My wife bought a 2020 Ford F150 with 30,000 or so miles on it back in June of 2022, asked several times for an extended warranty, they kept pushing to get the tire warranty instead, it's supposed to be a certified used truck, low and behold the engine locked up 2 weeks ago, when we call to talk to someone, they hang up instead of talking. Would seriously reconsider another Ford dealership over this one...If I could give less than a 1 star, I most definately would!

I have to say that the service staff are more than helpful, professional, and friendly! We accidentally happened into the service center while on a road trip and they helped us even tho we don t own a Ford. Really saved the day!! If they do that for us, I can only imagine the service they provide for Ford products is second to none.

Set a Maintenance appointment on my car for the first time. It wasn't a very long wait and they offered " Best Wash" for my car instead of paying $140 for detailing. The Best Wash vacuumed carpets and shined my car and dashboard which made my car looked Brand New! It was a good deal for only $50 but gave me discount for only $45!Overall my experience was pleasant and the employees were helpful and friendly.

CAVENDER FORD ROCKS!!I Recently purchased two trucks at Cavender, and both times they made the experience SUPER easy and as convenient as possible.I always hate the process of car shopping and waiting around to work the deal, but their team was able to get me in and out, and did so with friendly professionalism. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Brought in my truck to Cavender Ford Service to get my scheduled maintenance I was amazed at how thorough they are. Tech Trey Brendle was done before I knew it. My truck was ready and I was on the road again headed out to go fishing.

They did what was requested, but charged $25.00 for a flat repair, which is outrageous, and $75.00 for a cabin air filter.
