had been looking around several other dealerships in Texas but Casey was super knowledgeable on the product, honest and very respectful. "It is apparent that Mr Garza fully understands that the sale of a product is not the end of customer relations, but merely the beginning. While he is a first rate salesman, he strikes me as a first rate human being as well. He was willing to work with me to make the product conform to my needs, without sacrificing the dollar bill. I felt like we made a fair deal for both parties. After the sale, when the real work begins, he was most helpful in getting me to the right service people to make necessary adjustments and tunes to my new machine. I look forward to doing business with Mr Garza in the future, and will not hesitate to recommend him and your dealership to friends and family in the future as well. I recommend every one who buys older used cars or just used card to talk to Regi Ford. He was nice and truthful about the Mustang I bought. Its hard to find honest salesman at dealerships.

Got my ranger in and out in a timely matter, even before opening weekend but unfortunately to covid I m having to miss it. But nonetheless would recommend anyone to go there even if you live 3 hours away it s well worth it in my book!

WE ASKED FOR SEVERAL QUOTES IN THE AREA AND TOMMIE VAUGHN BEAT EVERYONE BY FAR. THEY ARE A GREAT GROUP TO WORK WITH. BILLY BROOKS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF GETTING US WHAT WE NEEDED AND MAKING THE SALE PROCESS SMOOTH.
