Our experience with Cavender was truly amazing. From the moment we reached out via online to the day we flew in to pickup our new jeep, all the staff (Ashley-online support, Mathew-sale representatives, Brenda- finance director) were very respectfully, understanding, and professional. I did 95% of the deal for my 2023 Jeep Gladiator over text. It was an easy process and I felt Nina was very quick and courteous. When I went to pick up the truck at the dealership, everything was ready and I was in and out very quickly. It was worth the 100 mile drive!

From start to finish the vehicle purchase was a smooth transaction. From talking to the internet sales representative, Faith to meeting the sales consultant, Trent, test driving the car, and completing paperwork with Brenda the finance director the entire team was so welcoming, helpful and kind. Best and easiest process we ve ever had buying a vehicle. Process was seamless, professional and respectful. Appreciate Trent Joyner and Brenda Fabre who we spent the majority of our time with. Both of these individuals made us feel welcome, they listened to our questions and concerns, all while never being pushy or in a hurry to get to the next customer. We especially appreciate Jay Williamson the Sales Manager for coordinating the entire process and personally checking in on us to ensure a positive experience. My sales representative Jonoah was very helpful and provided all the information before I even made my 2hr drive. He kept me updated on the vehicle and was very patient with me throughout the whole process. The vehicle did have issues but they took care of every problem. Leading to me having to wait to take delivery but they made the entire process as smooth as possible. There were some hiccups dealing with the other dealer. Other than that I would recommend them to anyone! Local or not.

I had such an amazing experience! Such a clean and friendly environment. I found the vehicle I was looking for online and called up the dealership to get the paperwork started. Derrick was the salesman I dealt with throughout the process, along with his Team Lead Trent. They made the whole process quick and easy. Cavender is very lucky to have them on their sales staff!

Great people. Had a great experience as I did most of the negotiating over the phone as I was out of town. When I finally went in to sign everything was ready for me to sign and collect inventory. Would refinery buy from them again.

Ram service department, absolutely outstanding. Spot on with their repairs. First class from beginning to end. No hand prints anywhere , they totally clean up and all repairs look factory. They have repaired my heater core, water pump and alternator. Ram 3500. Great job

My experience with this dealership started off bad. I m from out of town but was interested in purchasing a vehicle they had. I was dealing with a sales lady named Nathaley. She was helpful at first but that quickly changed after I filled out and gave consent to run credit. All I was asking for was that they give me APR and terms before I would head that way. She said it wasn t her department and wouldn t transfer me to finance so I could handle myself. I call back and spoke with sales manager Enrique. I was blown away by his refusal to transfer me to finance and REFUSED to give me name of finance manager until I threatened to call corporate . They just kept trying to get me to make a trip without info. I told them I wouldn t make a 2 hour trip without knowing terms. Enrique then told me it was ok because they had others they could sell to. I was blown away by how he was speaking, so unprofessional. All I wanted was an APR and pre approval so I could make the trip to go purchase, yet he refused. So I called again and this time asked for store manager. STEVEN WILEY got on phone and COMPLETELY took charge over sale. Gave me EVERYTHING I was asking for, and all the things Enrique and Nathaley refused to give me. JAZMIN GARCIA (Jazzy) took over as sales lady. If it wasn t for Steven and Jazzy I would have taken my business elsewhere. Jazzy and Steven made the whole experience worth it. Laura finance manager made whole transactions smooth as well. Very transparent. If you buy from this dealership find STEVEN WILEY, JAZMIN GARCIA, LAURA MORALES. They make quite the team. I don t want to speak bad on Nathaley because I feel she was working under Enrique s influence. But AVOID Enrique the sales manager. The way he handled whole situation made me feel like he was trying to pull one over on us. Plus he spoke so unprofessionally. Again, thanks to Steven, Jazzy and Laura, I was able to drive off in the car I wanted. Made the 2 hour drive worth it. Will I be a returning customer? Only if it s Steven, Jazzy and Laura handling the deal.

Every detail of buying the Ranger was a great experience at Cavender s. They did not try to over sell a product they were upfront on everything explained every detail down to the financing. They were exceptional on delivery time. We got it the same day we bought it. It was a wonderful experience.

Bought a 2019 Volkswagen Golf R used here with no issues! Trent from sales was able to get negotiations and trade in done all over the phone. When I arrived at the dealer the car was parked in front and ready. Some papers signed with finance and we were out within 45 minutes. Finance didn't try to sell me those annoying warranty contracts either. Easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. Competitive pricing, gentle negotiating, and an amazing trade in offer. While I'm not a Jeep fan they have a Ford dealer as well and I'll definitely be reaching out when used broncos start appearing!

Bought our Ranger from Bob Mounter after shopping around from several Houston dealerships. Other dealers admitted they couldn't match the price due to higher taxes in the big city. Canevder was quick and very easy to work with. Highly recommend them.
